storing the first message to a first information list;
if the first subscriber small-number identification code is not stored for the first time, and a second main subscriber identification code corresponding to the first subscriber small-number identification code stored for the last time is different from the first main subscriber identification code in the first message, setting an application level of the first subscriber small-number identification code in a first subscription period, wherein the application level is used for indicating that the notification function of the first subscriber small-number identification code is completely or partially forbidden;
the setting of the application level of the first subscriber small number identification code in the first subscription period comprises the following steps:
if the first ordering period is less than a first preset ordering period, setting the application level of the first user small-number identification code as a first application level;
receiving first request information sent by an internet server, wherein the first request information is used for indicating registration of a first application;
sending first feedback information to an internet server, wherein the first feedback information is used for indicating the internet server to reject the request of the user terminal; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
receiving second request information sent by an internet server, wherein the second request information is used for indicating the first user small-number identification code to send a first notice;
and sending second feedback information to an internet server, wherein the second feedback information is used for indicating that the first notice is forbidden to be sent to the first user small-number identification code.
2. The application management method of claim 1, wherein setting an application level of the first subscriber small number identifier in the first subscription period further comprises:
if the first order period is larger than a first preset order period and smaller than a second preset order period, setting the application level of the first user small-number identification code as a second application level;
receiving third request information sent by an internet server, wherein the third request information is used for indicating registration of a second application, and the second application comprises a bank payment application;
sending third feedback information to an internet server, wherein the third feedback information is used for indicating the internet server to reject the request of the user terminal; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
receiving fourth request information sent by an internet server, wherein the fourth request information is used for indicating a first user small-number identification code to send a second notice, and the second notice comprises a notice sent by a bank payment application;
and sending fourth feedback information to an internet server, wherein the fourth feedback information is used for indicating that a second notice is forbidden to be sent to the first user small-number identification code.
3. The application management method of claim 1, wherein if the first subscriber small number identifier is stored for the first time, the application management method comprises:
if the first ordering period is less than a third preset ordering period; receiving fifth request information sent by an internet server, wherein the fifth request information is used for indicating registration of third applications, and the third applications comprise bank payment applications;
and sending fifth feedback information to the internet server, wherein the fifth feedback information is used for indicating the internet server to reject the request of the user terminal.
4. The application management method according to claim 1, wherein after storing the first message in a first information list, the application management method comprises:
sending sixth feedback information to the service server, where the sixth feedback information is used to instruct the service server to send first state information when the first subscriber identity code or the first subscription period changes, and the first state information is used to instruct to store the changed first subscriber identity code or the changed first subscription period;
and sending first indication information to an internet server, wherein the first indication information is used for informing the internet server of the state change of the first user small-number identification code.
5. An application management server, characterized in that the application management server comprises:
the system comprises a receiving module, a sending module and a receiving module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving a first message sent by a service server, and the first message comprises a first user small-number identification code, a first user main identification code and a first subscription period;
the storage module is used for storing the first message to a first information list;
a setting module, configured to set an application level of the first subscriber small-number identification code in a first subscription period if the first subscriber small-number identification code is not stored for the first time, and a second primary subscriber identification code corresponding to the first subscriber small-number identification code stored for the last time is different from the first primary subscriber identification code in the first message, where the application level is used to indicate that a notification function of the first subscriber small-number identification code is completely or partially prohibited;
the setting module is used for setting the application level of the first user small-number identification code as a first application level if the first ordering period is less than a first preset ordering period;
the system comprises a receiving module, a first application module and a second application module, wherein the receiving module is used for receiving first request information sent by an internet server, and the first request information is used for indicating to register a first application;
the system comprises a sending module, a receiving module and a sending module, wherein the sending module is used for sending first feedback information to an Internet server, and the first feedback information is used for indicating the Internet server to reject the request of a user terminal; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the receiving module is used for receiving second request information sent by an internet server, and the second request information is used for indicating the first user small-number identification code to send a first notice;

the receiving module is used for receiving third request information sent by the internet server, wherein the third request information is used for indicating registration of a second application, and the second application comprises a bank payment application;
a sending module, configured to send third feedback information to an internet server, where the third feedback information is used to instruct the internet server to reject a request of a user terminal; alternatively, the first and second electrodes may be,
the receiving module is used for receiving fourth request information sent by an internet server, wherein the fourth request information is used for indicating that a second notice is sent to the first user small-number identification code, and the second notice comprises a notice sent by a bank payment application;
and the sending module is used for sending fourth feedback information to the internet server, wherein the fourth feedback information is used for indicating that a second notice is forbidden to be sent to the first user small-number identification code.
7. The application management server of claim 5, wherein if the first subscriber identity is stored for the first time, the application management server comprises:
the receiving module is used for judging whether the first ordering period is less than a third preset ordering period; receiving fifth request information sent by an internet server, wherein the fifth request information is used for indicating registration of third applications, and the third applications comprise bank payment applications;
and the sending module is used for sending fifth feedback information to the internet server, wherein the fifth feedback information is used for indicating the internet server to reject the request of the user terminal.
8. The application management server of claim 5, wherein the application management server further comprises:
a sending module, configured to send sixth feedback information to the service server after storing the first message in the first information list, where the sixth feedback information is used to instruct the service server to send first state information when a first subscriber identity or a first subscription period changes, and the first state information is used to instruct to store the changed first subscriber identity or the changed first subscription period; and sending first indication information to an internet server, wherein the first indication information is used for informing the internet server of the state change of the first user small-number identification code.
