Abstract
本发明公开了一种蜂窝芯复合墙板及其制作方法,包括第一墙板,第二墙板,四面端口墙板,截面为连续的网格状结构连接的六面体蜂窝芯夹层,以及墙板和蜂窝芯夹层之间的粘接涂层,以及填充在中间蜂窝芯夹层内的保温防火材料。粘接涂层凝固,将蜂窝芯夹层,第一墙板和第二墙板粘接在一起,成为整体墙板,蜂窝芯复合墙板的蜂窝芯夹层内部填充轻质保温防火材料。本发明的有益效果是,蜂窝芯复合墙板重量轻,结构稳定,防火、保温、隔音效果好,生产方法简单。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及建筑建材领域,尤其是一种蜂窝芯复合墙板及其制作方法。
背景技术
现有墙体多为钢筋混凝土结构,或者是砖混砌筑,不适合装配式建筑施工时应用,用钢筋混凝土预制的装配式建筑板材,重量大,现场安装不方便,成本也很高。
现有装配式建筑墙板,主要采用水泥压力板、硅酸钙板、加气混凝土板等轻体板材,板材强度差,抗弯抗压性能差,不能用于承重墙。
建筑市场需要一种强度高、重量轻、易于大批量生产的装配式墙板,据此情况,提出以下专利申请。
发明内容
本发明的目的:提供一种蜂窝芯复合墙板及其制作方法。
蜂窝芯复合墙板由第一墙板1、第二墙板2,以及夹在第一墙板1、第二墙板2之间的六面体蜂窝芯夹层3组成,第一墙板1和蜂窝芯夹层3之间,是水泥砂浆涂层5,第二墙板2和蜂窝芯夹层3之间,也是水泥砂浆涂层5,水泥砂浆涂层5凝固后,将六面体蜂窝芯夹层3和第一墙板1、第二墙板2粘接成为一个整体,成为蜂窝芯复合墙板。
第一墙板1、第二墙板2是水泥压力板、硅酸钙板、石膏板等大块板材,或是瓷砖、大理石等小块板材。
六面体蜂窝芯夹层3是由金属板材、金属丝网或者其它有一定支撑性能的材料制成的,截面为连续的正六边形、方形、或圆形孔隙相连的六面体网格状夹层。
蜂窝芯夹层3截面端嵌入水泥砂浆涂层5内部,和第一墙板1、第二墙板2紧密连接,相当于无数的小工字钢支撑、连接着第一墙板1、第二墙板2,使得蜂窝芯复合墙板有很好的抗压性、抗拉性和抗剪切性能。
蜂窝芯夹层3内部填充轻质保温防火材料,减轻墙板重量,提高墙板的保温效果,保证墙板的防火要求。
根据本发明提供的蜂窝芯复合墙板,还包括如下附属技术特征:
所述的第一墙板1、第二墙板2和蜂窝芯夹层3之间,是水泥砂浆涂层5,或者其它具有粘接性能的涂层。
所述的水泥砂浆涂层5的内部,埋入钢丝网片或者埋入耐碱网布,以增强水泥砂浆涂层5的强度,增强蜂窝芯复合墙板的整体强度。
所述的第一墙板1、第二墙板2和所述的蜂窝芯夹层3之间,用钢筋混凝土局部灌满,将第一墙板1、第二墙板2点状贯穿连接,或者线性贯穿连接,形成墙板的加强筋。
所述的蜂窝芯复合墙板,点状贯穿连接,或者线性贯穿连接第一墙板1、第二墙板2的钢筋混凝土加强筋,预留连接孔、或者预留钢筋头,以便蜂窝芯复合墙板的安装和吊装。
所述的蜂窝芯夹层3用金属板材制作时,在金属板材边缘开孔,以便水泥砂浆涂层5将其包裹。
所述的制作蜂窝芯夹层3的金属板材、金属丝网应做防腐处理。
所述的蜂窝芯复合墙板四面端口墙板4密封。
所述的四面端口墙板4与所述的蜂窝芯夹层3之间设置有加强筋,进一步增加墙体的强度。
所述的四面端口墙板4加工成企口连接形式,以方便工地施工安装。
所述的蜂窝芯夹层3内填充保温材料,所述的保温材料是珍珠岩,聚氨酯,絮状岩棉,颗粒岩棉或发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒。
本发明提供的一种蜂窝芯复合墙板及其制作方法,其有益效果是:
1、一次成型,生产工艺简单合理。
2、可以叠合生产,节省空间,也便于产品的后期养护。
3、墙体重量轻。
蜂窝芯复合墙板中间为蜂窝芯夹层3,墙板重量轻。
4、抗压强度高,表面平整。
第一墙板1、第二墙板2和蜂窝芯夹层3通过水泥砂浆涂层5的凝固,连接成为一个整体,蜂窝芯复合墙板抗压性能好。
5、抗剪切性能好。
蜂窝芯复合墙板,其中间蜂窝芯夹层3通过水泥砂浆涂层5的凝固,将第一墙板1、第二墙板2连接成为一体结构,在增加墙体的抗压强度的同时,也提高了连接强度。
