Abstract
本发明涉及一种带伞蓬的智能充电桩,包括主体、驱动套、伞骨、篷布和驱动杆,所述主体内腔设有充电器,充电器连接有充电线,所述充电线伸出主体前侧;主体上端套接有沿主体外壁滑动装配的驱动套,主体内腔上沿设有托板,所述托板中部设有铰接柱,铰接柱外壁均匀分布有若干沿竖向延伸的安装槽,设置雨滴传感器,通过雨滴传感器感应到是否下雨,当下雨使,控制器控制驱动套向下滑动,驱动套滑落过程中,伞骨逐渐张开形成雨棚,对充电柱进行遮挡,避免雨水侵蚀,在该过程中滑块沿伞骨滑动为伞骨张开进行让位;当雨停后,控制器利用驱动杆向上提拉驱动套,伞骨受限位套上沿挤压收缩,滑块沿伞骨向其非铰接端滑动。

本发明涉及一种充电设备,具体涉及一种带伞蓬的智能充电桩。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的提高,电能源作为清洁能源使用已越来越广泛,但随着新能源汽车的增加,随之而来的便是充电难问题,现有的充电设备不够智能,充电插孔容易受到风雨侵蚀。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,提供一种结构简单、能够防雨的充电设备,本发明设计了一种带伞蓬的智能充电桩。
本发明所采取的具体技术方案为:一种带伞蓬的智能充电桩,包括主体、驱动套、伞骨、篷布和驱动杆,所述主体内腔设有充电器,充电器连接有充电线,所述充电线伸出主体前侧;主体上端套接有沿主体外壁滑动装配的驱动套,主体内腔上沿设有托板,所述托板中部设有铰接柱,铰接柱外壁均匀分布有若干沿竖向延伸的安装槽,所述安装槽内铰接有伞骨,伞骨上设有沿其长度方向滑动装配的滑块,所述滑块下方对应铰接在驱动套上沿,各伞骨之间设有篷布;驱动套内壁下沿设有自主体后侧伸入主体内腔的连接耳,所述主体内腔设有纵向分布的驱动杆,所述驱动杆对应铰接在连接耳上;驱动套前侧设有对应充电线的条形缺口;主体外部设有雨滴传感器,所述主体内腔设有通过连接线电性连接雨滴传感器的控制器,驱动杆对应连接在控制器。
作为优选地,所述控制器或充电器对应连接220v家用电源。所述伞骨下沿设有向两侧延伸的凸缘,滑块上设有对应该凸缘的滑槽。
作为优选地,所述驱动杆为电磁推杆。所述伞骨数量大于3。
有益技术效果:设置雨滴传感器,通过雨滴传感器感应到是否下雨,当下雨使,控制器控制驱动套向下滑动,驱动套滑落过程中,伞骨逐渐张开与篷布形成雨棚,对充电柱进行遮挡,避免雨水侵蚀,在该过程中滑块沿伞骨滑动为伞骨张开进行让位;当雨停后,控制器利用驱动杆向上提拉驱动套,伞骨受限位套上沿挤压收缩,滑块沿伞骨向其非铰接端滑动。

具体实施方式
一种带伞蓬的智能充电桩,参见图1-2:包括主体1、驱动套12、伞骨8、篷布和驱动杆,所述主体1内腔设有充电器2,充电器2连接有充电线4,所述充电线4伸出主体1前侧;主体1上端套接有沿主体1外壁滑动装配的驱动套12,主体1内腔上沿设有托板11,所述托板11中部设有铰接柱10,铰接柱10外壁均匀分布有若干沿竖向延伸的安装槽,所述安装槽内铰接有伞骨8,伞骨8上设有沿其长度方向滑动装配的滑块9,所述滑块9下方对应铰接在驱动套12上沿,各伞骨8之间设有篷布;驱动套12内壁下沿设有自主体1后侧伸入主体1内腔的连接耳,所述主体1内腔设有纵向分布的驱动杆6,所述驱动杆6对应铰接在连接耳上;驱动套12前侧设有对应充电线4的条形缺口;主体1外部设有雨滴传感器7,所述主体1内腔设有通过连接线电性连接雨滴传感器7的控制器3,驱动杆6对应连接在控制器3。
设置雨滴传感器7,通过雨滴传感器7感应到是否下雨,当下雨使,控制器3控制驱动套12向下滑动,驱动套12滑落过程中,伞骨8逐渐张开形成雨棚,对充电柱进行遮挡,避免雨水侵蚀,在该过程中滑块9沿伞骨8滑动为伞骨8张开进行让位;当雨停后,控制器3利用驱动杆6向上提拉驱动套12,伞骨8受限位套上沿挤压收缩,滑块9沿伞骨8向其非铰接端滑动。
所述控制器3或充电器2对应连接220v家用电源。所述伞骨8下沿设有向两侧延伸的凸缘,滑块9上设有对应该凸缘的滑槽。通过凸缘与滑槽限位,保证伞骨8时刻铰接在驱动套12上,提高伞骨8的张开后的稳定性;驱动套12上设置对应充电线4的条形缺口,避免充电线4对驱动套12的移动产生阻碍;所述充电线4末端连接有充电插头5。
所述驱动杆6为电磁推杆。所述伞骨8数量大于3。

1.一种带伞蓬的智能充电桩,包括主体(1)、驱动套(12)、伞骨(8)、篷布和驱动杆,其特征是:所述主体(1)内腔设有充电器(2),充电器(2)连接有充电线(4),所述充电线(4)伸出主体(1)前侧;主体(1)上端套接有沿主体(1)外壁滑动装配的驱动套(12),主体(1)内腔上沿设有托板(11),所述托板(11)中部设有铰接柱(10),铰接柱(10)外壁均匀分布有若干沿竖向延伸的安装槽,所述安装槽内铰接有伞骨(8),伞骨(8)上设有沿其长度方向滑动装配的滑块(9),所述滑块(9)下方对应铰接在驱动套(12)上沿,各伞骨(8)之间设有篷布;驱动套(12)内壁下沿设有自主体(1)后侧伸入主体(1)内腔的连接耳,所述主体(1)内腔设有纵向分布的驱动杆(6),所述驱动杆(6)对应铰接在连接耳上;驱动套(12)前侧设有对应充电线(4)的条形缺口;主体(1)外部设有雨滴传感器(7),所述主体(1)内腔设有通过连接线电性连接雨滴传感器(7)的控制器(3),驱动杆(6)对应连接在控制器(3)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的带伞蓬的智能充电桩,其特征是:所述控制器(3)或充电器(2)对应连接220v家用电源。
3.根据权利要求1所述的带伞蓬的智能充电桩,其特征是:所述伞骨(8)下沿设有向两侧延伸的凸缘,滑块(9)上设有对应该凸缘的滑槽。
