本发明涉及一种汽车尾气处理装置。本发明所述进气管与通过管道与储气罐相连,箱体内安装有活性炭过滤层、催化剂层和脱硫层,所述箱体下端设置有排气管,排气管内安装有检测装置,排气管的一端与回收管道相连,回收管道内安装有风机,回收管道的另一端安装在箱体和储气罐之间;该装置可以将气体通入到箱体内,阀门关闭,气体在箱体内可以被净化的更加干净,且在排气管内安装有检测装置,气体未被净化彻底,打开风机将气体回收到箱体内重新净化;除此之外,该装置结构设计合理简单,适用方便,具有广泛应用,适合推广使用。

本发明涉及环保设备技术领域,特别是一种汽车尾气处理装置。
背景技术
汽车尾气不仅气味怪异,而且令人发昏、恶心,影响人的身体健康。在车辆不多的情况下,大气的自净能力尚能化解汽车排出的毒素,但随着汽车数量的急剧增加,交通拥堵成了家常便饭,汽车本应具备的便捷、舒适、搞笑的优势逐渐被过多的车辆所抵消。“汽车灾难”已经形成,由此带来的汽车尾气更是害人不浅,随着人们生活水平的不断提高,对汽车的需求量越来越大,而汽车排放的尾气对大气环境的污染日趋严重,严重危害了人类的身体健康,汽车尾气已经被列为世界严重污染环境问题之一,因此汽车尾气污染的控制方法已经成为现在社会普遍关注的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种汽车尾气处理装置。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括进气管和储气罐,所述进气管下端安装有管道,管道上安装有阀门A,阀门A下端安装有加压泵,所述管道的一端安装有储气罐,所述储气罐下端安装有箱体,箱体内安装有活性炭过滤层,活性炭过滤层下端安装有催化剂层,催化剂层下端安装有脱硫层,所述箱体下端安装有排气管,排气管内安装有检测装置,检测装置下方设置有回收管,回收管内安装有风机,所述排气管底部设置有阀门B,所述回收管的另一端安装在箱体和储气罐之间;所述箱体的脱硫层的一端通过通信线路与控制中心相连,控制中心通过线路分别与阀门A和箱体相连。
优选的,所述箱体和储气罐之间的管道上设置有阀门C。
优选的,所述控制中心通过线路与阀门C相连。
优选的,所述回收管的一端设置有阀门D。
优选的,所述风机和检测装置均通过通信线路与控制中心相连。
本发明具有以下优点:1、本发明所述进气管与通过管道与储气罐相连,箱体内安装有活性炭过滤层、催化剂层和脱硫层,所述箱体下端设置有排气管,排气管内安装有检测装置,排气管的一端与回收管道相连,回收管道内安装有风机,回收管道的另一端安装在箱体和储气罐之间;该装置可以将气体通入到箱体内,阀门关闭,气体在箱体内可以被净化的更加干净,且在排气管内安装有检测装置,气体未被净化彻底,打开风机将气体回收到箱体内重新净化;2、除此之外,该装置结构设计合理简单,适用方便,具有广泛应用,适合推广使用。

下面结合附图对本发明做进一步的描述,但本发明的保护范围不局限于以下所述。
如图1所示,一种汽车尾气处理装置,包括进气管1和储气罐4,所述进气管1下端安装有管道,管道上安装有阀门A2,阀门A2下端安装有加压泵3,所述管道的一端安装有储气罐4,所述储气罐4下端安装有箱体,箱体内安装有活性炭过滤层5,活性炭过滤层5下端安装有催化剂层7,催化剂层7下端安装有脱硫层8,所述箱体下端安装有排气管10,排气管10内安装有检测装置12,检测装置12下方设置有回收管13,回收管13内安装有风机11,所述排气管10底部设置有阀门B9,所述回收管13的另一端安装在箱体和储气罐4之间;所述箱体的脱硫层8的一端通过通信线路与控制中心6相连,控制中心6通过线路分别与阀门A2和箱体相连,所述箱体和储气罐4之间的管道上设置有阀门C;述控制中心6通过线路与阀门C相连;所述回收管13的一端设置有阀门D;所述风机11和检测装置12均通过通信线路与控制中心6相连。
本发明的工作过程如下:汽车尾气经过进气管1排放到管道内,气体通过管道进入到储气罐4内,控制中心6通过电路控制阀门A2的开关,气体进入储气罐4内,储气罐4内的气体经过管道进入箱体内,然后控制中心6将阀门C和阀门B9关闭,气体在箱体内依次经过活性炭过滤层5、催化剂层7和脱硫剂层8,将气体处理完以后进入到排气管10内,排气管10内的检测装置12对处理以后的气体进行检测,检测合格的打开阀门阀B9排出,气体检测不合格的,打开风机11将气体回收到箱体内重新处理,直到合格以后排出;本发明所述进气管与通过管道与储气罐相连,箱体内安装有活性炭过滤层、催化剂层和脱硫层,所述箱体下端设置有排气管,排气管内安装有检测装置,排气管的一端与回收管道相连,回收管道内安装有风机,回收管道的另一端安装在箱体和储气罐之间;该装置可以将气体通入到箱体内,阀门关闭,气体在箱体内可以被净化的更加干净,且在排气管内安装有检测装置,气体未被净化彻底,打开风机将气体回收到箱体内重新净化。

1.一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于:包括进气管(1)和储气罐(4),所述进气管(1)下端安装有管道,管道上安装有阀门A(2),阀门A(2)下端安装有加压泵(3),所述管道的一端安装有储气罐(4),所述储气罐(4)下端安装有箱体,箱体内安装有活性炭过滤层(5),活性炭过滤层(5)下端安装有催化剂层(7),催化剂层(7)下端安装有脱硫层(8),所述箱体下端安装有排气管(10),排气管(10)内安装有检测装置(12),检测装置(12)下方设置有回收管(13),回收管(13)内安装有风机(11),所述排气管(10)底部设置有阀门B(9),所述回收管(13)的另一端安装在箱体和储气罐(4)之间;所述箱体的脱硫层(8)的一端通过通信线路与控制中心(6)相连,控制中心(6)通过线路分别与阀门A(2)和箱体相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述箱体和储气罐(4)之间的管道上设置有阀门C。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述控制中心(6)通过线路与阀门C相连。
