Abstract
在管体两端有一对阴螺纹(4)和阳螺纹(3)的钻
管接箍中,其阳螺纹外侧及阴螺纹内侧上各形成有肩
部(5),其接合部分在两处得到平面接触,从各螺纹部
分管体一侧形成的肩部到其前端的长度及朝向通用
接箍肩部一侧的配合深度比通用接箍阴螺纹一侧的
配合深度要小,并且手动拧紧时的内肩部间隙为0~
0.5mm。对于外面有肩部的现有API接箍而言,内
部设有肩部则可承受使用中的过大扭矩,同时能够与
API接箍保持互换性。
Description
本发明涉及一种高扭矩接箍,这是一种具有高扭矩性能,适合于在沼泽环境中用来减小螺纹连接部位的拉伸应力,而且与通用接箍具有互换性的新型接箍。
油井,天然气井等长达数千米的以钻削为目的的钻管其螺纹接头处的API接箍从很早起便已为人们普遍使用。即,该通用API接箍(以下称为通用接箍)如图2所示,其管体口一侧的端部内表面上形成有阴螺纹14,另一侧管体11的端部外表面上形成有阳螺纹13,同时还设置有肩部15,与该阳螺纹13旋接配合的接头部分12前端16与该肩部15接合。
上述通用接箍在钻削时会通过肩部产生力矩传递,因而油井等用于钻削的钻管中使用了很多这种有代表性的通用接箍。
另外,如特开昭58-152994号公报、特公昭58-045632号公报、特公昭59-011067号公报和特公表63-501162号公报所示的。在两处带有肩部的接箍方案中,其使用量与上述通用接箍相比仅稍有区别。
上述通用接箍承受的扭矩来自上述外肩部与螺纹连接部分的摩擦力矩。在钻井中井底等处出现过大扭矩时会使外肩部的一部分屈服,造成管体12的碗形膨胀变形事故及螺纹部分根部的断裂事故等,这些在“Drilling Mamual”等文献中均有记载。
上述接箍的扭转强度是按管体螺纹强度的80%以上以API规格的推算值得到的,特别是在高级别管体下很多都无法得到满足,因而会发生使用上的种种事故。
再有,对于这种钻管,由于上述现有技术中公开的除通用接箍外的接头与通用接箍之间没有互换性,因而使得从钻削现场到钻井作业的管理上均无法将在长达数千米的钻井深度上事先准备好的很多根通用钻管与之并用,因而很难在实际钻井作业中被采用。
还有,上述特开昭58-152994号公报等的接箍各自具有复杂的螺纹形状,工艺上的耗费及工期都会过大。
本发明是在管体上形成相互配合的阴螺纹及阳螺纹,在阳螺纹一边形成有外肩部,而在阴螺纹一侧形成有内肩部与另外的管体前端部相接触使其接箍部分承受对称的高扭矩,同时形成均衡的旋紧关系以便平稳地进行钻削作业。
从上述各螺纹管体一侧形成的肩部到其前端的配合长度与用通用接箍情况下阴螺纹一侧的配合深度相比要小,使得其可以与通用接箍具有互换性,从而适合于在各施工现场使用。
由于上述结构使内肩部在手动拧紧时有0~0.5mm范围的间隙,从而有效地减小了由高扭矩值在螺纹连接部位产生的拉伸张力。这种间隙在0.5mm以上时也能够得到适当的内肩部的配合,因而象引起外肩部屈服这样的不利情况完全被避免了。
图1表示的是本发明接箍的一实施例连接部分结构的部分剖视图;图2则是现有油井等用于钻孔的通用API接箍的部分剖视图。
另外,根据该附图图面,其中标号1、2均为管体,3是阳螺纹,4是阴螺纹,5是外肩部,6是管体肩部,7是管体前端部,8是管体内肩部,11是通用接箍的管体,12也是通用接箍的管体,13是通用接箍的阳螺纹,14是通用接箍的阴螺纹,15是接箍的肩部,16是通用接箍的管体前端部。
现根据上面所记载的本发明对其具体实施状态进行说明。如图1所示,在管体2一端形成的阴螺纹4与相对另一管体1端部形成的阳螺纹3相配合,同时另一管体1的外肩部5与管体2的端部6形成配合,管体2的内肩部8也与另一管体1的前端部7形成配合,使得从各肩部到各端部的长度L1较图2所示用通用接箍情况下管体12的阴螺纹14配合深度L2要小。
也就象用图1与图2做比较后表明的那样,在配合深度L1较通用接箍的配合深度L2要小的本发明中,将管体1与通用接箍的管体11相交换则可获得与图2所示通用接箍的管体12的配合,而且本发明的接箍2也能够与通用接箍的管体11配合共同形成准确的配合关系,从而构成完全的互换性。
再有,外肩部5与端部6之间的接合承受了扭矩并同时对泥浆(泥水)等具有密封性。而内肩部8与管体前端部7之间的接合则只承受扭矩,或者有承受扭矩和密封性两方面。这样,内肩部8处的间隙由于达到0.5mm以下(0~0.5mm),从而能够得到高扭矩值并减小了管体1阳螺纹3区域内的拉伸应力。
关于其具体制造实例,对于以Nc50为材料,外径为16.8cm(65/8英寸),内径为7cm(23/4英寸)的管材实施本发明,在同样尺寸的图2所示的通用接箍处外肩部开始屈服的拧紧转角为50°及75°,而本发明由于内肩部8的间隙在0~1.0mm范围中变化,因而本发明的接箍与现有通用接箍各自拧紧,扭矩与接头部位螺纹的拉伸应力的测定结果如下表所示。
也就是说内肩部在手动拧紧时有0~0.5mm范围的间隙,因而在用本发明接箍的情况下可以得到非常高的扭矩,而螺纹部位的拉伸应力则为400~500MPa的低值,且转角为50°时扭矩大约高出14%,转角为75°时扭矩大约高出40%。
在沼泽环境中受拉伸应力作用在配合部分发生断裂的情况很多,现已证实本发明接箍则由于上述的低应力值而更适宜于在沼泽环境中使用。
根据上面所说明的本发明,这种接箍可获得足够高的扭矩,平稳圆滑地进行钻削作业,除一般的钻削外,对扭矩作用过大的油井、沼泽性油井、要求有高疲劳性的支架深井,超深井等等均得以适用自如,它提供了在沼泽环境中使用的适于减小其共同的接合部位拉伸应力的接箍,并与这种油井等用于钻削的通用接箍之间具有很好的互换性,因而它具有非常适合于各个施工现场使用的效果,是一个在工业上有巨大效果的发明。
Claims (1)
1、一种高扭矩接箍,其特征在于:管体两端具有用于连续连接的一对阴螺纹部分和阳螺纹部分,在钻管的接箍阳螺纹部分外侧及阴螺纹部分内侧各自形成有肩部,在其接合部分两处得到平面接触,从上述各螺纹部分的管体一侧形成的肩部到其前端的长度比通用接箍阴螺纹一侧的配合深度要小,而又比通用接箍阳螺纹一侧的配合深度要大,用手动拧紧时上述内肩部间隙为0~0.5mm。
