Abstract
本发明提供一种抗菌纸铝复合包装材料制备方法,包括以下步骤:(1)将蒲公英、苦地丁、茶叶清洗干净,放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,过60‑100目筛,得到粉末,将粉末浸泡在2‑2.5倍量的乙醇溶液中加热至70‑75℃,浸泡90‑120分钟,过滤,得到粉末;(2)将聚乙烯醇制成4‑7wt%的水溶液,与所述粉末按重量比为3:2‑2.5混合均匀,涂覆在纸板上涂覆,涂层厚度为2‑3mm,再覆盖一层纸板,进行热压,得到复合纸板。本发明将蒲公英、苦地丁、茶叶进行粉碎,提取,得到粉末,具有吸收异味、抗菌的性能,再用两层纸进行热压,使得纸质层具有良好的吸收异味、抗菌、防腐、抗弯折的性能,提高包装材料的安全性。

技术领域
本发明涉及纸铝包装材料领域,尤其涉及一种抗菌纸铝复合包装材料制备方法。
背景技术
目前,专用于瑞典利乐公司纸铝塑无菌灌装机或其他类似设备的纸铝塑复合无菌包装材料由外至内主要包括以下结构:聚乙烯防护层、纸质层、第一粘合层、铝箔、第二粘合层和聚乙烯热封层。
由于纸在制造过程中会残留一些有害物质,尤其是采用回收废纸做的纸更有安全问题,有可能有细菌、吸水会发出异味,影响包装材料的强度和使用性能,为提高包装材料的安全性和提高使用性能,需要对纸板层进行处理改进。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种抗菌纸铝复合包装材料制备方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种抗菌纸铝复合包装材料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒲公英、苦地丁、茶叶清洗干净,放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,过60-100目筛,得到粉末,将粉末浸泡在2-2.5倍量的乙醇溶液中加热至70-75℃,浸泡90-120分钟,过滤,得到粉末;
(2)将聚乙烯醇制成4-7wt%的水溶液,与所述粉末按重量比为3:2-2.5混合均匀,涂覆在纸板上涂覆,涂层厚度为2-3mm,再覆盖一层纸板,进行热压,得到复合纸板;
(3)将纸板与铝箔、热封塑料层、印刷层进行复合,即得抗菌纸铝复合包装材料。
所述的热封塑料层为聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
所述印刷层表面涂覆有光油。
步骤(3)的热压温度为120-130℃,时间为1-2分钟。
所述纸质层的重量为150-250/m2。
本发明的有益效果为:本发明将蒲公英、苦地丁、茶叶进行粉碎,提取,得到粉末,具有吸收异味、抗菌的性能,再用两层纸进行热压,使得纸质层具有良好的吸收异味、抗菌、防腐、抗弯折的性能,提高包装材料的安全性。
具体实施方式
实施例
一种抗菌纸铝复合包装材料制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒲公英、苦地丁、茶叶清洗干净,放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,过70目筛,得到粉末,将粉末浸泡在2倍量的乙醇溶液中加热至70℃,浸泡100分钟,过滤,得到粉末;
(2)将聚乙烯醇制成5wt%的水溶液,与所述粉末按重量比为3:2-2.5混合均匀,涂覆在纸板上涂覆,涂层厚度为2mm,再覆盖一层纸板,进行热压,得到复合纸板;
(3)将纸板与铝箔、热封塑料层、印刷层进行复合,即得抗菌纸铝复合包装材料。
所述的热封塑料层为聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
所述印刷层表面涂覆有光油。
步骤(3)的热压温度为120℃,时间为1分钟。
所述纸质层的重量为150/m2。

1.一种抗菌纸铝复合包装材料制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将蒲公英、苦地丁、茶叶清洗干净,放入粉碎机中进行粉碎,过60-100目筛,得到粉末,将粉末浸泡在2-2.5倍量的乙醇溶液中加热至70-75℃,浸泡90-120分钟,过滤,得到粉末;
(2)将聚乙烯醇制成4-7wt%的水溶液,与所述粉末按重量比为3:2-2.5混合均匀,涂覆在纸板上涂覆,涂层厚度为2-3mm,再覆盖一层纸板,进行热压,得到复合纸板;
(3)将纸板与铝箔、热封塑料层、印刷层进行复合,即得抗菌纸铝复合包装材料。
2.根据权利要求1 所述的抗菌纸铝复合包装材料制备方法,其特征在于,所述的热封塑料层为聚乙烯或聚丙烯。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌纸铝复合包装材料制备方法,其特征在于,所述印刷层表面涂覆有光油。
4.根据权利要求1 所述的抗菌纸铝复合包装材料制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)的热压温度为120-130℃,时间为1-2分钟。
5.根据权利要求1 所述抗菌纸铝复合包装材料制备方法,其特征在于,所述纸质层的重量为150-250/m2。
