本发明公开了一种薄型无纺布用立式烘箱,包括:布边备胶机构、上胶机构和箱体,所述上胶机构左侧设置有布边备胶机构,所述箱体设置在上胶机构的上方,所述箱体的顶部和底部分别设置有上链轮和下链轮,所述上链轮和下链轮之间设置有传动链,所述传动链上设置有多个布夹,所述箱体内设置有燃烧器和风机,所述燃烧器和风机对应设置,所述箱体内还设置有风道。通过上述方式,本发明提供的薄型无纺布用立式烘箱,通过布边预上胶,低温烘干,解决克重15~50g/m2薄型无纺布布边强力,使整幅上胶高温烘干时,布边收缩小,不脱离布夹;设计立式烘箱,缩小占地面积,占地面积是卧式烘箱1/5,提高车间使用面积。

一种薄型无纺布用立式烘箱
技术领域
本发明涉及非织造设备配件技术领域,特别是涉及一种薄型无纺布用立式烘箱。
背景技术
无纺布是一种不需要纺纱织布而形成的织物,只是将纺织短纤维经梳理形成纤网结构,无纺布由于其工艺流程短、生产速度快、产量高、成本低等特点而被广泛采用,但薄型无纺布由于其强度较差,而限制了无纺布的应用范围。目前通常采用上胶或复合其他材料,来增加强力,烘箱结构形式多为卧式。无纺布通过上胶后烘干,无纺布本身会出现门幅收缩,当克重在60g/m2以上,无纺布自身有一定强力,通过烘箱收缩还能保持一定张力完成上胶烘干工序。但对克重15~50g/m2薄型无纺布,自身强力低,上胶收缩,烘箱布夹夹住部分与整幅布断裂,不能实现上胶烘干工序。另外卧式烘箱,烘箱长度一般在20米以上,占地面积大,对于生产车间面积要求有限制。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种薄型无纺布用立式烘箱,通过布边预上胶,低温烘干,解决克重15~50g/m2薄型无纺布布边强力,使整幅上胶高温烘干时,布边收缩小,不脱离布夹;设计立式烘箱,缩小占地面积,占地面积是卧式烘箱1/5,提高车间使用面积。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种薄型无纺布用立式烘箱,包括:布边备胶机构、上胶机构和箱体,所述上胶机构左侧设置有布边备胶机构,所述箱体设置在上胶机构的上方,所述箱体的顶部和底部分别设置有上链轮和下链轮,所述上链轮和下链轮之间设置有传动链,所述传动链上设置有多个布夹,所述下链轮下方设置有电机,所述电机与下链轮传动连接,所述箱体内设置有燃烧器和风机,所述燃烧器和风机对应设置,所述箱体内还设置有风道,且设置于上链轮和下链轮之间,所述布边备胶机构包括:备胶机架,所述备胶机架上设置有布边上胶轮和石英加热管,所述布边上胶轮设置在石英加热管的左侧,所述布边上胶轮下方设置有预浸胶池,所述布边上胶轮上方设置有压轮,所述石英加热管设置在薄型无纺布布边的上下两侧,所述上胶机构包括:上胶机架,所述上胶机架两端设置有托辊,所述托辊下方设置有浸胶轮,所述浸胶轮下方设置有胶池,所述胶池一侧设置有挡胶板,所述胶池下方设置有胶池升降装置,所述上胶机架上方设置有挤胶装置。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述燃烧器和风机均设置有4个,所述箱体下部的燃烧器和风机均设置有2个,所述箱体上部的燃烧器和风机均设置有2个。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述箱体下部的燃烧器和风机的安装方向和箱体上部的燃烧器和风机的安装方向相反。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述薄型无纺布两边的5~6cm布边进入预浸胶池。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述石英加热管的加热温度为60~80℃。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述箱体内温度控制在230℃以上。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述布夹包括刀夹体和刀口板,所述布夹为U形开口结构。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述箱体长度为6100mm。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明指出的一种薄型无纺布用立式烘箱,通过布边预上胶,低温烘干,解决克重15~50g/m2薄型无纺布布边强力,使整幅上胶高温烘干时,布边收缩小,不脱离布夹;设计立式烘箱,缩小占地面积,占地面积是卧式烘箱1/5,提高车间使用面积。

