The air outlet part 201 is positioned at the shoulder part and/or the sleeve opening part and/or the collar part and/or the pocket part and/or the waist part and/or the trouser edge and/or the zipper part of the human-shaped airbag 200, and because the collar, the cuff, the pocket, the button sewing area, the zipper area or the shoulder part and other positions of the clothes are formed by multiple layers of cloth, when the clothes are dried, the parts are not easy to be dried relative to the position of the single layer of cloth; if the collar is provided with lining material and shoulder pads are arranged on the shoulders, the shoulders and the collar are not easy to dry, and the air outlet parts 201 with good air permeability are arranged on the parts of the humanoid air bag 200, so that the drying speed of the parts on the clothes is improved by utilizing the good air permeability, and the drying speed of the whole clothes is improved.
The air outlets 201 can be made of the same air-permeable material or different air-permeable materials, the air-permeable materials at the shoulder, the cuff, the collar, the pocket, the trouser waist, the trouser hem and the zipper of the human-shaped air bag 200 have different air-permeable properties, the air-permeable material has gradually increased air-permeable properties with the increase of the number of layers of the cloth or the thickness of the filler on the cloth, because the shoulder, the cuff, the collar, the pocket, the trouser waist, the trouser hem and the zipper of the cloth are not completely the same, such as the collar, the cuff, the pocket, the button-sewing area, the shoulder and other positions of the cloth are generally made of multi-layer cloth, the positions are not easy to be dried, the collar is often provided with lining for keeping the shape, the shoulder is often provided with shoulder pads for keeping the shape, and the positions are not easy to be dried, therefore, besides the air outlets 201 are arranged at the positions which are not easy to be dried, further according to the difference of the degree of difficult drying of these difficult drying positions, the air permeability of the air outlet portion 201 is further distinguished, such as: the air permeability of the collar part and/or the shoulder part on the human-shaped air bag 200 is further improved, and the clothes drying speed is improved; the air permeability of the air permeable part is gradually increased along with the increase of the number of the cloth layers or the increase of the thickness of the filler on the clothes.
The automatic control quick dryer further includes a support structure 800, one end of the support structure 800 is supported on the detection portion of the weight detection device 400, and the other end supports the air bag 200 and the clothes on the air bag 200.
The support structure 800 may be located entirely within the bladder 200 or partially within the bladder 200.

