Abstract

本发明涉及低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料及其制备,其特别之处在于按重量份计包括以下组分:PVC树脂:100份、增塑剂:50‑60份、阻燃剂:35‑45份、抑烟剂:15‑25份、热稳定剂:5‑10份、防火剂:8‑15份、润滑剂:0.5‑1.0份。本发明以PVC树脂为基材,加入适量防火剂及阻燃剂,使其达到高阻燃的效果。同时为了保证低烟的效果,加入特殊材料抑烟剂,控制其发烟量,克服了PVC电缆料发烟量较大的问题。最后加入热稳定剂和润滑剂,保证材料具备良好的稳定性和加工性能。

低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料及其制备
技术领域
本发明涉及一种线缆材料领域,具体是一种通过改善加工工艺,使得PVC电缆料的低烟性及高阻燃性等性能得到大幅度提高的低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料及其制备。
背景技术
随着国民经济的快速发展,我国对化工新材料的需求进入高速成长期,同时对产品的质量要求也达到一个新的高度。对工程塑料的要求不仅仅是力学性能,用户更希望提高材料的表观性能,加工流动性,同时对产品的机械性能影响小。这也正是改性工程塑料界的一大深题。如何提高产品内在及外观质量,节能降耗是摆在行业面前的一个技术问题。因此,在加工过程中多功能性母粒的选择至关重要,而加快工程塑料产业的发展更是迫在眉睫。
无机阻燃材料作为一种无卤系阻燃材料,因其有效地克服了卤系阻燃材料的缺点而引起了人们的普遍关注。无机阻燃材料的最大优点是低毒、低烟、低腐蚀、且价格低廉。近年来,国内外电线电缆外被料市场上陆续推出了一些新型的无机阻燃聚合物材料品种,使无机阻燃电缆料得到更为广泛的应用。然而由于铝镁基等无机阻燃剂阻燃效率低,需添加60%以上才能达到期望的阻燃效果。这样给阻燃剂的分散、材料加工成型和主要的机械性能等带来了一系列的问题,很难满足一些高端电器装配线缆、通信电缆等对材料的指标要求。由于无机阻燃材料的局限性,国内在解决电线电缆的阻燃问题上大多采用阻燃聚氯乙烯(PVC)改性料作为外被层,这是因为PVC不但价格低廉,加工简单,而且由于含卤素的缘故使得它原本就具有一定的阻燃性能。
但目前还没有一种通过改善加工工艺,使得PVC电缆料的低烟性及高阻燃性等性能得到大幅度提高的低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料及其制备。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,提供一种通过改善加工工艺,使得PVC电缆料的低烟性及高阻燃性等性能得到大幅度提高的低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料及其制备。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案来实现:
低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特别之处在于按重量份计包括以下组分:PVC树脂:100份、增塑剂:50-60份、阻燃剂:35-45份、抑烟剂:15-25份、热稳定剂:5-10份、防火剂:8-15份、润滑剂:0.5-1.0份。
阻燃剂选用氢氧化镁及氢氧化铝复配使用,保证其阻燃及抑烟效果。增塑剂选用己二酸二辛酯。抑烟剂选用三氧化钼。热稳定剂选用钙锌稳定剂。
本发明还提供一种低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料的制备工艺,其特征在于在混料机中依次加入PVC树脂、阻燃剂、抑烟剂、防火剂,以及增塑剂总量的一半,搅拌均匀后加入热稳定剂、润滑剂及另一半量的增塑剂,再次搅拌均匀至温度稳定为130至135摄氏度,然后将混料机中的物料装入挤塑机,温度控制在150-170摄氏度,挤出造粒。
本发明以PVC树脂为基材,加入适量防火剂及阻燃剂,使其达到高阻燃的效果。同时为了保证低烟的效果,加入特殊材料抑烟剂,控制其发烟量,克服了PVC电缆料发烟量较大的问题。最后加入热稳定剂和润滑剂,保证材料具备良好的稳定性和加工性能。
具体实施方式
下面针对具体实施例对本发明做进一步阐述。
实施例一:先将PVC树脂100Kg加入到,然后依次加入阻燃剂35Kg、抑烟剂15Kg、防火剂8Kg、增塑剂25 Kg,搅拌均匀后加入热稳定剂5 Kg、润滑剂0.5 Kg、增塑剂25 Kg,再次搅拌均匀至温度稳定为130摄氏度,然后将混料机中的物料装入挤塑机,温度控制在150摄氏度,挤出造粒。
实施例二:先将PVC树脂100Kg加入到,然后依次加入阻燃剂45Kg、抑烟剂25Kg、防火剂15Kg、增塑剂30 Kg,搅拌均匀后加入热稳定剂10 Kg、润滑剂1 Kg、增塑剂30 Kg,再次搅拌均匀至温度稳定为135摄氏度,然后将混料机中的物料装入挤塑机,温度控制在170摄氏度,挤出造粒。
采用本技术方案制得的低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料及其制备具备如下性能:氧指数:36%(一般PVC≤30),低温冲击脆化:-35℃,拉伸强度:≥15 MPa,断裂伸长率:≥200%,体积电阻率:≥1×1012ΩM,光密度:最大值≤0.5,平均值≤0.15,均达到或超过国家相应标准。

1.低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特别之处在于按重量份计包括以下组分:PVC树脂:100份、增塑剂:50-60份、阻燃剂:35-45份、抑烟剂:15-25份、热稳定剂:5-10份、防火剂:8-15份、润滑剂:0.5-1.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征在于所述阻燃剂选用氢氧化镁及氢氧化铝复配使用,保证其阻燃及抑烟效果。
3.根据权利要求1所述的低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征在于所述增塑剂选用己二酸二辛酯。
4.根据权利要求1所述的低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征在于所述抑烟剂选用三氧化钼。
5.根据权利要求1所述的低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料,其特征在于所述热稳定剂选用钙锌稳定剂。
6.低烟高阻燃聚氯乙烯电缆料的制备工艺,其特征在于在混料机中依次加入PVC树脂、阻燃剂、抑烟剂、防火剂,以及增塑剂总量的一半,搅拌均匀后加入热稳定剂、润滑剂及另一半量的增塑剂,再次搅拌均匀至温度稳定为130至135摄氏度,然后将混料机中的物料装入挤塑机,温度控制在150-170摄氏度,挤出造粒。