一种薄型无纺布用立式烘箱,包括:布边备胶机构1、上胶机构2和箱体3,所述上胶机构2左侧设置有布边备胶机构1,所述箱体3设置在上胶机构2的上方,所述箱体3的顶部和底部分别设置有上链轮4和下链轮5,所述上链轮4和下链轮5之间设置有传动链,所述传动链上设置有多个布夹6,所述下链轮下方设置有电机7,所述电机7与下链轮6传动连接,所述箱体3内设置有燃烧器8和风机9,所述燃烧器8和风机9对应设置,所述箱体3内还设置有风道10,且设置于上链轮4和下链轮5之间,所述布边备胶机构1包括:备胶机架11,所述备胶机架11上设置有布边上胶轮12和石英加热管13,所述布边上胶轮12设置在石英加热管13的左侧,所述布边上胶轮12下方设置有预浸胶池14,所述布边上胶轮12上方设置有压轮15,所述石英加热管13设置在薄型无纺布布边的上下两侧,所述上胶机构2包括:上胶机架21,所述上胶机架21两端设置有托辊22,所述托辊22下方设置有浸胶轮23,所述浸胶轮23下方设置有胶池24,所述胶池24一侧设置有挡胶板25,所述胶池24下方设置有胶池升降装置26,所述上胶机架21上方设置有挤胶装置27。
工作原理:具体实施时,将薄型无纺布16两边的5~6cm布边进入布边备胶机构1的预浸胶池14进行上胶,再通过上下石英加热管13低温加热,加热温度约在60~80℃使薄型无纺布布边强力增加,有利于整幅上胶时布夹6夹住,布边经预上胶后通过上胶机构2对整幅薄型无纺布上胶,整幅布进入箱体3,通过安装的上链轮4和下链轮5,引导无纺布进入箱体3内部,箱体3内安装有4只燃烧器8和4只风机9,燃烧器8加热对应风机9抽风,箱体内温度控制在230℃以上,使热空气充分穿透薄型无纺布16,快速烘干胶水,箱体3下部的燃烧器8和风机9的安装方向和箱体3上部的燃烧器8和风机9的安装方向相反,使薄型无纺布16热量均匀,布夹6为U形开口结构,刀夹体安装在传动链上,随传动链运动,刀夹体在U形开口内可自由翻转,配合夹紧布料的刀口板实现薄型无纺布16传动,箱体3长度为6100mm,占地面积是卧式烘箱1/5,提高车间使用面积。
综上所述,本发明指出的一种薄型无纺布用立式烘箱,通过布边预上胶,低温烘干,解决克重15~50g/m2薄型无纺布布边强力,使整幅上胶高温烘干时,布边收缩小,不脱离布夹;设计立式烘箱,缩小占地面积,占地面积是卧式烘箱1/5,提高车间使用面积。

1.一种薄型无纺布用立式烘箱,其特征在于,包括:布边备胶机构、上胶机构和箱体,所述上胶机构左侧设置有布边备胶机构,所述箱体设置在上胶机构的上方,所述箱体的顶部和底部分别设置有上链轮和下链轮,所述上链轮和下链轮之间设置有传动链,所述传动链上设置有多个布夹,所述下链轮下方设置有电机,所述电机与下链轮传动连接,所述箱体内设置有燃烧器和风机,所述燃烧器和风机对应设置,所述箱体内还设置有风道,且设置于上链轮和下链轮之间,所述布边备胶机构包括:备胶机架,所述备胶机架上设置有布边上胶轮和石英加热管,所述布边上胶轮设置在石英加热管的左侧,所述布边上胶轮下方设置有预浸胶池,所述布边上胶轮上方设置有压轮,所述石英加热管设置在薄型无纺布布边的上下两侧,所述上胶机构包括:上胶机架,所述上胶机架两端设置有托辊,所述托辊下方设置有浸胶轮,所述浸胶轮下方设置有胶池,所述胶池一侧设置有挡胶板,所述胶池下方设置有胶池升降装置,所述上胶机架上方设置有挤胶装置,所述石英加热管的加热温度为60~80℃,所述箱体内温度控制在230℃以上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的薄型无纺布用立式烘箱,其特征在于,所述燃烧器和风机均设置有4个,所述箱体下部的燃烧器和风机均设置有2个,所述箱体上部的燃烧器和风机均设置有2个。
3.根据权利要求2所述的薄型无纺布用立式烘箱,其特征在于,所述箱体下部的燃烧器和风机的安装方向和箱体上部的燃烧器和风机的安装方向相反。
4.根据权利要求1所述的薄型无纺布用立式烘箱,其特征在于,所述薄型无纺布两边的5~6cm布边进入预浸胶池。
5.根据权利要求1所述的薄型无纺布用立式烘箱,其特征在于,所述布夹包括刀夹体和刀口板,所述布夹为U形开口结构。