The support structure 800 is located entirely within the bladder 200: the base 100 is provided with an outlet of the air duct 302, the weight detection device 400 is arranged on the base 100 at one side of the outlet of the air duct 302, the supporting structure 800 is supported on the weight detection device 400, and the air bag 200 is detachably connected with the base 100 and covers the weight detection device 400, the outlet of the air duct 302 and the supporting structure 800 in the air bag 200.
In the clothes drying process, the weight detection device 400, the outlet of the air duct 302 and the supporting structure 800 are covered in the air bag 200, so that the clothes drying process is more attractive, the supporting device is arranged in the air bag 200, the balance is easier, and the weight detection device 400 has less influence on the detection of the weight of clothes by environmental factors and the air bag 200.
The outlet of the air duct 302 is provided with a clamping ring, the middle part of the clamping ring is provided with an inserting part for fixing the weight sensor, the inserting part is connected with the inner wall of the clamping ring through a cantilever, air can pass through a gap between the cantilevers, and the clamping ring is in screw connection with the base 100.
The weight sensor and the inserting part are assembled in an inserting mode, the lower end of the supporting structure 800 acts on a force-sensitive element of the weight sensor, the supporting device and the outlet of the air duct 302 are sleeved in the air bag 200 through the air inlet of the air bag 200, and the air inlet of the air bag 200 is connected with the outer wall of the base 100 or the clamping ring in a sealing mode.
Further, the clothes dryer further comprises an ironing device for ironing clothes on the air bag 200, the ironing device comprises a steam generating device 701 arranged in the base 100, a water tank 700 and a nursing spray head 703 arranged outside the base 100, the nursing spray head 703 is connected with the steam generator through a steam pipeline 702, the steam generating device 701 is electrically connected with the control device 500, and the control device 500 controls the time for starting steam and the steam generating amount of the steam generating device 701 according to the weight information of the clothes.
In the process of drying clothes, when the weight of the clothes is reduced to a certain degree, the time of the steam is started, and the steam generation amount of the steam generation device 701 is controlled to iron the clothes.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 2-5, this embodiment further defines the support structure of the second embodiment, wherein the support structure is used for supporting the airbag 200 and/or the garment, and the lateral width of the support structure is adjustable.
When the clothes dryer is used, clothes are firstly sleeved on the matched air bags 200, then the fan is started, the air bags 200 are expanded, if the supporting structures 800 are not arranged in the air bags 200, the phenomenon that the clothes fall off can occur in the process of expanding the air bags 200, the clothes fall off is reduced by arranging the supporting structures 800 in the air bags 200, meanwhile, the supporting structures 800 are not arranged, after the clothes are sleeved, the fan 400 is started while the clothes are lifted, so that the clothes dryer is very inconvenient, and the clothes are supported by arranging the supporting structures 800 in the air bags 200, so that the clothes dryer is convenient to use; for some clothes with large wet weight, the support structure 800 also has an auxiliary support function during the initial stage of drying or ironing process, so as to reduce the pressure of the clothes on the air bag 200.
Because the size difference of clothing, length are different, the gasbag 200 that is used for drying the clothing also has great difference, the main part that is used for launching clothing and gasbag 200 is bearing structure's horizontal position, through adjusting bearing structure's horizontal width, be applicable to the clothing that the width is different, because bearing structure 800 is the adjustment width, can realize the fine setting, even the clothing is unconventional clothing, also can be through fine setting bearing structure 800, make it match more with gasbag 200 and/or clothing, accommodation is wider.
Further, the supporting structure 800 includes a transverse supporting portion and a longitudinal supporting portion, and the transverse supporting portion is movably connected to the longitudinal supporting portion, so that the transverse width of the supporting structure 800 is adjustable.
The transverse supporting part and the longitudinal supporting part are movably connected, and the width difference of the supporting structure is realized through the relative movement of the transverse supporting part and the longitudinal supporting part.

As shown in fig. 6, the two short rods may also be connected in a telescopic manner, the short rods are of a hollow structure, the two short rods are respectively a first short rod 804 and a second short rod 805, the outer diameter of the first short rod 804 is smaller than the inner diameter of the second short rod 805, the inner wall of the first short rod 804 is fixedly connected with an elastic sheet 803-1, the elastic sheet 803-1 protrudes out of the end of the first short rod 804, the outer wall of the elastic sheet 803-1 is provided with a protrusion 803-2, and one end of the second short rod 805 connected with the first short rod 804 is provided with a through hole 803-3 matched with the protrusion 803-2.

