当设置具有板状形状的多个第二系绳203时,突出支撑105的展开方向可以在向着乘客的方向弯曲。由此,可以改善支撑乘客肩部的突出支撑105的容积。
根据本发明的用于车辆的前安全气囊可以进一步包括撕裂腔501、致动器503和第二缝合线403,撕裂腔501位于第二系绳203和安全气囊外壳603之间,致动器503将通过充气机供应至安全气囊腔的气体的一部分引入撕裂腔501的内部,第二缝合线403穿过未展开状态下的撕裂腔501从而将撕裂腔501连接至第二系绳203,并在气体供应至撕裂腔501的内部时破裂。
参考图8和图9,第二缝合线403穿过未展开状态下的撕裂腔501,由此固定第二系绳203。此处,当气体通过致动器503供应至撕裂腔501时,撕裂腔501展开,第二缝合线403破裂,第二系绳203的固定被释放,安全气囊衬垫100的下端部的展开程度增加。因此,安全气囊衬垫100的下端部的展开程度可以选择性地调节。
根据本发明的用于车辆的前安全气囊可以进一步包括控制器,控制器配置成控制致动器503是否工作,并检测乘客是否系上安全带。在确定乘客系上安全带时,控制器可以控制致动器503不将气体供应至撕裂腔501的内部。
当乘客系上安全带时,安全带主要限制乘客的上身,因此,在安全气囊衬垫100上承载乘客的强度降低。此处,为了防止乘客被安全气囊衬垫100的展开压力击打,需要使用第二系绳203减小安全气囊衬垫100的下端部的展开程度,因此,控制器阻止利用致动器向撕裂腔501供应气体。
根据本发明的用于车辆的前安全气囊可以进一步包括控制器,控制器配置成控制致动器503是否工作,并检测乘客是否系上安全带。在确定乘客未系上安全带时,控制器可以控制致动器503将气体供应至撕裂腔501的内部以使得第二缝合线403破裂。
当乘客未系上安全带时,在安全气囊衬垫100上承载乘客的强度非常高。在此情况中,当不确保安全气囊衬垫100的厚度时,乘客可能直接与包括方向盘601或防撞垫的车辆结构相撞击。因此,控制器控制致动器503将气体供应至撕裂腔501的内部以使得第二缝合线403破裂。
因此,通过第二系绳203对安全气囊衬垫100的下端部的展开程度的限制被去除,于是,安全气囊衬垫100的下端部的展开程度可以增加,可以防止乘客和车辆结构之间的撞击。
从以上描述显而易见的是,用于车辆的前安全气囊可以防止乘客的颈部或头部由于碰撞中施加至乘客的碰撞能量而受伤。此外,传递至乘客胸部的碰撞能量或由于安全气囊的展开压力产生的冲击能量分散至乘客的肩部,因此可以最小化对乘客的伤害。
为了方便解释和精确限定所附权利要求,术语“上部”、“下部”、“内”、“外”、“上”、“下”、“向上”、“向下”、“前”、“后”、“背部”、“内侧”、“外侧”、“向内”、“向外”、“内部”、“外部”、“向前”和“向后”被用于参考附图中所显示的这些特征的位置来描述示例性实施方案的特征。

Claims (8)

1.一种用于车辆的前安全气囊,其包括:
安全气囊衬垫,其包括后面板和前面板,所述后面板位于方向盘侧,所述前面板位于乘客侧并且具有对应于所述后面板的形状的形状,所述后面板和所述前面板设置有突出支撑,所述突出支撑形成在所述后面板的下端部的第一侧和第二侧以及所述前面板的下端部的第一侧和第二侧;
第一系绳,其将对应于乘客头部的负载位置的所述前面板的中央部分连接至安全气囊外壳;以及
第二系绳,其将对应于乘客胸部的负载位置的所述前面板的下端部连接至所述安全气囊外壳,并且所述第二系绳具有比所述第一系绳更短的长度。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的前安全气囊,其进一步包括下侧面板,所述下侧面板分别位于所述后面板的两个突出支撑与所述前面板的两个突出支撑之间,并将所述后面板的突出支撑与所述前面板的突出支撑相互连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的前安全气囊,其进一步包括第一缝合线,所述第一缝合线连接所述前面板和所述后面板,所述第一缝合线在向着所述前面板的中央的方向上在远离突出支撑的分界线的位置处形成,并且在施加至所述第一缝合线的压力具有大于指定值的强度时,所述第一缝合线破裂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的前安全气囊,其中,所述第二系绳是板状系绳,所述第二系绳与所述前面板的联接线形成在所述前面板的竖直方向上。
5.根据权利要求4所述的用于车辆的前安全气囊,其中,多个第二系绳设置在车辆的宽度方向上。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于车辆的前安全气囊,其进一步包括:
撕裂腔,其位于所述第二系绳与所述安全气囊外壳之间;
致动器,其将通过充气机供应至安全气囊腔的气体的一部分引入所述撕裂腔的内部;以及
第二缝合线,其穿过未展开状态下的所述撕裂腔从而将所述第二系绳连接至所述撕裂腔,并在气体供应至撕裂腔的内部时所述第二缝合线破裂。
7.根据权利要求6所述的用于车辆的前安全气囊,其进一步包括控制器,所述控制器配置成控制所述致动器是否工作,并检测乘客是否系上安全带,
其中,在确定乘客系上安全带时,所述控制器配置成控制所述致动器不将气体供应至所述撕裂腔的内部。
8.根据权利要求6所述的用于车辆的前安全气囊,其进一步包括控制器,所述控制器配置成控制所述致动器是否工作,并检测乘客是否系上安全带,
其中,在确定乘客未系上安全带时,所述控制器配置成控制所述致动器将气体供应至所述撕裂腔的内部以使得所述第二缝合线破裂。
