本发明开了一种大型食微波干燥装置系统,由进料斗、微波仓、磁控管微波发射器、进料微波吸收仓、传送带、排气管口、加热腔、均匀散风仓、鼓风机、机体、出料微波吸收仓、出料辊轮、出料口、动力仓、电机、减速器、传动带、传动辊轮组成;采用磁控管微波发射器对加热腔内进行微波加热,利用带鼓风机的均匀散风仓对加热腔内产生的热气进行常压鼓风排气,与传统干燥方式相比,具有干燥速率大、节能、生产效率高、干燥均匀、清洁生产、易实现自动化控制和提高产品质量的优点,是食品行业理想的干燥加工设备。

技术领域
本发明涉及微波综合利用的技术领域,尤其指一种大型食微波干燥装置系统。
背景技术
干燥过程几乎涉及国民经济的所有部门,广泛应用于生产和生活中。干燥的目的是除去某些原料、半成品及成品中的水分或溶剂,以便于加工、使用、运输和贮藏等。一般的传统干燥方存在着设备庞大、干燥费用高的缺陷,而且还干燥速度慢、处理量小的缺陷;造成生产力的制约,影响了食品生产的进度;目前,微波干燥技术和微波干燥器已在食品与农产品加工业等行业得到了广泛应用并表现出了显著的优越性。
发明内容
本发明一种大型食微波干燥装置系统,可以解决上述技术的不足,实现食品生产中微波快速鼓风干燥之目的。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术解决方案为:一种大型食微波干燥装置系统由进料斗、微波仓、磁控管微波发射器、进料微波吸收仓、传送带、排气管口、加热腔、均匀散风仓、鼓风机、机体、出料微波吸收仓、出料辊轮、出料口、动力仓、电机、减速器、传动带、传动辊轮组成;机体上部中心设置排气管口、上部一侧设置微波仓,机体一侧设置带进料微波吸收仓的进料斗、另一侧设置带出料微波吸收仓的出料口,机体下部一侧设置动力仓、中心设置带鼓风机的均匀散风仓。
所述的机体内部两端分别设置传动辊轮和出料辊轮,传动辊轮和出料辊轮由传送带穿过加热腔进行连接。
进一步所述,微波仓内部设有磁控管微波发射器,动力仓内部设有带电机的减速器,传动辊轮由传动带与减速器连接。
本发明采用磁控管微波发射器对加热腔内进行微波加热,利用带鼓风机的均匀散风仓对加热腔内产生的热气进行常压鼓风排气,与传统干燥方式相比,具有干燥速率大、节能、生产效率高、干燥均匀、清洁生产、易实现自动化控制和提高产品质量的优点,是食品行业理想的干燥加工设备。

由附图所示,一种大型食微波干燥装置系统由进料斗1、微波仓2、磁控管微波发射器3、进料微波吸收仓4、传送带5、排气管口6、加热腔7、均匀散风仓8、鼓风机9、机体10、出料微波吸收仓11、出料辊轮12、出料口13、动力仓14、电机15、减速器16、传动带17、传动辊轮18组成;机体10上部中心设置排气管口6、上部一侧设置微波仓2,机体10一侧设置带进料微波吸收仓4的进料斗1、另一侧设置带出料微波吸收仓11的出料口13,机体10下部一侧设置动力仓14、中心设置带鼓风机9的均匀散风仓8。
所述的机体10内部两端分别设置传动辊轮18和出料辊轮12,传动辊轮18和出料辊轮12由传送带17穿过加热腔7进行连接。
进一步所述,微波仓2内部设有磁控管微波发射器3,动力仓14内部设有带电机15的减速器16,传动辊轮18由传动带17与减速器16连接,即为食品常压鼓风微波干燥机。

1.一种大型食微波干燥装置系统,其特征是:由进料斗、微波仓、磁控管微波发射器、进料微波吸收仓、传送带、排气管口、加热腔、均匀散风仓、鼓风机、机体、出料微波吸收仓、出料辊轮、出料口、动力仓、电机、减速器、传动带、传动辊轮组成;机体上部中心设置排气管口、上部一侧设置微波仓,机体一侧设置带进料微波吸收仓的进料斗、另一侧设置带出料微波吸收仓的出料口,机体下部一侧设置动力仓、中心设置带鼓风机的均匀散风仓。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型食微波干燥装置系统,其特征是:机体内部两端分别设置传动辊轮和出料辊轮,传动辊轮和出料辊轮由传送带穿过加热腔进行连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种大型食微波干燥装置系统,其特征是:微波仓内部设有磁控管微波发射器,动力仓内部设有带电机的减速器,传动辊轮由传动带与减速器连接。
