背景技术
要保证钕铁硼具有一定的矫顽力,需要加入一定量的镝或铽;目前在钕铁硼的生产工艺中,通过添加重稀土,来保证镝或铽的添加量,在进行渗镝前需要将钕铁硼的表面进行处理,增加渗透镝的纯度,为此,我们提出了一种钕铁硼表面渗镝用钕铁硼表面处理装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种钕铁硼表面渗镝用钕铁硼表面处理装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的在进行渗镝前需要将钕铁硼的表面进行处理,增加渗透镝的纯度的问题。

优选的,所述支撑杆的上下两侧均连接有滑条,所述定位套的内腔上下两侧均开设有与滑条相适配的滑槽。

其中,支撑杆5的上下两侧均连接有滑条,定位套6的内腔上下两侧均开设有与滑条相适配的滑槽,旋转刷盘14为海绵刷盘。
工作原理:将钕铁硼的传输装置通过两组拱形门3之间,拧松三组定位块8,调节调节杆9与定位调节套管7的相对位置,使得喷头10位于钕铁硼的上方,旋转刷盘14支撑在钕铁硼的表面,出风口16位于钕铁硼的上方,进水口11接通水管,水通过喷头10喷出对钕铁硼的表面进行冲洗润湿,电机12的输出端通过支撑弹簧13带动旋转刷盘14转动,转动的旋转刷盘14对润湿后的钕铁硼进行擦拭,通过支撑弹簧13的设置,使得旋转刷盘14的纵向位置具有一定的移动空间,风机15通过出风口16将高速流动的空气吹在钕铁硼的表面,从而加速水分的挥发。