As shown in fig. 2 to 4, on the basis of the third embodiment, the present embodiment further includes a storage structure disposed at the lower portion of the support structure, and after the clothes drying is completed, the lateral width of the support structure is reduced to be stored in the storage structure.
The containing structure comprises a containing box 900 arranged in a base 100 and an opening 901 which is arranged on the base 100 and is opposite to the containing box 900, a cover body 902 is arranged on the opening 901, in the clothes drying process, a supporting structure is supported on the cover body 902, the supporting structure is connected with the cover body 902 in an inserting mode and fixed on the cover body 902 through the side face of the cover body 902, the opening 901 is arranged on one side of an air outlet of an air duct 302, an air bag 200 is detachably connected with the base 100, the supporting structure, the air outlet of the air duct and the opening 901 are covered in the air bag 200, therefore, in the clothes drying process, exposed holes are reduced, the possibility that water of wet clothes falls into the holes is reduced, and the service life of the clothes dryer.
The cover 902 is connected or clamped with the opening 901 of the base 100 through a pin.
The opening 901 is circular or oval or rectangular in shape and is sized to facilitate passage of the rear support structure with a reduced lateral width.
The storage process comprises the following steps: after the clothes dryer is used, the air bag 200 is detached, the cover body 902 is rotated around the pin shaft to enable the opening 901 to be in an open state, the supporting structure is taken down from the cover body 902, the locking nut 809 is unscrewed, the supporting rod 806 is rotated to enable the supporting structure to be contracted, the transverse width of the supporting structure is reduced, if the vertical rod 802 can be contracted, the vertical rod 802 is contracted at the same time, the supporting structure is placed into the containing box 900 from the opening 901, and finally the cover body 902 is rotated to close the opening 901. The clothes dryer is compact in structure and attractive in appearance.
For the clothes dryer with the weight detection device 400, the cover 902 is provided with a limit bulge, the limit bulge clamps the weight detection device 400 on the cover 902 and fixes the weight detection device, and the lower end of the support structure acts on the detection part of the weight detection device.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 5, the difference between the present embodiment and the fourth embodiment is that in the present embodiment, the lower end of the vertical rod 802 is fixed on the bottom wall of the storage box 900, and may be welded to the bottom wall or may be inserted through a limit protrusion or a limit pipe.
The side rail 802 is a telescoping mechanism.
The upper wall of the base 100 is provided with a receiving pipe 903 for receiving the airbag 200, the diameter of the receiving pipe 903 is larger than the diameter of the connection part of the airbag 200 and the base 100, and the upper cover 904 is arranged on the upper cover of the receiving pipe 903.
The storage process comprises the following steps: after the clothes are dried, the air in the air bag 200 is emptied, the locking nut is unscrewed, the supporting rod 806 naturally droops to enable the transverse width of the supporting structure to be minimum, the longitudinal rod 802 is pressed downwards to enable the supporting structure to be stored in the storage box 900, then the air in the air bag 200 is completely emptied, the supporting structure is folded in the storage pipe 903, and the upper cover 904 is covered on the supporting structure, so that the structure is convenient to use, the air bag 200 does not need to be frequently disassembled, the damage of the air bag 200 is reduced, in addition, the supporting structure is convenient to use, when in use, the supporting structure is pulled out, and when not in use, the supporting structure is pressed into the storage box 900; the airbag 200 is housed in the housing pipe 903 and covered with the upper cover 904, and is compact in structure and convenient to use.
In this structure, it is preferable that the air bag 200 is provided with a vent hole for releasing gas in the air bag 200, and the vent hole is provided with a blocking cover.
The air hole is preferably arranged corresponding to the limiting part, so that the limiting part is convenient to control.
When the clothes dryer is provided with the weight detecting device 400, the weight detecting device 400 is fixed on the bottom wall of the storage box 900, and the support structure is supported on the detecting portion of the weight detecting device 400, when the clothes dryer is stored, the support structure needs to be removed from the weight detecting device 400 first, and then the clothes dryer is stored in the previous way.
Example six:
as shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, which is a control method of an automatically controlled fast dryer according to the first to fifth embodiments, the weight detecting device 400 detects the weight M of the clothes to be dried, which is sleeved on the air bag 200, and transmits the weight information of the clothes to the control device 500, and the control device 500 controls the drying device according to the weight information of the clothes.
The weight detection device 400 detects the total weight m1 of the support structure 800 and the airbag 200 and transmits the weight information of the two to the control device 500; after the clothes to be dried are sleeved on the air bag 200, the weight detection device 400 detects the weight M2 of the air bag 200, the supporting structure 800 and the clothes to be dried, transmits weight information to the control device 500, and the control device 500 calculates M2-M1 according to M1 and M2 to obtain the actual clothes weight M of the dried clothes and controls the drying device.
In the process of drying clothes, the control device 500 may also detect the weight m3 of the air bag 200, the supporting structure 800 and the clothes to be dried, detect the weight m4 of the air bag 200, the supporting structure 800 and the clothes to be dried after a certain time, obtain the reduction value m4-m3 of the weight of the clothes, judge the drying degree of the clothes, and control the drying device.
The drying device comprises a blowing device 300 and a heating device 301, the heating device 301 and the blowing device 300 are both electrically connected with a control device 500, and the control device 500 controls the heating power of the heating device 301 and the rotating speed of the blowing device 300 according to the weight of the clothes.
The control means 500 may control the heating means 301 and the blowing means 300 according to the weight or weight loss change rate of the laundry: when the rate of change in the weight of the laundry is large, the rotational speed of the blower 300 and the heating power of the heating unit 301 are increased, and when the rate of change in the weight of the laundry is small, the rotational speed of the blower 300 and the heating power of the heating unit 301 are decreased, and when the rate of change in the weight of the laundry is 0 or the weight of the laundry is not changed, the blower 300 and the heating unit 301 are controlled to stop.
The control means 500 controls the dryer according to the weight of the laundry: the control device 500 presets a plurality of clothes weight ranges, sets drying time corresponding to each clothes weight range and/or the rotating speed of the air blowing device 300 of the drying device and/or the heating power of the heating device 301 of the drying device, and the control device 500 judges the weight range where M is located according to the detected clothes weight M and executes the drying time corresponding to the weight range and/or the rotating speed of the air blowing device 300 and/or the heating power of the heating device 301.
For example, the preset weight range of the laundry is M1-M2, the drying time T1, the rotation speed V1 of the blower 300, and the heating power W1 of the heater;
the weight range of the clothes is M3-M4, the drying time T2, the rotating speed V2 of the blower device 300 and the heating power W2 of the heater;
the actual laundry weight M detected by the weight detecting device 400 is determined in which weight range the laundry weight M is, and if M is in the range of M3-M4, the drying time T2, the rotation speed V2 of the blower 300, and the heating power W2 of the heater are automatically selected to dry the laundry.
The values of the parameters can be self-carried by the dryer or input and adjusted by a user according to needs, and the mode is more flexible.
If the actual clothes weight M is not within the preset range, the drying device does not act or gives an alarm, and the user can continue to dry clothes by adjusting clothes or parameters.
The control device 500 presets a laundry weight threshold value for activating the steam generating device 701 and a steam generation amount Q of the steam generating device 701 corresponding to the laundry weight range according to the preset laundry weight range.
In the drying process, when the weight of the laundry is less than the laundry weight threshold, the control device 500 activates the steam generation device 701 and controls the steam generation amount of the steam generation device 701 to be Q.
EXAMPLE seven
As shown in fig. 7, in this embodiment, a control mode according to the material and type of the clothes is added on the basis of the sixth embodiment.
In the automatic control mode, the control device 500 automatically selects a matching laundry weight range according to the laundry weight, and performs drying for a drying time, a heating power of the heating device 301, and a rotation speed of the blowing device 300 matching the laundry weight range;

