The total length of the screw press group is 850-180mm, the preferable length of the screw press group is 1194mm, and the screw press assembly can well carry out material conveying and pressing for multiple times, so that the pressing effect is optimal.
The bar oil presses in the current market have low oil yield, and the round oil presses have low output. The invention reasonably combines the structure of the oil press, so that the oil press can work at a high rotating speed, effectively solves the defects of the two oil presses, and improves the output per hour. The rotation speed of the main shaft of the strip-row-round-row combined spiral oil press reaches 80-135 revolutions per minute, which is far higher than that of the original traditional oil press (28-45 revolutions per minute), the output of the strip-round-row combined spiral oil press is far higher than that of the traditional oil press, and the oil yield is 1-3% higher than that of the traditional oil press. The oil color of the oil pressed by the oil press is light yellow, transparent, clear and no burnt smell, and the quality of the oil reaches the national first-grade standard.

the slag tapping head and the screw pressing group are sequentially positioned and assembled by flat keys and are pressed on the main shaft by lock nuts, one end of the slag tapping head is connected with the lock nuts, the main shaft at the other end of the lock nuts is connected with an adjusting nut, the adjusting nut is connected with a tightening nut and a steering wheel, the right end of the main shaft is connected with a bearing, and the adjusting nut is supported by the bearing;
the round row group consists of 19 round rows, and comprises a round row 1, a round row two, no chamfer 17 at the two ends of an inner hole of the round row two, a round row three, a round row 1, a round row two and a round row three which are positioned by a flat key and are sequentially arranged in the pressing cage; the inner holes of the first round row of feeding ends are provided with guide chamfer angles, the two ends of the second round row of inner holes are not provided with chamfer angles, and the inner holes of the third round row of discharging ends are provided with guide chamfer angles;
a pair of gears are directly pulled in the gear box assembly, the gear box adopts one-stage speed change, and the rotating speed of the main shaft is changed to 80-135 revolutions per minute through the gear box.
