本发明涉及一种伞蓬自动张开的智能充电桩,包括主体、伞骨、篷布和驱动机构,主体为上端开口的筒状结构,其内部沿其轴向滑动装配有托板,所述托板轴心处设有铰接柱,铰接柱外壁均匀分布有若干沿竖向延伸的安装槽,所述安装槽内铰接有伞骨,伞骨中部设有对应固连在主体上沿的弹性元件,所述各伞骨之间设有篷布;设置雨滴传感器,通过雨滴传感器感应到是否下雨,当下雨使,控制器控制驱动杆驱动托板向上滑动,伞骨受弹性元件拉力先下旋转并张开形成雨棚,从而对充电柱进行遮挡,避免雨水侵蚀;当雨停后,控制器利用驱动杆向下拉动托板,托板在滑落过程中,伞骨逐渐收合于防尘帽之下。

本发明涉及一种充电设备,具体涉及一种伞蓬自动张开的智能充电桩。
背景技术
随着人们环保意识的提高,电能源作为清洁能源使用已越来越广泛,但随着新能源汽车的增加,随之而来的便是充电难问题,现有的充电设备不够智能,充电插孔容易受到风雨侵蚀。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,提供一种结构简单、能够防雨的充电设备,本发明设计了一种伞蓬自动张开的智能充电桩。
本发明所采取的具体技术方案为:一种伞蓬自动张开的智能充电桩,包括主体、伞骨、篷布和驱动机构,主体为上端开口的筒状结构,其内部沿其轴向滑动装配有托板,所述托板轴心处设有铰接柱,铰接柱外壁均匀分布有若干沿竖向延伸的安装槽,所述安装槽内铰接有伞骨,伞骨中部设有对应固连在主体上沿的弹性元件,所述各伞骨之间设有篷布;所述铰接柱上端纵向延伸有连接杆,连接杆端部设有防尘帽,所述防尘帽外径大于主体外径;主体内腔中部设有沿主体轴向驱动托板的驱动机构,主体外部设有雨滴传感器,所述主体内腔设有通过连接线电性连接雨滴传感器的控制器,驱动机构对应连接在控制器;主体底部设有充电器,所述连接于充电器输出端的充电线伸出主体外壁,充电线末端连接有充电插头,主体外壁中部设有对应充电插头的放置板。
作为优选地,所述驱动机构为驱动杆,主体中部设有对应驱动杆的限位板,所述驱动杆为电磁推杆或气缸。所述充电器或控制器对应连接有电源,所述电源为220v家用电源。防尘帽为透明腔体,其内部设有LED灯,所述LED灯对应连接电源。
作为优选地,所述弹性元件为弹簧或者皮筋。所述放置板中部设有对应充电线的条形缺口。
有益技术效果:设置雨滴传感器,通过雨滴传感器感应到是否下雨,当下雨使,控制器控制驱动杆驱动托板向上滑动,伞骨受弹性元件拉力先下旋转并张开形成雨棚,从而对充电柱进行遮挡,避免雨水侵蚀;当雨停后,控制器利用驱动杆向下拉动托板,托板在滑落过程中,伞骨逐渐收合于防尘帽之下。

一种伞蓬自动张开的智能充电桩,参见图1:包括主体1、伞骨8、篷布和驱动机构,主体1为上端开口的筒状结构,其内部沿其轴向滑动装配有托板11,所述托板11轴心处设有铰接柱10,铰接柱10外壁均匀分布有若干沿竖向延伸的安装槽,所述安装槽内铰接有伞骨8,伞骨8中部设有对应固连在主体1上沿的弹性元件9,所述各伞骨8之间设有篷布;所述铰接柱10上端纵向延伸有连接杆,连接杆端部设有防尘帽,所述防尘帽外径大于主体1外径;主体1内腔中部设有沿主体1轴向驱动托板11的驱动机构,主体1外部设有雨滴传感器7,所述主体1内腔设有通过连接线电性连接雨滴传感器7的控制器3,驱动机构对应连接在控制器3;主体1底部设有充电器2,所述连接于充电器2输出端的充电线4伸出主体1外壁,充电线4末端连接有充电插头5,主体1外壁中部设有对应充电插头5的放置板。
设置雨滴传感器7,通过雨滴传感器7感应到是否下雨,当下雨使,控制器3控制驱动杆6驱动托板11向上滑动,伞骨8受弹性元件9拉力先下旋转并张开,与篷布形成雨棚,从而对充电柱进行遮挡,避免雨水侵蚀;当雨停后,控制器3利用驱动杆6向下拉动托板11,托板11在滑落过程中,伞骨8逐渐收合于防尘帽之下。
设置限位板12,能够对主体1内腔进行密封,避免雨水或尘土侵蚀控制器3和充电器2;设置弹性元件9对伞骨8进行下拉,保证伞骨8的稳定性。
所述驱动机构为驱动杆6,主体1中部设有对应驱动杆6的限位板12,所述驱动杆6为电磁推杆或气缸。所述充电器2或控制器3对应连接有电源,所述电源为220v家用电源。防尘帽为透明腔体,其内部设有LED灯,所述LED灯对应连接电源。
设置LED灯,能够为本装置周围进行照明,保证夜间使用的方便性;设置防尘帽,伞骨8及篷布向内收回后置于防尘帽下方,放置灰尘或者杂物落入,提高清洁性。
所述弹性元件9为弹簧或者皮筋。所述放置板13中部设有对应充电线4的条形缺口。通过条形缺口对充电插头5进行卡接,避免充电插头5散落地上。

1.一种伞蓬自动张开的智能充电桩,包括主体(1)、伞骨(8)、篷布和驱动机构,其特征是:主体(1)为上端开口的筒状结构,其内部沿其轴向滑动装配有托板(11),所述托板(11)轴心处设有铰接柱(10),铰接柱(10)外壁均匀分布有若干沿竖向延伸的安装槽,所述安装槽内铰接有伞骨(8),伞骨(8)中部设有对应固连在主体(1)上沿的弹性元件(9),所述各伞骨(8)之间设有篷布;所述铰接柱(10)上端纵向延伸有连接杆,连接杆端部设有防尘帽,所述防尘帽外径大于主体(1)外径;主体(1)内腔中部设有沿主体(1)轴向驱动托板(11)的驱动机构,主体(1)外部设有雨滴传感器(7),所述主体(1)内腔设有通过连接线电性连接雨滴传感器(7)的控制器(3),驱动机构对应连接在控制器(3);主体(1)底部设有充电器(2),所述连接于充电器(2)输出端的充电线(4)伸出主体(1)外壁,充电线(4)末端连接有充电插头(5),主体(1)外壁中部设有对应充电插头(5)的放置板(13)。
