本发明公开了一种环保型车载尾气处理装置,包括净化壳体,所述净化壳体一侧外壁插接有进气管,且进气管的圆周外壁插接有等距离分布的散热片,所述净化壳体另一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有喷淋壳体,且喷淋壳体的底部外壁通过螺栓连接有储水箱,所述储水箱的两侧内壁均开设有滑动槽,且两个滑动槽的内壁滑动连接有同一个水平放置的活性炭过滤网板,所述储水箱一侧内壁顶部通过螺栓连接有抽水泵,且抽水泵的输出端通过法兰连接有出液管。本发明中,通过设置有储水箱、抽水泵和高压喷头,可以对第一次净化和降温后的尾气进行喷淋处理,使汽车尾气中的碳烟粒子经过雾化水的淋浴,使装置对尾气的处理效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及尾气处理技术领域,尤其涉及一种环保型车载尾气处理装置。
背景技术
在我国,汽车排放污染大的原因除人口密度大,汽车数量剧增外,最重要的是我国汽车生产技术和环保标准落后、汽车性能差、使用年限过长、车用燃油品质差等。
汽车尾气是汽车使用时产生的废气,尾气中含有的二氧化硫具有强烈的刺激气味,达到一定浓度时容易导致“酸雨”的发生,影响农作物和森林的生长,防止汽车尾气对环境造成危害,常常需要在汽车排气管处安装尾气处理装置,现有的尾气处理装置结构简单,净化效果不理想,且不能实现尾气的二次净化,不利于环境保护,已经无法满足人们的使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决现有技术中存在的缺点,而提出的一种环保型车载尾气处理装置,可以有效的解决背景技术提出来的问题。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种环保型车载尾气处理装置,包括净化壳体,所述净化壳体一侧外壁插接有进气管,且进气管的圆周外壁插接有等距离分布的散热片,所述净化壳体另一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有喷淋壳体,且喷淋壳体的底部外壁通过螺栓连接有储水箱,所述储水箱的两侧内壁均开设有滑动槽,且两个滑动槽的内壁滑动连接有同一个水平放置的活性炭过滤网板,所述储水箱一侧内壁顶部通过螺栓连接有抽水泵,且抽水泵的输出端通过法兰连接有出液管,出液管远离抽水泵的一端延伸到喷淋壳体的内部,出液管的一端外壁通过法兰连接有高压喷头,所述喷淋壳体的顶部一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有检测壳体,且检测壳体的顶部内壁通过螺钉连接有空气质量检测仪,所述检测壳体一侧外壁插接有连接管,所述连接管一侧外壁通过法兰连接有消声管,且消声管一侧外壁通过法兰连接有出气管。
优选的,所述喷淋壳体一侧外壁插接有进液管,且进液管延伸到储水箱的内部。
优选的,所述检测壳体另一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有抽气泵,且抽气泵的输出端通过法兰连接有循环管,循环管远离抽气泵的一端延伸到净化壳体的内部。
优选的,所述净化壳体的顶部外壁通过螺栓连接有支撑架,且支撑架的顶部外壁通过螺栓连接有安装板。
优选的,所述净化壳体的底部内壁分别通过螺栓连接有竖直放置的催化剂层和脱硫层,且催化剂层位于净化壳体上靠近进气管的一侧。
优选的,所述储水箱一端外壁开设有矩形槽,且矩形槽的一侧内壁通过铰链铰接有门板。
优选的,所述抽水泵、空气质量检测仪和抽气泵均通过导线连接有开关,且开关通过导线连接有处理器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:
1、通过设置有催化剂层和脱硫层,能够对汽车尾气进行催化,并处理掉尾气含有的硫化物,防止硫化物对环境造成污染,设置在进气管中的散热片,能够对汽车尾气含有的热量进行散热,防止对接下来的净化和喷淋造成影响。
2、通过设置有储水箱、抽水泵和高压喷头,可以对第一次净化和降温后的尾气进行喷淋处理,使汽车尾气中的碳烟粒子经过雾化水的淋浴,可祛除粘在碳粒上的有毒物质,能够对汽车尾气进行第二次处理,使装置对尾气的处理效果好。
3、通过设置有活性炭过滤网板,可以对喷淋后的水中的杂质进行吸附过滤,能够实现储水箱中的水循环使用,有利于节约水资源,使装置变得环保,设置有,消声管能够进行消声,有利于减少噪音,设置有空气质量检测仪和抽气泵,能够对处理后的汽车尾气进行检测,对处理不合格的尾气通过抽气泵冲洗抽到净化壳体再次过滤,避免处理不合格的尾气被排放,有利于保护环境。

