As shown in fig. 2, the quick dryer having the control method according to the first embodiment to the second embodiment includes a base 1, an air bag 8 disposed on the base 1 for drying clothes, a drying device for supplying drying air to the air bag 8, a first temperature detecting device 9 for detecting a temperature of the drying air, a second temperature detecting device 10 for detecting a temperature of the clothes, and a control device 5, wherein the first temperature detecting device 9, the second temperature detecting device 10, and the drying device are electrically connected to the control device 5, and the control device 5 controls the drying device according to the temperature of the drying air and the temperature of the clothes.
Particularly further, drying device is including setting up air blower 2 in base 1, and air blower 2 is to blowing into the stoving wind in the gasbag 8, and air blower 2 and gasbag 8 are through wind channel 3 intercommunication, are equipped with heating device 4 in the wind channel 3, and heating device 4 heats the stoving wind, improves the temperature of stoving wind.

As shown in fig. 3, the air bag 8 is provided with a plurality of air outlet portions 11, the air outlet portions 11 correspond to the overlapped parts of the multilayer cloth on the dried clothes or the parts of the clothes with fillers, because the overlapped parts of the multilayer cloth on the clothes or the parts of the clothes with fillers are not easy to be dried, the key factor for limiting the whole drying efficiency of the clothes is formed, the air outlet portions 11 correspond to the parts, the high air permeability of the air outlet portions 11 is utilized, the air flow is improved, the convection heat transfer is increased, the clothes are pertinently dried, and the whole drying speed of the clothes is improved.
The shape phase-match of gasbag 8 and the clothing of drying makes clothing and gasbag 8 more laminate, makes things convenient for heat transfer and exhibition flat.
The shape of the air bag 8 can be a human-shaped air bag 8, a coat-shaped air bag 8 or a trouser-shaped air bag 8 so as to adapt to clothes with different shapes.
The material of gasbag 8 is made for the elastic material, and when gasbag 8 was filled, through gasbag 8's elasticity, more be favorable to gasbag 8 to prop the clothing and expand, reduces the fold on the clothing, and the volume change scope of elasticity gasbag 8 is big moreover, adapts to the clothing of different models, if can dry XS-XXXL type clothing.
The air bag 8 can also be made of airtight material, so that the body of the air bag 8 only conducts heat to the clothes, but does not conduct heat by convection, the drying speed is relatively slow, and more preferably made of air-permeable elastic material, the air permeability of the body of the air bag 8 is smaller than that of the air outlet part 11, so that the air bag 8 can be inflated by air, the body of the air bag 8 has air permeability, and the air in the body part of the air bag 8 conducts heat to dry the clothes by air flow, so that the clothes drying speed is higher.
The air outlet part 11 is positioned at the shoulder part and/or the sleeve opening part and/or the collar part and/or the pocket part and/or the waist part and/or the trouser edge and/or the zipper part of the humanoid gasbag 8, and because the collar, the cuff, the pocket, the button sewing area, the zipper area or the shoulder part and other positions of the clothes are composed of multiple layers of cloth, when drying, the parts are not easy to dry relative to the position of single layer of cloth; and if the collar is provided with lining materials and shoulder pads are arranged on the shoulders, the shoulders and the collar positions are more difficult to dry, and the good air permeability of the air outlet parts 11 arranged on the parts of the humanoid air bags 8 is utilized to improve the drying speed of the positions on the clothes so as to improve the drying speed of the whole clothes.
The shoulder and/or the sleeve opening part and/or the collar part and/or the pocket part and/or the waist part and/or the trouser edge and/or the zipper part of the human-shaped air bag 8 are respectively made of materials with higher air permeability to form the air outlet part 11, the cloth and the air bag 8 can be connected in a bonding, integral forming or sewing mode, if the air outlet part 11 is made of cloth with good air permeability, the air permeability of the air outlet part 11 is higher than that of the air bag 8 body, the air outlet quantity of the air outlet part 11 is improved, the drying efficiency is improved, the air outlet part 11 is made of cloth with good air permeability, the inside and the outside of the air bag 8 are relatively sealed, the entering of sundries is reduced, the cleaning frequency of the air bag 8 is reduced, and the abrasion.
The air outlets 11 can be made of the same air-permeable material or have different air permeability, the air permeability of the air-permeable material at the shoulder, the cuff, the collar, the pocket, the trouser waist, the trouser hem and the zipper of the human-shaped air bag 8 is different, the air permeability of the air-permeable material is gradually increased along with the increase of the number of the layers of the cloth or the increase of the thickness of the filler on the clothes, because the shoulder, the cuff, the collar, the pocket, the trouser waist, the trouser hem and the zipper of the clothes are not completely the same, such as the collar, the cuff, the pocket, the button sewing area, the shoulder and other positions of the clothes are generally made of multi-layer cloth, the positions are not easy to be dried, the collar is often provided with lining for keeping the shape, the shoulder is often provided with shoulder pads for keeping the shape, and the positions are not easy to be dried, therefore, besides the air outlets 11 are arranged at the positions which are not easy, further according to the different difficult drying degree of these difficult drying positions, the air permeability of the air outlet part 11 is further distinguished, such as: the air permeability of the collar part and/or the shoulder part on the human-shaped air bag 8 is further improved, and the clothes drying speed is improved; the air permeability of the air permeable part is gradually increased along with the increase of the number of the cloth layers or the increase of the thickness of the filler on the clothes.
The control method of the quick clothes dryer comprises the following steps:
as shown in fig. 1, after the clothes dryer starts to work, the blower and the heater are turned on, the heater heats air blown into the air bag 8, the blower sends heated drying air into the air bag 8, the temperature of the air in the air bag 8 gradually rises along with the work of the heater, the first temperature sensor detects the air temperature T1 of the drying air and transmits temperature information to the control device 5, the control device 5 monitors the temperature value T1 detected by the first temperature probe, and when T1 is greater than Tc (Tc can be selected to be within the range of 40-60 ℃, and is preferably selected to be 50 ℃), T1-T2 is calculated. The dryer is preset with a delta T, typically between 3 and 5 c, preferably 4 c. The dryer compares T1-T2 with Δ T as a basis for judging the laundry is dry: when the T1-T2 is larger than or equal to the delta T, the heating is continued, the T1-T2 is calculated again, the T1-T2 is compared with the delta T, and when the T1-T2 is smaller than the delta T, the heater and the blower of the clothes dryer are turned off, and the clothes drying is finished.
When the heater and the blower are turned off, the control device 5 controls the heater to stop working and the blower to stop working in sequence, sends out prompt information (prompt sound or display screen prompt), and the drying process is finished.
In order to ensure a faster drying speed and prevent surrounding people, especially children, from being scalded by contacting the surface of the air bag 8 carelessly during the whole clothes drying process, the highest temperature Tb and the lowest gas temperature Ta which can be reached by drying air are set to be 60-70 ℃, and the temperature is preferably 64-66 ℃.
When the temperature of the drying air reaches Tb (Tb is preferably 66 ℃), the heater stops or reduces the power of the heater, the temperature of the air in the air bag 8 drops, when the temperature of the drying air drops to Ta (Ta is preferably 64 ℃), the heater is started again or the power of the heater is increased, and the steps are repeated, so that the temperature of the air in the air bag 8 is controlled to be in the range of 64-66 ℃.

