本发明公开了一种导光板组件、背光源以及显示装置,该导光板组件包括至少两层依次叠加设置的导光板,所述导光板组件中各导光板的折射率由所述导光板组件的上表面至所述导光板组件的下表面依次递减,所述导光板的一侧设有折射腔,相邻的两层导光板的折射腔交错设置,所述折射腔的内壁上设有散光层;本发明能够使显示装置在背光源亮灭的时候,背光源局部亮灭可以柔和的过渡,从而提升显示装置的显示效果。

一种导光板组件、背光源以及显示装置
技术领域
本发明涉及显示领域,尤指一种导光板组件、背光源以及显示装置。
背景技术
现有显示装置提升画面对比度的方式为通过DFC数字化优化显示装置的对比度,该方式是通过对显示面板穿透率的微调实现的,并没有直接影响到背光亮度的分布,使显示装置对比度的提升效果不明显,同时也不能达到降低功耗的作用,并且当显示装置的光源亮灭的时候,显示装置的背光源局部容易出现混光现象,从而影响显示装置的显示效果。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供了一种导光板组件、背光源以及显示装置,从而使显示装置在背光源亮灭的时候,背光源局部亮灭可以柔和的过渡,从而提升显示装置的显示效果。
为了达到本发明目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
第一方面,本发明提供了一种导光板组件,包括至少两层依次叠加设置的导光板,所述导光板组件中各导光板的折射率由所述导光板组件的上表面至所述导光板组件的下表面依次递减,所述导光板的一侧设有折射腔,相邻的两层导光板的折射腔交错设置,所述折射腔的内壁上设有散光层。
可选地,所述折射腔为微结构的锥形腔体。
可选地,所述导光板的所述一侧并排排布多个所述折射腔,且所述导光板的所述一侧至少设有两排所述折射腔。
可选地,所述相邻的两层导光板的折射腔在所述导光板组件上的垂直投影不重叠。
可选地,所述相邻的两层导光板的交接处填充有反射层。
可选地,所述导光板组件包括依次叠加设置的第一导光板和第二导光板,所述第一导光板的材质为紫外光固化胶,所述第二导光板的材质为硅胶。
可选地,所述导光板组件还包括第三导光板,所述第三导光板叠加设置在所述第二导光板的下表面上,所述第三导光板的材质为PC塑料或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
可选地,所述导光板组件的上表面上设有微结构棱镜层。
可选地,所述微结构棱镜层中棱镜的尺寸由所述导光板组件的入光侧至所述导光板组件的出光侧逐渐变大。
可选地,所述微结构棱镜层的材质为紫外光固化胶。
第二方面,本发明还提供了一种背光源,所述背光源包括如上所述的导光板组件以及设置在所述导光板组件侧边的光源。
可选地,所述光源包括至少两根灯条,每根灯条上串联多个与所述导光板组件匹配的LED灯。
第三方面,本发明还提供了一种显示装置,包括背光源以及显示面板,所述背光源位于所述显示面板的下侧面,所述背光源包括导光板组件所述导光板组件采用如上所述的导光板组件。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明提供的导光板组件,能够在光源亮灭的时候,根据光的折反射定律,使背光源局部亮灭可以柔和的过渡,从而达使显示装置具有电视背光区域调节技术的画面效果,可以明显的提升显示装置画面的对比度,以及降低显示装置的功耗。

具体实施方式
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明白,下文中将结合附图对本发明的实施例进行详细说明。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互任意组合。