参照图1-3,一种环保型车载尾气处理装置,包括净化壳体4,净化壳体4一侧外壁插接有进气管3,且进气管3的圆周外壁插接有等距离分布的散热片2,净化壳体4另一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有喷淋壳体12,且喷淋壳体12的底部外壁通过螺栓连接有储水箱7,净化壳体4和喷淋壳体12之间的连接处开设有通气孔,储水箱7的两侧内壁均开设有滑动槽,且两个滑动槽的内壁滑动连接有同一个水平放置的活性炭过滤网板8,储水箱7一侧内壁顶部通过螺栓连接有抽水泵9,且抽水泵9的输出端通过法兰连接有出液管11,抽水泵9位于活性炭过滤网板8的上方,出液管11远离抽水泵9的一端延伸到喷淋壳体12的内部,出液管11的一端外壁通过法兰连接有高压喷头13,喷淋壳体12的顶部一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有检测壳体18,检测壳体18与喷淋壳体12之间开设有连接槽,且检测壳体18的顶部内壁通过螺钉连接有空气质量检测仪17,检测壳体18一侧外壁插接有连接管,连接管一侧外壁通过法兰连接有消声管15,且消声管15一侧外壁通过法兰连接有出气管14。
本发明中,喷淋壳体12一侧外壁插接有进液管10,且进液管10延伸到储水箱7的内部,进液管10位于储水箱7内部的一端位于活性炭过滤网板8的下方,检测壳体18另一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有抽气泵19,且抽气泵19的输出端通过法兰连接有循环管1,循环管1远离抽气泵19的一端延伸到净化壳体4的内部,抽气泵19与检测壳体18之间开设有连接孔,净化壳体4的顶部外壁通过螺栓连接有支撑架21,且支撑架21的顶部外壁通过螺栓连接有安装板20,净化壳体4的底部内壁分别通过螺栓连接有竖直放置的催化剂层5和脱硫层6,且催化剂层5位于净化壳体4上靠近进气管3的一侧,储水箱7一端外壁开设有矩形槽,且矩形槽的一侧内壁通过铰链铰接有门板22,门板22一端外壁焊接有把手,抽水泵9、空气质量检测仪17和抽气泵19均通过导线连接有开关,且开关通过导线连接有处理器。
工作原理:将装置通过安装板20固定在车底然后将进气管3与汽车尾气管相连接,汽车尾气先通过净化壳体4被催化剂层5和脱硫层6进行催化处理,然后进入到喷淋壳体12中,开启抽水泵9将储水箱7的水通过高压喷头13流出,来对第一次净化后的尾气进行喷淋净化,带有喷淋后的水通过进液管10回流到储水箱7中,然后活性炭过滤网板8来对水中的杂质进行过滤,喷淋后的空气进入到检测壳体18中,空气质量检测仪17对处理后的空气进行检测,检测合格后通过出气管14排出,处理不合格后处理器抽气泵19将不合格空气通过循环管1进入到净化壳体4再次进行处理。

1.一种环保型车载尾气处理装置,包括净化壳体(4),其特征在于,所述净化壳体(4)一侧外壁插接有进气管(3),且进气管(3)的圆周外壁插接有等距离分布的散热片(2),所述净化壳体(4)另一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有喷淋壳体(12),且喷淋壳体(12)的底部外壁通过螺栓连接有储水箱(7),所述储水箱(7)的两侧内壁均开设有滑动槽,且两个滑动槽的内壁滑动连接有同一个水平放置的活性炭过滤网板(8),所述储水箱(7)一侧内壁顶部通过螺栓连接有抽水泵(9),且抽水泵(9)的输出端通过法兰连接有出液管(11),出液管(11)远离抽水泵(9)的一端延伸到喷淋壳体(12)的内部,出液管(11)的一端外壁通过法兰连接有高压喷头(13),所述喷淋壳体(12)的顶部一侧外壁通过螺栓连接有检测壳体(18),且检测壳体(18)的顶部内壁通过螺钉连接有空气质量检测仪(17),所述检测壳体(18)一侧外壁插接有连接管,所述连接管一侧外壁通过法兰连接有消声管(15),且消声管(15)一侧外壁通过法兰连接有出气管(14)。

6.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型车载尾气处理装置,其特征在于,所述储水箱(7)一端外壁开设有矩形槽,且矩形槽的一侧内壁通过铰链铰接有门板(22)。
