Abstract

本发明提供的一种磨边装置，包括：固定台，固定台上设有收集槽，收集槽沿纵向的一端固定有第一夹具座，另一端固定有第二夹具座，第一夹具座朝收集槽一侧上固定有第一夹具，第二夹具座内设置有可沿纵向滑动的滑动件，滑动件朝向收集槽一侧上固定有第二夹具；活动台，活动台可横向往复运动，活动台上可转动地安装有砂轮及与砂轮传动连接的旋转电机，砂轮轴向沿纵向设置，在第一夹具和第二夹具的中间位置的上方，还设置有喷淋装置；其中，在收集槽的横向两端分别设置有由透光材料制成的半盖体，靠近砂轮的一半盖体中间开设有给砂轮让位的让位槽。本发明新型的磨边装置可防止浆液的溅出并减小噪音。

技术领域
本发明新型涉及光学设备加工领域，尤其是涉及一种磨边装置。
背景技术
在生产瞄准镜时，需要用磨边装置将固定大小的母片加工成所需需要的大小。目前的磨边装置没有对磨边过程进行防护，由于其由有机玻璃制成，因此容易造成浆液飞溅，对环境污染从而造成职业病，另外也由于磨边过程而产生噪音污染。
发明新型内容
为解决上述问题，本发明新型致力于提供一种能避免噪音和残料飞溅的磨边装置。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供的一种磨边装置，包括：
固定台，该固定台上设有收集槽，在该收集槽的底部开设有出水口，该收集槽沿纵向的一端固定有第一夹具座，另一端固定有第二夹具座，该第一夹具座朝该收集槽一侧上固定有第一夹具，该第二夹具座内设置有可沿纵向滑动的滑动件，该滑动件朝向该收集槽一侧上固定有第二夹具，安装在该第二夹具座上的一控制手柄与该滑动件传动连接；
活动台，该活动台可横向往复运动，该活动台上可转动地安装有砂轮及与该砂轮传动连接的旋转电机，该砂轮轴向沿纵向设置，该砂轮在纵向位置上正对与该第一夹具和该第二夹具的中间位置，在该第一夹具和该第二夹具的中间位置的上方，还设置有喷淋装置；
其中，在该收集槽的横向两端分别设置有由透光材料制成的半盖体，该半盖体均与该收集槽通过合页相铰接，靠近该砂轮的一该半盖体中间开设有给该砂轮让位的让位槽。
优选地，该控制手柄与该滑动件之间为齿轮齿条连接。
优选地，磨边装置还包括一用于驱动该半盖体转动的驱动装置，该驱动装置与该旋转电机电连接。
本发明新型的磨边装置可防止浆液的溅出并减小噪音。

请参阅图1。本发明提供的一种磨边装置，包括固定台17，固定台17上设有收集槽19，在收集槽的底部开设有出水口16，收集槽19沿纵向的一端固定有第一夹具座1，另一端固定有第二夹具座6，第一夹具座1朝收集槽19一侧上固定有第一夹具2，第二夹具座6内设置有可沿纵向滑动的滑动件5，滑动件5朝向收集槽19一侧上固定有第二夹具4，安装在第二夹具座6上的一控制手柄7与滑动件5传动连接；
磨边装置还包括活动台11，活动台11可横向往复运动，活动台11上可转动地安装有砂轮12及与砂轮12传动连接的旋转电机13，砂轮12轴向沿纵向设置，砂轮12在纵向位置上正对于第一夹具2和第二夹具4的中间位置，在第一夹具2和第二夹具4的中间位置的上方，还设置有喷淋装置18。
图中，砂轮12的轴可安装在轴承座14上，一端与旋转电机13的电机轴固定连接。
其中，在收集槽19的横向两端分别设置有由透光材料制成的半盖体8、9，半盖体8、9均与收集槽19通过合页15相铰接，靠近砂轮12的一半盖体9中间开设有给砂轮12让位的让位槽10。
这样，通过半盖体8、9的开合可防止浆液的溅出并减小噪音。
优选地，控制手柄与滑动件之间为齿轮齿条连接。在其他的一些实施例中，其与滑动件之间还可以通过滚珠丝杆的方式进行传动连接。
在其他的一些实施例中，磨边装置还可包括一用于驱动半盖体8、9转动的驱动装置(图中未示出)，驱动装置与旋转电机电连接13。例如，可在电机启动时即使半盖体8、9关闭。这样可自动实现自动防止浆液的溅出并减小噪音，不需人工操作，因此也比较安全。

1.一种磨边装置，其特征在于，包括：
固定台，该固定台上设有收集槽，在该收集槽的底部开设有出水口，该收集槽沿纵向的一端固定有第一夹具座，另一端固定有第二夹具座，该第一夹具座朝该收集槽一侧上固定有第一夹具，该第二夹具座内设置有可沿纵向滑动的滑动件，该滑动件朝向该收集槽一侧上固定有第二夹具，安装在该第二夹具座上的一控制手柄与该滑动件传动连接；
活动台，该活动台可横向往复运动，该活动台上可转动地安装有砂轮及与该砂轮传动连接的旋转电机，该砂轮轴向沿纵向设置，该砂轮在纵向位置上正对与该第一夹具和该第二夹具的中间位置，在该第一夹具和该第二夹具的中间位置的上方，还设置有喷淋装置；
其中，在该收集槽的横向两端分别设置有由透光材料制成的半盖体，该半盖体均与该收集槽通过合页相铰接，靠近该砂轮的一该半盖体中间开设有给该砂轮让位的让位槽。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种磨边装置，其特征在于，该控制手柄与该滑动件之间为齿轮齿条连接。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种磨边装置，其特征在于，还包括一用于驱动该半盖体转动的驱动装置，该驱动装置与该旋转电机电连接。
