In the description of the present invention, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified or limited, the terms "mounted," "connected," "contacting," and "communicating" are to be construed broadly, e.g., as meaning fixedly connected, detachably connected, or integrally connected; can be mechanically or electrically connected; may be directly connected or indirectly connected through an intermediate. The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood in specific cases to those skilled in the art.
The existing roller type drying equipment is easy to cause extrusion deformation of underwear as the clothes continuously roll when drying the underwear; meanwhile, moisture at the thick part of the underwear material is difficult to dry, and the thin part of the underwear material is easy to be dried too dry due to too long drying time, so that the underwear material is damaged and deformed. Therefore, the embodiment provides a drying control method of washing and drying integrated equipment, which can efficiently and uniformly dry underwear.
Fixing clothes and underwear on a clothes support, and driving the clothes support to rotate to enable the clothes to rotate in a drying airflow along with the clothes support to implement drying treatment; the embodiment helps to throw water out of the underwear by fixing the underwear to be dried on the optional clothes support and controlling the clothes support to rotate during the drying process. Adopt the washing of this embodiment to dry by fire integrative equipment and carry out the underwear and dry, hang the underwear and be fixed in and dry on the clothing support, make the underwear can not extrude each other at the stoving in-process, avoid clothing deformation, damage.
The method is provided with the following drying processes:
firstly, the clothes rack needs to be controlled to rotate at an initial rotating speed V0; during the underwear drying process, the preheating stage is firstly carried out, during the preheating stage, the clothing support rotates at a set rotating speed, and when the set temperature is reached or the set time is reached, the drying stage is carried out. After the clothes drying stage, the clothes support rotates at an initial rotating speed V0, the initial rotating speed V0 and the set rotating speed in the preheating stage can be the same or larger than the set rotating speed in the preheating stage, so that the speed of hot air taking away moisture in the underwear is accelerated.
The air inlet temperature t1 and the air outlet temperature t2 of the drying air flow are obtained, the drying temperature difference Dt is calculated, and the drying temperature difference Dt is t2-t1, and the set drying limit value reached by the drying temperature difference Dt is determined according to the drying temperature difference Dt. And controlling the rotating speed of the clothes rack according to the determined set drying limit value.
In the drying stage, as the drying degree of the underwear is deepened, the moisture in the underwear is gradually reduced, and the temperature difference of the inlet air and the outlet air is smaller and smaller. And judging whether the actual temperature difference Dt is reduced to a set drying limit value Dn or not, and if so, increasing the rotating speed of the clothes support. When the actual temperature difference Dt is reduced to a set drying limit value Dn, the rotating speed of the clothes support is controlled to be increased, centrifugal force is increased, water in underwear is analyzed to form the surface of the clothes, drying efficiency is improved, drying is more sufficient, meanwhile, due to the fact that the thicknesses of different parts of the underwear are different, for example, the sponge which is easy to absorb water is arranged on a cup part and thick and heavy, other parts are made of thin materials, under the same drying condition, moisture on the thick and heavy parts of the underwear is more, the surface is dried firstly during drying, the inside is not dried, the thin parts are dried, at the moment, the centrifugal force of the clothes support is increased through improving the rotating speed, the moisture in the thick and heavy parts seeps out of the surface and then is dried, drying efficiency is effectively improved, meanwhile, the drying time of the thin parts of the materials is shortened, and the thin parts are prevented from being too dry and deformed.
Further optionally, controlling the rotational speed of the laundry rack in accordance with the determined set drying limit comprises
Setting a plurality of stages and a drying limit value corresponding to each stage; and gradually increasing the rotating speed of the clothes support stage by stage according to the set drying limit value of each stage. Optionally, a plurality of stages in ascending order are set; setting a set drying limit value for each stage number, wherein each set drying limit value corresponds to a clothes support rotating speed; determining a set drying limit value reached by the drying temperature difference Dt according to the drying temperature difference Dt, and controlling the rotating speed of the clothes support to increase to the rotating speed corresponding to the temperature limit value;
specifically, a plurality of temperature differences D1, D2, and D3.. Dn which are sequentially decreased are set; the plurality of temperature differences D1, D2, D3.. Dn optionally decrease in an arithmetic progression. Optionally, the temperature differences D1, D2, and D3.. Dn correspond to the clothes rack rotation speeds V1, V2, V3... Vn, respectively, and V1, V2, V3... Vn are sequentially increased; and when the actual temperature difference Dt sequentially reaches the set temperature differences, controlling the rotating speed of the clothes support to sequentially increase. Alternatively, when the actual temperature difference Dt is less than or equal to Dn, the clothes support is controlled to rotate at the rotating speed Vn, and when the actual temperature difference Dt is more than Dn, the clothes support is controlled to rotate at the rotating speed Vn-1. V1, V2, V3... Vn are optionally incremented in arithmetic progression.
And when the actual temperature difference Dt sequentially reaches the set temperature differences, controlling the rotating speed of the clothes support to sequentially increase.
The drying degree deepens along with the underwear, and moisture in the underwear reduces gradually, and the business turn over wind difference in temperature can be more and more littleer, sets up stoving setting value Dn and diminishes gradually, is exactly the gradual deepening of control drying degree, and control washtub rotational speed increases this moment, increases centrifugal force, makes the water analysis in the underwear go out the clothing surface, improves drying efficiency, makes the stoving more abundant.
Further optionally, acquire clothing support's air inlet temperature and air-out temperature to and calculate the actual difference in temperature Dt of air inlet temperature and air-out temperature, include:
acquiring the air inlet temperature and the air outlet temperature of the clothes support in real time; after entering the drying stage, the temperatures of the air inlet and the air outlet are detected through temperature detection modules arranged at the air inlet and the air outlet of the clothes support, the temperature of the air outlet is gradually increased along with the progress of the drying degree, and the temperature of the air outlet is basically unchanged when the drying is finished.
And calculating the difference between the inlet air temperature and the outlet air temperature at intervals of t, optionally, t is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 2min, and obtaining the difference when the inlet air temperature and the outlet air temperature are relatively stable when the inlet air temperature and the outlet air temperature are calculated, but the interval time is not easy to overlong, so that the condition that the temperature difference is not calculated when the inlet air temperature and the outlet air temperature are reduced to the set temperature difference is avoided, and optionally, t is more than or equal to 0 and less than or equal to 2 min.
Further optionally, a plurality of temperature differences D1, D2, D3.. Dn decreasing in sequence are set, the temperature differences D1, D2, D3.. Dn correspond to the set clothes rack rotation speeds V1, V2, V3... Vn respectively, and V1, V2, V3... Vn increase in sequence, and the control method includes the following steps, specifically referring to the control flow chart shown in fig. 11:
s1, controlling the drying fan and the drying heater to start;
s2, controlling the clothes rack to rotate at a set rotating speed;
s3, when the set drying time is reached, acquiring the air inlet temperature and the air outlet temperature of the clothes support in real time, and calculating the actual temperature difference Dt between the air inlet temperature and the air outlet temperature every t time;
s4, judging the actual temperature difference Dt and each set drying limit value Dn, controlling the clothes support to rotate at a rotating speed Vn when the actual temperature difference Dt is less than or equal to Dn, and controlling the clothes support to rotate at a rotating speed Vn-1 when the actual temperature difference Dt is more than Dn.
S5: and when the dry judging condition is reached, finishing the drying stage.
