本发明名称为一种长寿命皮带轮及其表面强化处理工艺。属于皮带轮几何结构和材料表面强化处理技术领域。它主要解决现有皮带轮使用寿命短的问题。它的主要特征是:(1)、采用冷轧钢板SPCC旋压成型;(2)、然后将其置于预热炉内进行360‑370℃,1‑2小时的保温处理;(3)、然后将其置于碳氮共渗盐浴炉里进行560‑570℃,1.5‑3小时的保温处理,得到8‑12um的化合物层和0.1‑0.3mm的扩散层;(4)、再置于装有水的水池中,使表面硬度Hv0.1>500‑600。本发明具有可提高皮带轮表面强度,增加耐磨性,增加基体强韧性,达到硬而不脆,综合效果好的特点,主要用于皮带轮及其表面强化处理工艺。

技术领域
本发明涉及皮带轮几何结构和材料表面强化处理技术领域,具体为一种长寿命皮带轮及其表面强化处理工艺。
背景技术
皮带轮,属于盘毂类零件,一般相对尺寸比较大,制造工艺上一般以铸造、锻造为主,一般尺寸较大的设计为用铸造的方法,材料一般都是铸铁(铸造性能较好),很少用铸钢(钢的铸造性能不佳),一般尺寸较小的,可以设计为锻造,材料为钢,皮带轮主要用于远距离传送动力的场合,例如小型柴油机动力的输出,农用车,拖拉机,汽车,矿山机械,机械加工设备,纺织机械,包装机械、车床和锻床,一些小马力摩托车动力的传动,农业机械动力的传送,空压机、减速器、减速机、发电机和轧花机等等。
但是在实际的生产使用过程中,现有的皮带轮的表面强度较低,皮带与皮带轮的转动摩擦中,耐磨性较差,磨损快,还易导致金属外层脱落,磨损较严重的皮带轮外层易生锈,基体强韧性弱,硬度低,脆性大,在长时间的使用磨损,会导致皮带轮与皮带的配合精度降低,不仅影响实际的生产使用,还会因为皮带与皮带轮配合不当,造成异响,给工人带来一定的影响,最终造成了皮带轮的使用寿命短的弊病。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种长寿命皮带轮及其表面强化处理工艺,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种长寿命皮带轮及其表面强化处理工艺,包括皮带轮,在所述的皮带轮外表面设有一层经环保氮化基盐强化处理的强化层。
优选的,所述的强化层为8-12um的化合物层和0.1-0.3mm的扩散层。
优选的,所述的皮带轮采用冷轧钢板SPCC旋压制成。
本发明长寿命皮带轮及其表面强化处理解决现有皮带轮使用寿命短的工艺是:(1)、采用冷轧钢板SPCC旋压成型;(2)、然后将其置于预热炉内进行360-370℃,1-2小时的保温处理;(3)、然后将其置于碳氮共渗盐浴炉里进行560-570℃,1.5-3小时的保温处理,得到8-12um的化合物层和0.1-0.3mm的扩散层;(4)、再置于装有水的水池中,使表面硬度Hv0.1>500-600。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明由于采用冷轧钢板SPCC旋压制成,然后将其置于预热炉内进行360-370℃,1-2小时的保温处理,然后将其置于碳氮共渗盐浴炉里进行560-570℃,1.5-3小时的保温处理,得到8-12um的化合物层和0.1-0.3mm的扩散层,再置于装有水的水池中,使表面硬度Hv0.1>500-600。本发明具有可提高皮带轮表面强度,增加耐磨性,增加基体强韧性,达到硬而不脆,综合效果好的特点,主要用于皮带轮及其表面强化处理工艺。

下面将对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明皮带轮按图纸要求进行机械加工,采用冷轧钢板SPCC旋压制成,将其置于预热炉内进行360-370℃,1-2小时的保温处理,皮带轮经碳氮复合物处理后在表面形成强化层,强化层为8-12um的化合物层和0.1-0.3mm的扩散层层,再置于装有水的水池中,使表面硬度Hv0.1>500-600。
本发明长寿命皮带轮及其表面强化处理解决现有皮带轮使用寿命短的工艺是:
(1)、采用冷轧钢板SPCC旋压成型;
(2)、然后将其置于预热炉内进行360-370℃,1-2小时的保温处理;

1.一种长寿命皮带轮及其表面强化处理工艺,包括皮带轮,其特征在于:在所述的皮带轮外表面设有一层经环保氮化基盐强化处理的强化层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种长寿命皮带轮及其表面强化处理工艺,其特征在于:所述的强化层为8-12um的氮化层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种长寿命皮带轮及其表面强化处理工艺,其特征在于:所述的皮带轮采用冷轧钢板SPCC旋压制成。
4.一种对权利要求1所述的一种长寿命皮带轮及其表面强化处理解决现有皮带轮使用寿命短的工艺,其特征是包括以下工艺步骤:
(1)、采用冷轧钢板SPCC旋压成型;
(2)、然后将其置于预热炉内进行360-370℃,1-2小时的保温处理;
(3)、然后将其置于碳氮共渗盐浴炉里进行560-570℃,1.5-3小时的保温处理,得到8-12um的化合物层和0.1-0.3mm的扩散层;
(4)、再置于装有水的水池中,使表面硬度Hv0.1>500-600。
