Abstract

本发明公开了一种杀菌剂乳液及其制备方法，包括妥尔油脂肪酸10份、三乙醇胺1.5份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚1.2份、硫酸二甲酯1.35份、2‑硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑50份、2‑(甲氧基氨基甲酰)苯并咪唑(BCM)15份、卡松(活性物14％)5份、溴氯海因5份、尿素2.5份、油酸10份，脂肪酸甲酯40份，二乙二醇5份，蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL‑40 5.6份，硬脂醇聚氧乙烯醚(10EO‑20EO)7.4份、瓜尔胶溶液3份。与现有技术相比，本发明采用多种成分将含2‑硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑的配方制成乳液，能够容易在水里分散，解决了溶水性问题，制成一种新的杀菌剂，具有推广应用的价值。

一种杀菌剂乳液及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及杀菌剂技术领域，尤其涉及一种杀菌剂乳液及其制备方法。
背景技术
杀菌剂又称杀生剂、杀菌灭藻剂、杀微生物剂等，通常是指能有效地控制或杀死水系统中的微生物——细菌、真菌和藻类的化学制剂。在国际上，通常是作为防治各类病原微生物的药剂的总称。杀菌剂最主要应用于各种水性系统中，现有技术中，2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑是较好的杀菌剂材料，但该杀菌剂不溶于水，只能在水中分散，在水中会缓慢降解，因而影响使用效果，难以制作良好的杀菌剂，因此，存在改进空间。同时，不同的杀菌剂组分作用机理不同，对微生物的针对性也不尽相同，不同杀菌剂组分优化复配合理的话，可形成协同效应，可以大大提高杀菌效果，从而减少杀菌剂用量，降低使用成本，这是单一杀菌剂组分难以达到的。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种杀菌剂乳液及其制备方法。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的：
本发明一种杀菌剂乳液，包括妥尔油脂肪酸10份、三乙醇胺1.5份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚1.2份、硫酸二甲酯1.35份、2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑50份、2-(甲氧基氨基甲酰)苯并咪唑(BCM)15份、卡松(活性物14％)5份、溴氯海因5份、尿素2.5份、油酸10份，脂肪酸甲酯40份，二乙二醇5份，蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-405.6份，硬脂醇聚氧乙烯醚(10EO-20EO)7.4份、瓜尔胶溶液3份。
本发明一种杀菌剂乳液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
(1)妥尔油脂肪酸10份，三乙醇胺1.5份，升温至160-180℃，反应4-6小时，取样测酸值，小于10mg KOH/g，如未达到，继续保温反应至酸值合格，合格后降温至75℃，加入1.2份脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚(10EO-20EO)，1.35份硫酸二甲酯在75-80℃保温反应2小时，降温出料，得到中间体A；
(2)2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑(TCMTB，活性物30％)50份，2-(甲氧基氨基甲酰)苯并咪唑(BCM)15份，卡松(活性物14％)5份，溴氯海因5份，尿素2.5份，搅拌至均匀，再加入上述中间体A 2.5份，升温至50℃，加入油酸10份，脂肪酸甲酯40份，二乙二醇5份，蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-405.6份，硬脂醇聚氧乙烯醚(10EO-20EO)7.4份，搅拌1小时，滴加蒸馏水200份，1小时内加完，加入质量分数为1％的瓜尔胶溶液3份，搅拌1小时，降温出料。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明是一种杀菌剂乳液及其制备方法，与现有技术相比，本发明采用多种成分将含2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑的配方制成乳液，能够容易在水里分解，解决了融水性问题，制成一种新的杀菌剂，具有推广应用的价值。

下面对本发明作进一步说明：
本发明一种杀菌剂乳液，包括妥尔油脂肪酸10份、三乙醇胺1.5份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚1.2份、硫酸二甲酯1.35份、2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑50份、2-(甲氧基氨基甲酰)苯并咪唑(BCM)15份、卡松(活性物14％)5份、溴氯海因5份、尿素2.5份、油酸10份，脂肪酸甲酯40份，二乙二醇5份，蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-405.6份，硬脂醇聚氧乙烯醚(10EO-20EO)7.4份、瓜尔胶溶液3份。
本发明一种杀菌剂乳液的制备方法，包括以下步骤：

1.一种杀菌剂乳液，其特征在于：包括妥尔油脂肪酸10份、三乙醇胺1.5份、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚1.2份、硫酸二甲酯1.35份、2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑50份、2-(甲氧基氨基甲酰)苯并咪唑(BCM)15份、卡松(活性物14％)5份、溴氯海因5份、尿素2.5份、油酸10份，脂肪酸甲酯40份，二乙二醇5份，蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-405.6份，硬脂醇聚氧乙烯醚(10EO-20EO)7.4份、瓜尔胶溶液3份。
2.一种杀菌剂乳液的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
(1)妥尔油脂肪酸10份，三乙醇胺1.5份，升温至160-180℃，反应4-6小时，取样测酸值，小于10mg KOH/g，如未达到，继续保温反应至酸值合格，合格后降温至75℃，加入1.2份脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚(10EO-20EO)，1.35份硫酸二甲酯在75-80℃保温反应2小时，降温出料，得到中间体A；