Claims (9)

1. A control method of a quick dryer comprises a base, an air bag arranged on the base and used for drying clothes, a drying device used for providing drying air for the air bag, and a second temperature detection device used for detecting the temperature of clothes;
the drying device comprises a blowing device arranged in the base, and the blowing device blows drying air into the air bag;
the second temperature detection device is arranged on the air bag, and the detection end of the second temperature detection device is in contact with clothes;
the clothes are covered on the air bag for drying;
the clothes dryer is characterized in that the clothes dryer judges the drying degree of clothes according to the temperature of the clothes and the gas temperature of drying air, and controls the clothes drying process; the detected temperature of the drying air is the temperature of the gas in the air bag;
the dryer presets a temperature threshold value for starting to calculate a difference between the air temperature T1 and the laundry temperature T2, and when the drying air temperature or the laundry temperature rises to the temperature threshold value, the dryer calculates a temperature difference T1-T2.
2. The control method of the quick dryer according to claim 1, wherein the dryer judges a drying degree of the laundry according to the temperature difference, and controls a wind speed of the drying air and/or a temperature of the drying air and/or a turn-off of the dryer in the drying process.

The control method of a quick dryer according to claim 1, wherein the dryer presets a difference Δ T between a gas temperature and a laundry temperature, calculates and compares T1-T2 with the Δ T according to a gas temperature value T1 and a laundry temperature T2, continues drying if T1-T2 ≧ Δ T, and ends drying if T1-T2 < Δ T.

The control method of the quick dryer according to claim 1, wherein the dryer is preset to perform the calculation of the lowest temperature Tc of the drying air of T1-T2, if T1 is not more than Tc, the calculation of T1-T2 is not performed, the drying is continued, if T1 is more than Tc, the calculation of the temperature difference T1-T2 is performed.
5. The control method of the quick dryer according to claim 1, wherein the dryer judges whether the drying air is overheated according to the air temperature T1, and lowers the temperature of the drying air if overheated.
6. The control method of the quick dryer according to claim 1, wherein the dryer judges whether the temperature of the drying air is too low according to the air temperature T1, and raises the temperature of the drying air if it is too low.

The rapid dryer as claimed in claim 1, wherein the dryer comprises a heating means for heating the drying air and a blowing means for delivering the drying air, and when the laundry is dried, the dryer controls the heating means to be turned off first and the blowing means to be turned off later.

s10, starting the clothes dryer;
s20, detecting the air temperature T1 of the drying air by the clothes dryer;
s30, comparing the T1 with the lowest temperature Tc of the drying air, continuing heating when the T1 is less than or equal to Tc, and operating S40 when the T1 is greater than Tc;
s40, detecting clothes temperature T2 by the clothes dryer, comparing the difference delta T between preset gas temperature and clothes temperature with T1-T2, when T1-T2 is larger than or equal to delta T, continuously comparing the sizes of T1-T2 and delta T, and when T1-T2 is smaller than delta T, closing a heating device and a blowing device of the clothes dryer, and finishing clothes drying.

A quick clothes dryer with the control method of any one of claims 1 to 8, comprising a base, an air bag arranged on the base for drying clothes, and a drying device for supplying drying air to the air bag, wherein the quick clothes dryer further comprises a first temperature detection device for detecting the temperature of the drying air, a second temperature detection device for detecting the temperature of clothes, and a control device, wherein the first temperature detection device, the second temperature detection device and the drying device are all electrically connected with the control device, and the control device controls the drying device to dry clothes according to the temperature of the drying air and the temperature of the clothes.
