技术领域
本发明涉及化合物合成装置,尤其涉及苯丙乳液涂料的生产装置。
背景技术
苯丙乳液涂料适用于水性建筑涂料,也可作为涂布纸使用的高分子乳液以及用于建筑物外墙粉刷装饰,现有的生产装置大多比较复杂,苯丙乳液涂料作为水性建筑涂料,其生产装置优劣对于提高产品质量,减少副产物含量具有重要经济意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供苯丙乳液涂料的生产装置,主要包括:储罐(F101)、储罐(F102)、储罐(F103)、储罐(F104)、原料泵(J101)、原料泵(J102)、原料泵(J103)、原料泵(J104)、反应釜(D101)、输送泵(J105)、反应釜(D102)、产品泵(J106),生产装置各个组成部分之间的连接关系为:储罐(F104)与原料泵(J104)相连接,储罐(F103)与原料泵(J103)相连接,储罐(F102)与原料泵(J102)相连接,储罐(F101)与原料泵(J101)相连接,原料泵(J101)与反应釜(D101)相连接,原料泵(J102)与反应釜(D101)相连接,原料泵(J103)与反应釜(D101)相连接,原料泵(J104)与反应釜(D101)相连接,反应釜(D101)与输送泵(J105)相连接,输送泵(J105)与反应釜(D102)相连接,反应釜(D102)与产品泵(J106)相连接,其中,储罐(F102)公称容积2.2-2.4m3,反应釜(D101)夹套容量100-110L,输送泵(J105)进水口直径270-290mm。
苯丙乳液涂料的生产装置,生产流程为:按配方进行乳化后,其中聚合单体与水质量比为1:1,苯乙烯与丙烯酸酯类单体质量比为1:1,将单体与部分乳化剂及DZ-1助剂等在D101中,在20-26℃温度下进行预乳化,然后通过向反应釜D102中连续滴加预乳液以及分批加入引发剂的方法进行乳液聚合反应,乳液制备2—3小时后出料,即可得产品。本发明优点在于:减少了反应中间环节,降低了反应温度及反应时间,提高了反应收率。
