本发明涉及食品领域,尤其涉及到一种柠檬牛肉干。
背景技术
牛肉是人们生活中最常用的肉类食物之一,随着人们对美食的不断追求创新,将牛肉进行制作成牛肉干,从而增长它的保存期,而且口感也非常好。目前牛肉干的制作方法也是多种多样,口味也各有风格。目前,市面上的牛肉干存在感官品质难以控制、口感较硬,而且存在着一些添加剂,多食对人体有一定的危害,并且在加工过程中水分的含量控制不当,很容易导致制备出的牛肉干质量较差,甚至出现发霉的情况。

本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种柠檬牛肉干,具有营养丰富、颜色红润、鲜香诱人、味道纯正,口感酥嫩、风味独特、方便携带、肉质爽口等特点,是一种营养健康的美食。