6、隔音、隔热性能好。
蜂窝芯复合墙板,中间蜂窝芯夹层3填充保温材料,具有比钢筋混凝土更好的隔音、隔热性能。
7、防火性能好。
蜂窝芯复合墙体,保温材料封闭在墙体内部,防火性能好;选择不同的保温填充物,可以达到需要的防火等级。

具体实施方式
根据本发明提供的一体成型的蜂窝芯保温墙体的制作方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤1:制作蜂窝芯夹层3,是由金属丝网制成,具有一定支撑性的,截面为正六边形的六面体网格状结构的夹层,成型后备用;
步骤2:平铺第一墙板1,之后在第一墙板1面层制作水泥砂浆粘接涂层5,粘接涂层5要求均匀涂满第一墙板1;
步骤3:将步骤1制作的蜂窝芯夹层3平铺在第一墙板1上,蜂窝芯夹层3截面端埋入
粘接涂层5;
步骤4:将蜂窝芯夹层3内填充保温材料;
步骤5:将第二墙板2均匀涂满粘接涂层5,之后将第二墙板2涂满粘接涂层5的一侧,放置在填充了保温材料的蜂窝芯夹层3上,蜂窝芯截面端埋入粘接涂层5;
步骤6:密闭四周端面墙板4。
水泥砂浆涂层5凝固后,将六面体蜂窝芯夹层3和第一墙板1、第二墙板2、四周端面墙板4粘接成为一个整体,成为蜂窝芯复合墙板。

Claims (10)
1.一种蜂窝芯复合墙板,包括第一墙板1、第二墙板2,以及夹在第一墙板、第二墙板之间的蜂窝芯夹层3,第一墙板1和蜂窝芯3之间,是水泥砂浆涂层5,第二墙板2和蜂窝芯3之间,也是水泥砂浆涂层5,水泥砂浆涂层5凝固后,将蜂窝芯夹层3和第一墙板1、第二墙板2粘接成为一个整体,成为蜂窝芯复合墙板,蜂窝芯夹层3截面端嵌入水泥砂浆涂层5,涂层5凝固后,将蜂窝芯夹层3和第一墙板1、第二墙板2紧密连接,蜂窝芯夹层3内部填充轻质保温防火材料。
2.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝芯复合墙板,其特征是,所述的第一墙板1、第二墙板2是大面积的水泥压力板、硅酸钙板、石膏板板材,或是小块的瓷砖、大理石板材。
3.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝芯复合墙板,其特征是,所述的蜂窝芯夹层3是由金属丝网、金属板材或者其它有支撑性能的材料制成的,截面为连续的六边形、方形、圆形或其它蜂窝孔格相连的六面体网格状夹层。
4.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝芯复合墙板,其特征是,所述的第一墙板1、第二墙板2和蜂窝芯夹层3之间,是水泥砂浆涂层,或是其它的有粘接性能的粘接涂层。
5.根据权利要求1或4所述的蜂窝芯复合墙板,其特征是,所述的粘接涂层5的内部,埋入金属丝网网片或者埋入耐碱网布。
6.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝芯复合墙板,其特征是,所述的第一墙板1、第二墙板2和所述的蜂窝芯夹层3之间,用钢筋混凝土局部灌满,将第一墙板1、第二墙板2点状贯穿连接,或者线性贯穿连接,形成墙板的加强筋,增加墙板的强度。
7.根据权利要求1或6所述的蜂窝芯复合墙板,其特征是,点状贯穿连接,或者线性贯穿连接第一墙板1、第二墙板2的钢筋混凝土加强筋,预留连接孔、或者预留钢筋头,以便蜂窝芯复合墙板的安装和吊装。
8.根据权利要求1或3所述的蜂窝芯复合墙板,其特征是,所述的制作蜂窝芯夹层3的材料是金属板材时,在金属板材边缘开孔,以便水泥砂浆涂层5将蜂窝芯夹层3端头包裹,增加连接强度。
9.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝芯复合墙板,其特征是,所述的蜂窝芯复合墙板四周墙板4密封,加工成企口连接形式,以方便工地施工安装。
10.根据权利要求1所述的蜂窝芯复合墙板,其特征是,所述的蜂窝芯夹层3内填充保温材料,所述的保温材料包括珍珠岩,聚氨酯,絮状岩棉,颗粒岩棉或发泡聚苯乙烯颗粒。
