本发明涉及一种新型餐厅自动切菜机,解决了餐厅对于切菜基本的基本需求问题上,节约了许多时间,能够让是餐厅能更高效率做出可口的饭菜。所述的机壳底部两侧安装连接轴;所述支撑链套套在连接轴上;所述的电机与传送带、连接装置安装在齿轮轴,为本装置的运转提供动力源;所述的传送带由导向板及传送链组成;所述的连接装置通过凸轮及连接杆使刀架上下移动;所述的调距旋转手柄通过定位卡条、固定套及调距旋钮来调节刀距的大小;所述的刀架由刀片和固定杆组成,与连接装置、调距旋转手柄连接在一起;所述的出料口、进料口位于机壳的前后两端。该餐厅自动切菜机结构简单,操作容易,工作效率高。

一种新型餐厅自动切菜机
1、技术领域:
本发明涉及一种新型餐厅切菜装置,具体为一种新型餐厅自动切菜机。
2、背景技术:
衣食住行是我们日常生活的基本需求,高质量的饭菜也直接影响着我们的身体健康及工作状态,随着当今社会工作压力大、生活节奏加快,许多工作白领由于刀工、厨艺等较为薄弱,大多数人更加倾向于餐厅就餐,使得餐厅的出菜速度及质量有一定程度的提高,因此,我们设计了一种新型餐厅自动切菜机,解决了餐厅对于切菜基本的基本需求问题上,节约了许多时间,能够让是餐厅能更高效率做出可口的饭菜。
传统的切菜机的机体体积设计上过大,不便于挪动,占用地方大,且切菜速度慢,影响蔬菜的新鲜度,切出来的菜品令使用者不满意,使得设备的使用价值降低,基于上述问题,研发一种新型餐厅自动切菜机非常有必要。
3、发明内容:
本发明提供一种技术方案:一种新型餐厅自动切菜机包括1机壳,2出料口,3支撑链套,4连接轴,5传送带,6刀架,7调距杆,8调距旋转手柄,9连接装置,10齿轮轴,11电机,12进料口。其特征在于:所述的机壳1底部两侧安装连接轴4,所述支撑链套3套在连接轴4上;所述的电机11与传送带5、连接装置9安装在齿轮轴10,为本装置的运转提供动力源;所述的传送带5由导向板501及传送链502组成;所述的连接装置9通过凸轮901及连接杆902使刀架上下移动;所述的调距旋转手柄8通过定位卡条7、固定套801及调距旋钮802来调节刀距的大小;所述的刀架6由刀片601和固定杆602组成,与连接装置9、调距旋转手柄8连接在一起;所述的出料口2、进料口12位于机壳1的前后两端。
本发明的工作原理是:
一种新型餐厅自动切菜在使用时,先接通电源使设备处于带电状态。再扭动机壳右端的调距旋钮803,从而使刀架6之间的刀片的距离进行调节合适的大小,按下机壳1左上端的启动按钮,使电机11运转,带动传送带5和凸轮902旋转,凸轮902牵动连接杆901上下运动,从而使得刀架6上下运动,将菜倒入进料口12,通过刀架6进行上下运动切割,从而使切出菜后的大小符合使用者所需,最后通过出料口2将切好的菜取出。

本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本使用新型保护的范围。
一种新型餐厅自动切菜机结构如图1所示。机壳1底部两侧安装连接轴4,支撑链套3套在连接轴4上;电机11与连接装置9安装在齿轮轴10相连,为本装置的运转提供动力源;传送带5由导向板501及传送链502组成,传送带5安装支撑链套3上,与齿轮轴10啮合连接,齿轮轴10转动带动传送带运动;连接装置9包括凸轮901及连接杆902,齿轮轴10带动凸轮901转动,带动连接杆902上下移动,从而带动刀架6上下移动;定位卡条7安装在连接装置9上,调距旋转手柄8包括固定套801及调距旋钮802,调距旋钮802与定位卡条7啮合连接,通过旋转调距旋钮802可实现定位卡条7左右移动,刀架6由刀片601和固定杆602组成,与连接装置9、调距旋转手柄8连接到一起;出料口2、进料口12位于机壳1的前后两端。一种新型餐厅自动切菜在使用时,第一步,先接通电源,通过电源插头使设备处于带电状态,第二步,扭动机壳右端的调距旋钮803,从而刀架6之间的刀片的距离进行调节大小,按下机壳1左上端的启动按钮,使电机11运转,带动传送带5和凸轮902旋转,凸轮902牵动连接杆901上下运动,从而使得刀架6上下运动,将菜倒入进料口12,随传送带运动,通过刀架6进行上下运动切割,从而使切出菜后的大小或者薄厚符合使用者所需,最后通过出料口2将切好的菜取出。

1.一种新型餐厅自动切菜机,其特征在于所述的机壳1底部两侧安装连接轴4;所述支撑链套3套在连接轴4上;所述的电机11与传送带5、连接装置9安装在齿轮轴10,为本装置的运转提供动力源;所述的传送带5由导向板501及传送链502组成;所述的连接装置9通过凸轮901及连接杆902使刀架上下移动;所述的调距旋转手柄8通过定位卡条7、固定套801及调距旋钮802来调节刀距的大小;所述的刀架6由刀片601和固定杆602组成,与连接装置9、调距旋转手柄8连接在一起;所述的的出料口2、进料口12位于机壳1的前后两端。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种新型餐厅自动切菜机,其特征在于:所述支撑链套3设置在传送带5的两端,所述传送带5上的导向板501设有卡槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种新型餐厅自动切菜机,其特征在于:所述的电机11与传送带5、连接装置9安装在齿轮轴10,可实现同步运动。
