Abstract

本发明涉及一种减少剩磁的永磁起重装置,其主要包括磁轭、永磁体、线圈、黄铜;所述磁轭共两个,包括左磁轭、右磁轭,且呈左右对称分布;所述线圈固定在所述永磁体外表面,且在所述磁轭与所述黄铜形成空腔内360°范围内转动。本装置不仅能实现吸吊安全可靠、卸载方便,而且能消除起重装置表面的剩磁。

技术领域
本发明涉及磁力起重装置,具体涉及一种减少剩磁的永磁起重装置。
背景技术
永磁起重装置的研宄是一项非常有前景的工作,随着高性能稀土永磁材料的快速发展,使得永磁起重代替电磁电磁起重成为可能。永磁起重吸盘的基本思想是:在吸吊作业过程中,不需要通电流,靠永磁体的强大吸力来吸吊铁磁材料工件,更重要的是不存在因停电而发生安全事故的问题。因此,相比传统的电磁起重,永磁起重的最大优点是节能。
但是,永磁起重装置在卸载时也存在漏洞。例如,永磁起重主要由永磁体、工业纯铁和黄铜镶嵌组成,由于工业纯铁的磁滞存在的剩磁现象,容易在磁极表面吸附铁屑,致使起重装置在下一次使用时其磁力会得到削减,从而导致吸引重物不牢使得作业的可靠性和安全性不好。这是一个摆在业内急需解决的问题,虽然国内已经有一些解决方法,但是效果不是很好。
因此市场上开发一种减少剩磁的永磁起重装置是非常必要的。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提供一种减少剩磁的永磁起重装置,本发明不仅能实现吸吊安全可靠、卸载方便,而且能消除起重装置表面的剩磁,确保其表面无铁屑。
为达到上述目的,发明采取以下技术方案:一种减少剩磁的永磁起重装置,其特征在于:其主要包括磁轭、永磁体、线圈、黄铜;所述磁轭共两个,包括左磁轭、右磁轭,且呈左右对称分布;所述线圈固定在所述永磁体外表面,且在所述磁轭与所述黄铜形成空腔内360°范围内转动。
本发明的优点在于:本装置通过设置一组转动的永磁体和线圈,当永磁体和线圈转动90°,且与黄铜接触时,可实现铁磁材料工件被快速卸载,同时通以针对线圈通一定的反向电流,使其产生的电磁通来减弱永磁起重装置中的剩磁。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明作进一步详细说明。
参照图1至图2,本发明提供了一种减少剩磁的永磁起重装置,其特征在于:其主要包括磁轭1、永磁体2、线圈3、黄铜4;所述磁轭1共两个,包括左磁轭11、右磁轭12,且呈左右对称分布;所述线圈3固定在所述永磁体2外表面,且在所述磁轭1与所述黄铜4形成空腔内360°范围内转动。
本发明的工作原理如下:当永磁体2和线圈3转到图1位置时,线圈3不通电,永磁体2产生的磁通经过工件5形成闭合回路,此时起重装置处于吸吊作业状态。当永磁体2和线圈3转到图2位置时,永磁体2产生的磁通大部分被黄铜4切断断,少量经过工件5,为了消除永磁起重装置的剩磁,针对线圈2通以一定的反向电流,使其产生的电磁通来减小该装置中的剩磁,此时起重装置处于为卸载状态。