and S4, finishing clothes drying after the drying time is reached.
The types of clothing include shirts, windcoats, pants, and the like.
The clothes material comprises cotton, acrylic fiber or wool and the like.

A control method for automatically controlling a quick dryer, the dryer includes a base 100, an air bag 200 provided on the base 100 for covering clothes, and a drying device for supplying drying air to the air bag, and further includes:
a clothing material quality detection device;
and the clothes material detection device and the drying device are electrically connected with the control device.
The drying device comprises a heating device 301 and a blowing device 300, wherein the blowing device 300 is arranged in the base 100, the air bag 200 is communicated with the blowing device 300 through an air duct 302, and the heating device 301 is arranged in the air duct 302.
The control method comprises the following steps: the clothes material detection device detects the clothes material information on the air bag 200 and inputs the information into the control device; the control device presets a plurality of clothes material information and drying time corresponding to each clothes material information and/or the rotating speed of the air blowing device and/or the heating power of the heating device; the control device selects corresponding preset clothes material information according to the detected clothes material information, and executes the drying time corresponding to the preset clothes material information and/or the rotating speed of the air blowing device 300 and/or the heating power of the heating device 301, and after the drying time is reached, the clothes drying is finished.
Preferably, the clothes material detecting device is a fabric sensor.

Claims (9)

1. An automatic control quick clothes dryer comprises a base, an air bag arranged on the base and used for sleeving clothes, and a drying device used for providing drying air for the air bag,
further comprising: a weight detecting device;
the weight detection device and the drying device are both electrically connected with the control device;
the control device controls the drying device to dry the clothes according to the weight of the clothes detected by the weight detection device;
the upper end of the supporting structure supports the air bag and/or clothes on the air bag;
the lower part of the supporting structure is provided with a receiving structure for receiving the supporting structure, and the transverse width of the supporting structure is reduced and is received in the receiving structure;
the containing structure comprises a containing box arranged in the base and an opening arranged on the base and opposite to the containing box; the opening is provided with a cover body detachably connected with the opening, and the supporting structure is detachably connected with the cover body;
be equipped with spacing arch on the lid, spacing arch is with weight detection device card on the lid, and bearing structure's lower extreme acts on weight detection device's detection portion.

The automatically controlled rapid dryer according to claim 1, wherein the drying means includes blowing means for blowing the drying air into the air cells and heating means for heating the drying air, and the control means controls a rotation speed of the blowing means and/or a heating power of the heating means according to the weight of the laundry detected by the weight detecting means.
3. The automatically controlled quick dryer according to claim 2, characterized in that said weight detection means are force sensors, the lower end of said supporting structure acting on force sensitive elements of said force sensors.

The automatic control rapid clothes dryer according to claim 3, wherein the base is provided with an air duct outlet, the weight detection device is arranged at one side of the air duct outlet, the support structure acts on the weight detection device, and the air bag is detachably connected with the base and covers the weight detection device, the air duct outlet and the support structure in the air bag.

The automatically controlled rapid dryer according to any one of claims 1 to 4, further comprising an ironing device for ironing the clothes on the bladder, wherein the ironing device comprises a steam generating device disposed in the base, the steam generating device is electrically connected to the control device, and the control device controls the steam generating device according to the weight information of the clothes.

A control method of automatically controlling a quick dryer according to any one of claims 1 to 5, wherein the weight detecting means detects the weight of the laundry to be dried fitted over the air bag and transmits the weight information of the laundry to the control means, and the control means controls the drying means based on the weight information of the laundry.

The control method of automatically controlling a quick dryer according to claim 6, wherein the control means presets a plurality of ranges of the weight of the laundry and sets a drying time and/or a rotation speed of the blowing means and/or a heating power of the heating means corresponding to each range of the weight of the laundry, the control means judges a weight range in which the weight of the laundry is located and performs a drying time and/or a rotation speed of the blowing means and/or a heating power of the heating means corresponding to the weight range.

The control method of automatically controlling a flash dryer according to claim 7, wherein the control means presets the laundry material information and/or the laundry type information corresponding to the plurality of laundry weight ranges, respectively, determines whether the laundry weight is within the laundry weight range corresponding to the laundry material information and/or the laundry type information input by the user, if so, inputs correctly, performs the drying time corresponding to the weight range and/or the rotation speed of the blower and/or the heating power of the heating means, and if not, makes an error, the dryer does not operate or gives an alarm.
9. The control method of an automatically controlled quick dryer according to any of claims 6 to 8, characterized in that it comprises the steps of:
s1, detecting the weight M of the clothes on the air bag by the weight detection device, and inputting the weight M into the control device;
s2, the user inputs the clothes material information and/or the clothes type information, the weight range corresponding to the clothes material information and/or the clothes type information is compared with the M, and whether the clothes material information and/or the clothes type information input by the user is correct or not is judged: if M is the weight range corresponding to the laundry material information and/or the laundry type information, performing S3 correctly, otherwise, the dryer does not operate or gives an alarm;
s3, the control device executes the rotating speed of the air blowing device and/or the heating power of the heating device and/or the released steam amount and/or the drying time of the steam generating device corresponding to the clothes material information and/or the clothes type information input by the user;
and S4, finishing clothes drying after the drying time is reached.