本发明实施例提供一种导光板组件,包括至少两层依次叠加设置的导光板1,导光板组件中各导光板1的折射率由导光板组件的上表面至导光板组件的下表面依次递减,其中,导光板组件的上表面是指临近显示装置的显示面板一侧的表面,导光板组件的下表面是指远离显示装置的显示面板一侧的表面,导光板1的一侧设有折射腔2,相邻的两层导光板的折射腔交错设置,即相邻的两层导光板1中的一个导光板1的折射腔2设置在导光板组件的一侧,另一个导光板1的折射腔2设置在导光板组件的另一侧,折射腔2的内壁上设有散光层6,本实施例中导光板1内的折射腔2是通过光蚀刻的方法制备而成;本发明提供的导光板组件,能够在光源亮灭的时候,根据光的折反射定律,使背光源局部亮灭可以柔和的过渡,从而达使显示装置具有电视背光区域调节技术的画面效果,可以明显的提升显示装置画面的对比度,以及降低显示装置的功耗。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供一种导光板组件,包括依次叠加设置的第一导光板101和第二导光板102,具体的,第二导光板102叠加设置在第一导光板101的下表面上,第一导光板101的材质为紫外光固化胶,其厚度为0.5mm-3mm,第二导光板102的材质为硅胶,其厚度为0.4-3mm,第一导光板101的折射率大于第二导光板102的折射率,在本实施例中,第一导光板101为1mm的紫外光固化胶层,第二导光板102为0.4mm的硅胶层。本实施例中,还可以采用其他材料替代紫外光固化胶和硅胶作为第一导光板101和第二导光板102的材质,本实施例在此不再赘述。
如图1和图2所示,第一导光板101一侧的边缘设有第一折射腔201,其另一侧不设有折射腔2,第二导光板102远离第一折射腔201的一侧设有第二折射腔202,使第一折射腔201和第二折射腔202分别位于导光板组件的两侧。第一折射腔201和第二折射腔202在第一导光板101和第二导光板102上分别并排排布设有多个,具体的,多个第一折射腔201和多个第二折射腔202分别在第一导光板101和第二导光板102的一侧边缘沿光线的传播方向成排排列,并分别贯穿第一导光板101和第二导光板102,且多个第一折射腔201之间和多个第二折射腔202之间没有间隙,连续排布;第一导光板101的一侧和第二导光板102的一侧分别至少设有两排第一折射腔201和第二折射腔202,并且第一导光板101的第一折射腔201与第二导光板102的第二折射腔202在导光板组件上垂直投影不重叠,第一折射腔201和第二折射腔202设置不少于两排,使导光板组件内光线的折射角度小,光能量的波动小,使光线均匀,平缓过渡。本实施例中,第一折射腔201和第二折射腔202分别设有两排。
如图5所示,折射腔2为微结构的锥形腔体,本实施例中,折射腔2为微结构三棱锥状,折射腔2的内壁上设有散光层6,散光层6为二氧化硅层,二氧化硅层喷印设置在折射腔2的内壁上。在本实施例中,可以采用其他材料替代二氧化硅层,例如,树脂或亚克力。折射腔2可以为其他形状的空腔,例如,圆锥状或四棱锥状等,本实施例在此不再赘述。
如图1所示,第一导光板101和第二导光板102之间的交接处填充有反射层4,反射层4为钛钡白层,其中,钛钡白层包括质量百分数为25%~35%的二氧化钛和75%~65%的硫酸钡,反射层4的厚度为0.05mm-0.2mm,反射层4在导光板组件上的垂直投影分别与第一折射腔201和第二折射腔202在导光板组件上的垂直投影不重叠,本实施例中,反射层4填充的厚度为0.1mm。在第一导光板101和第二导光板102之间的交接处还填充有透明胶层,反射层4通过透明胶层粘贴在第一导光板101和第二导光板102之间,透明胶层的厚度为0.05mm-0.2mm。本实施例中,还可以采用其他材料替代钛钡白层作为反射层4,本实施例在此不再赘述。
如图2和图4所示,导光板组件的上表面上设有微结构棱镜层5,即第一导光板101的上表面设有微结构棱镜层5,微结构棱镜层5包括多个微结构棱镜,根据光的折反射定律,由于导光板组件出光侧104的微结构棱镜的聚光能力高于导光板组件入光侧105的微结构棱镜的聚光能力,为了确保导光板组件的光线可以在导光板组件表面进行均匀的分配,保证导光板组件的辉度均匀性,本实施例中微结构棱镜的尺寸与微结构棱镜距离入光侧105的距离成正比,具体的,多个微结构棱镜的尺寸由导光板组件的入光侧105至导光板组件的出光侧104逐渐变大。本实施例中,微结构棱镜层5的材质为紫外光固化胶,微结构棱镜层5的制备方法为:先在导光板组件的上表面上涂覆一定厚度的紫外光固化胶,将具有微结构棱镜空腔的模具覆盖在紫外光固化胶上,使部分紫外光固化胶填充该微结构棱镜空腔内,然后通过紫外光照射使该微结构棱镜空腔内的紫外光固化胶固定,再通过紫外光固化胶将微结构棱镜空腔以外的紫外光固化胶洗除,最后,取出模具,使导光板组件的上表面上形成如上所述的微结构棱镜层5。
