Abstract
本发明公开了一种抗菌保鲜食品包装塑料薄膜,所述塑料薄膜由三层薄膜通过共挤成型,分为内抗菌层、外抗菌层和位于内抗菌层和外抗菌层之间的用于黏附内抗菌层和外抗菌层的中间层;所述内抗菌层和外抗菌层由以下重量份的原料制得:淀粉50‑75份,聚氯乙烯15‑30份,粘合树脂8‑14份,苯二甲酸1‑3份,脂肪酸1‑3份,1,4‑丁二醇0.5‑4.5份,抗氧剂0.2‑1份,聚羟基丁酸戊酸共聚酯0.3‑3份,纳米氯化锌0.1‑10份,碳酸钙0.1‑0.5份,阻燃剂5‑10份。本发明所提供的食品包装用抗菌塑料薄膜具有良好抗菌和抑菌功能,以本发明配方制备而得的塑料薄膜的生物可降解性高,降解时间短,能有效解决普通塑料薄膜难降解所带来的白色污染问题,并且生产工艺简单、成本低,有利于工业化生产。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料薄膜技术领域,特别是一种抗菌保鲜食品包装塑料薄膜。
背景技术
食品抗菌包装是食品活性包装中的朝阳领域,其中选择抗菌薄膜包装是最有益的,它能抑制微生物的生长,保证食品的安全,延长食品的食用寿命。生物可降解塑料是治理塑料废弃物对环境污染及缓冲石油资源矛盾的有效途径之一。因此,食品包装薄膜的生物可降解性是目前其基本性能要求之一。目前,具有抗菌和抑菌功能的塑料薄膜制品很多,具有可生物降解性的塑料薄膜制品也很多,但能同时满足食品包装要求且具有抗菌性和生物可降解性的塑料薄膜较为少见。
发明内容
为解决以上问题,本发明的目的就是提供一种抗菌保鲜食品包装塑料薄膜。
本发明的目的是通过这样的技术方案实现的,一种抗菌保鲜食品包装塑料薄膜,所述塑料薄膜由三层薄膜通过共挤成型,分为内抗菌层、外抗菌层和位于内抗菌层和外抗菌层之间的用于黏附内抗菌层和外抗菌层的中间层;
所述内抗菌层和外抗菌层由以下重量份的原料制得:淀粉50-75份,聚氯乙烯15-30份,粘合树脂8-14份,苯二甲酸1-3份,脂肪酸1-3份,1,4-丁二醇0.5-4.5份,抗氧剂0.2-1份,聚羟基丁酸戊酸共聚酯0.3-3份,纳米氯化锌0.1-10份,碳酸钙0.1-0.5份,阻燃剂5-10份。
进一步地,所述内抗菌层和外抗菌层由以下重量份的原料制得:淀粉50份,聚氯乙烯15份,粘合树脂8份,苯二甲酸1份,脂肪酸1份,1,4-丁二醇0.5份,抗氧剂0.2份,聚羟基丁酸戊酸共聚酯0.3份,纳米氯化锌0.1份,碳酸钙0.1份,阻燃剂5份。
进一步地,所述中间层为聚丙烯、聚乙烯、乙丙橡胶中的一种或做种材料的混合物。
进一步地,所述淀粉为玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、小麦淀粉、荞麦淀粉和木薯淀粉中的一种。
进一步地,所述抗氧剂为二丁基羟基甲苯。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果为:本发明所提供的食品包装用抗菌塑料薄膜具有良好抗菌和抑菌功能,以本发明配方制备而得的塑料薄膜的生物可降解性高,降解时间短,能有效解决普通塑料薄膜难降解所带来的白色污染问题,并且生产工艺简单、成本低,有利于工业化生产。

实施例一:
本发明公开了一种抗菌保鲜食品包装塑料薄膜,所述塑料薄膜由三层薄膜通过共挤成型,分为内抗菌层、外抗菌层和位于内抗菌层和外抗菌层之间的用于黏附内抗菌层和外抗菌层的中间层;
所述内抗菌层和外抗菌层由以下重量份的原料制得:

所述内抗菌层和外抗菌层由以下重量份的原料制得:淀粉75份,聚氯乙烯30份,粘合树脂14份,苯二甲酸3份,脂肪酸3份,1,4-丁二醇4.5份,抗氧剂1份,聚羟基丁酸戊酸共聚酯3份,纳米氯化锌10份,碳酸钙0.5份,阻燃剂10份。
所述中间层为聚丙烯、聚乙烯、乙丙橡胶中的一种或做种材料的混合物。
所述淀粉为玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、小麦淀粉、荞麦淀粉和木薯淀粉中的一种。
所述抗氧剂为二丁基羟基甲苯。
实施例三:
本发明公开了一种抗菌保鲜食品包装塑料薄膜,所述塑料薄膜由三层薄膜通过共挤成型,分为内抗菌层、外抗菌层和位于内抗菌层和外抗菌层之间的用于黏附内抗菌层和外抗菌层的中间层;
所述内抗菌层和外抗菌层由以下重量份的原料制得:淀粉60份,聚氯乙烯20份,粘合树脂12份,苯二甲酸2份,脂肪酸2份,1,4-丁二醇3份,抗氧剂0.6份,聚羟基丁酸戊酸共聚酯2份,纳米氯化锌5份,碳酸钙0.3份,阻燃剂8份。
所述中间层为聚丙烯、聚乙烯、乙丙橡胶中的一种或做种材料的混合物。
所述淀粉为玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、小麦淀粉、荞麦淀粉和木薯淀粉中的一种。
所述抗氧剂为二丁基羟基甲苯。

1.一种抗菌保鲜食品包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述塑料薄膜由三层薄膜通过共挤成型,分为内抗菌层、外抗菌层和位于内抗菌层和外抗菌层之间的用于黏附内抗菌层和外抗菌层的中间层;
所述内抗菌层和外抗菌层由以下重量份的原料制得:淀粉50-75份,聚氯乙烯15-30份,粘合树脂8-14份,苯二甲酸1-3份,脂肪酸1-3份,1,4-丁二醇0.5-4.5份,抗氧剂0.2-1份,聚羟基丁酸戊酸共聚酯0.3-3份,纳米氯化锌0.1-10份,碳酸钙0.1-0.5份,阻燃剂5-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌保鲜食品包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述内抗菌层和外抗菌层由以下重量份的原料制得:淀粉50份,聚氯乙烯15份,粘合树脂8份,苯二甲酸1份,脂肪酸1份,1,4-丁二醇0.5份,抗氧剂0.2份,聚羟基丁酸戊酸共聚酯0.3份,纳米氯化锌0.1份,碳酸钙0.1份,阻燃剂5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌保鲜食品包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述中间层为聚丙烯、聚乙烯、乙丙橡胶中的一种或做种材料的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌保鲜食品包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述淀粉为玉米淀粉、马铃薯淀粉、小麦淀粉、荞麦淀粉和木薯淀粉中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌保鲜食品包装塑料薄膜,其特征在于:所述抗氧剂为二丁基羟基甲苯。