图3所示实施例与图1所示实施例的区别在于,导光板组件包括依次叠加设置的第一导光板101'、第二导光板102'和第三导光板103',具体的,第二导光板102'叠加设置在第一导光板101的下表面上,第三导光板103'叠加设置在第二导光板102'的下表面上,第一导光板101'的材质为紫外光固化胶,第二导光板102'的材质为硅胶,第三导光板103'的材质为PC塑料或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯,从而使第一导光板101'、第二导光板102'和第三导光板103'的折射率依次递减,第一导光板101'一侧的边缘设有两排并排设置的第一折射腔201',第二导光板102'远离第一折射腔201'的一侧设有两排并排设置的第二折射腔202',第三导光板103'远离第二折射腔202'的一侧设有两排并排设置的第三折射腔203'。第一导光板101'和第二导光板102'之间、第二导光板102'和第三导光板103'之间的交接处填充有反射层4,本实施例中的第一折射腔201'、第二折射腔202'、第三折射腔203'采用图4所示的折射腔。
如图6所示,本发明还提供了一种背光源,包括多个图1或图2所示的导光板组件7,多个导光板组件7相互拼接形成背光源,导光板组件7的一侧侧边设有光源8,光源8包括至少两根灯条,每根灯条上串联多个LED灯,每根灯条上LED灯的数目与导光板组件7的配光匹配。本实施例通过使用两根或两根以上灯条,配合每根灯条串联的LED与导光板组件7匹配,由于使用的灯条数量变多,使串联的LED的颗数变小,最终使拼接的导光板组件7尺寸变小,数量变多,从而得到的显示装置对比度变高,功耗相对变低。本实施例通过伴随显示装置画面亮暗,调节背光源每串LED灯电流的强弱,达到背光源可视区域出现匹配性的亮暗画面,最终达到强化显示装置画面的对比度。
本发明还提供了一种显示装置,包括背光源以及显示面板,背光源位于显示面板的下侧面,该背光源包括导光板组件,该导光板组件采用图1或图2所示的导光板组件。

1.一种导光板组件,其特征在于,包括至少两层依次叠加设置的导光板,所述导光板组件中各导光板的折射率由所述导光板组件的上表面至所述导光板组件的下表面依次递减,所述导光板的一侧设有折射腔,相邻的两层导光板的折射腔交错设置,所述折射腔的内壁上设有散光层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的导光板组件,其特征在于,所述折射腔为微结构的锥形腔体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的导光板组件,其特征在于,所述导光板的所述一侧并排排布多个所述折射腔,且所述导光板的所述一侧至少设有两排所述折射腔。
4.根据权利要求3所述的导光板组件,其特征在于,所述相邻的两层导光板的折射腔在所述导光板组件上的垂直投影不重叠。
5.根据权利要求1所述的导光板组件,其特征在于,所述相邻的两层导光板的交接处填充有反射层。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的导光板组件,其特征在于,所述导光板组件包括依次叠加设置的第一导光板和第二导光板,所述第一导光板的材质为紫外光固化胶,所述第二导光板的材质为硅胶。
7.根据权利要求6所述的导光板组件,其特征在于,所述导光板组件还包括第三导光板,所述第三导光板叠加设置在所述第二导光板的下表面上,所述第三导光板的材质为PC塑料或聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯。
8.根据权利要求1-5任一所述的导光板组件,其特征在于,所述导光板组件的上表面上设有微结构棱镜层。
9.根据权利要求8所述的导光板组件,其特征在于,所述微结构棱镜层中棱镜的尺寸由所述导光板组件的入光侧至所述导光板组件的出光侧逐渐变大。
10.根据权利要求8所述的导光板组件,其特征在于,所述微结构棱镜层的材质为紫外光固化胶。
11.一种背光源,其特征在于,所述背光源包括权利要求1-10任一所述的导光板组件以及设置在所述导光板组件侧边的光源。
12.根据权利要求11所述的背光源,其特征在于,所述光源包括至少两根灯条,每根灯条上串联多个与所述导光板组件匹配的LED灯。
13.一种显示装置,包括背光源以及显示面板,所述背光源位于所述显示面板的下侧面,所述背光源包括导光板组件,其特征在于,所述导光板组件采用权利要求1-10任一所述的导光板组件。
