Abstract

本发明公开了一种化学杀菌剂，由妥尔油脂肪酸、灭菌唑、三乙醇胺、磷酸三钠、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、胡椒碱、2‑硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑、代森锰锌、溴氯海因、川楝素、烷基糖苷、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL‑40、氯化苄、高锰酸钾和酒精组成；与现有技术相比，采用本发明的配方及本发明的方法制备的杀菌剂尤其能够针对水族的藻类进行杀菌，能够有效的防止水族箱内生长大量的藻类，同时，本发明不会对水族的鱼类产生危害，不会影响鱼类的健康，并且，能够防治鱼类的鱼病，减少对鱼病的发生，具有推广应用的价值。

技术领域
本发明涉及化学技术领域，尤其涉及一种化学杀菌剂。
背景技术
杀菌剂又称杀生剂、杀菌灭藻剂、杀微生物剂等，通常是指能有效地控制或杀死水系统中的微生物——细菌、真菌和藻类的化学制剂。在国际上，通常是作为防治各类病原微生物的药剂的总称。现有技术中，用在水族中的杀菌剂大多只能清洁水中的细菌，但大多不能有效的杀灭藻类细菌，即便是有些杀菌剂能够杀灭藻类细菌，但同时也对水族中的鱼类造成危害，影响鱼类健康，因此，需要一种新的杀菌剂。
发明内容
本发明的目的就在于为了解决上述问题而提供一种化学杀菌剂。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现上述目的：
本发明由妥尔油脂肪酸、灭菌唑、三乙醇胺、磷酸三钠、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、胡椒碱、2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑、代森锰锌、溴氯海因、川楝素、烷基糖苷、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-40、氯化苄、高锰酸钾和酒精组成；
具体制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)妥尔油脂肪酸、灭菌唑、三乙醇胺、磷酸三钠混合搅拌至均匀，再加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、胡椒碱、2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑，升温至50℃继续搅拌；
(2)加入代森锰锌、溴氯海因、川楝素、烷基糖苷搅拌1小时；
(3)蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-40、氯化苄、高锰酸钾和酒精混合后进行滴加至步骤(2)的混合物中，1小时内加完，而后降温出料，得化学杀菌剂。
优选的，按重量比，所述妥尔油脂肪酸占总份数的3-8％、所述灭菌唑占总份数的4-6％、所述三乙醇胺占总份数的5-8％、所述磷酸三钠占总份数的3-8％、所述脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚占总份数的1-3％、所述胡椒碱占总份数的3-6％、所述2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑占总份数的2-3％、所述代森锰锌占总份数的1-3％、所述溴氯海因占总份数的1-3％、所述川楝素占总份数的3-8％、所述烷基糖苷占总份数的2-6％、所述蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-40占总份数的4-5％、所述氯化苄占总份数的0.5-1％、所述高锰酸钾占总份数的10-15％、所述酒精占总份数的30-40％。
优选的，按重量比，所述妥尔油脂肪酸占总份数的6％、所述灭菌唑占总份数的6％、所述三乙醇胺占总份数的6％、所述磷酸三钠占总份数的4％、所述脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚占总份数的2％、所述胡椒碱占总份数的5％、所述2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑占总份数的3％、所述代森锰锌占总份数的2％、所述溴氯海因占总份数的3％、所述川楝素占总份数的4％、所述烷基糖苷占总份数的5％、所述蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-40占总份数的5％、所述氯化苄占总份数的1％、所述高锰酸钾占总份数的12％、所述酒精占总份数的35％。
本发明的有益效果在于：
本发明是一种化学杀菌剂，与现有技术相比，采用本发明的配方及本发明的方法制备的杀菌剂尤其能够针对水族的藻类进行杀菌，能够有效的防止水族箱内生长大量的藻类，同时，本发明不会对水族的鱼类产生危害，不会影响鱼类的健康，并且，能够防治鱼类的鱼病，减少对鱼病的发生，具有推广应用的价值。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明作进一步说明：
本发明由妥尔油脂肪酸、灭菌唑、三乙醇胺、磷酸三钠、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、胡椒碱、2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑、代森锰锌、溴氯海因、川楝素、烷基糖苷、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-40、氯化苄、高锰酸钾和酒精组成；
具体制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)妥尔油脂肪酸、灭菌唑、三乙醇胺、磷酸三钠混合搅拌至均匀，再加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、胡椒碱、2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑，升温至50℃继续搅拌；
(2)加入代森锰锌、溴氯海因、川楝素、烷基糖苷搅拌1小时；

优选的，按重量比，所述妥尔油脂肪酸占总份数的6％、所述灭菌唑占总份数的6％、所述三乙醇胺占总份数的6％、所述磷酸三钠占总份数的4％、所述脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚占总份数的2％、所述胡椒碱占总份数的5％、所述2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑占总份数的3％、所述代森锰锌占总份数的2％、所述溴氯海因占总份数的3％、所述川楝素占总份数的4％、所述烷基糖苷占总份数的5％、所述蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-40占总份数的5％、所述氯化苄占总份数的1％、所述高锰酸钾占总份数的12％、所述酒精占总份数的35％。

1.一种化学杀菌剂，其特征在于：由妥尔油脂肪酸、灭菌唑、三乙醇胺、磷酸三钠、脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、胡椒碱、2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑、代森锰锌、溴氯海因、川楝素、烷基糖苷、蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-40、氯化苄、高锰酸钾和酒精组成；
具体制备方法包括以下步骤：
(1)妥尔油脂肪酸、灭菌唑、三乙醇胺、磷酸三钠混合搅拌至均匀，再加入脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚、胡椒碱、2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑，升温至50℃继续搅拌；
(2)加入代森锰锌、溴氯海因、川楝素、烷基糖苷搅拌1小时；
(3)蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-40、氯化苄、高锰酸钾和酒精混合后进行滴加至步骤(2)的混合物中，1小时内加完，而后降温出料，得化学杀菌剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化学杀菌剂，其特征在于：按重量比，所述妥尔油脂肪酸占总份数的3-8％、所述灭菌唑占总份数的4-6％、所述三乙醇胺占总份数的5-8％、所述磷酸三钠占总份数的3-8％、所述脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚占总份数的1-3％、所述胡椒碱占总份数的3-6％、所述2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑占总份数的2-3％、所述代森锰锌占总份数的1-3％、所述溴氯海因占总份数的1-3％、所述川楝素占总份数的3-8％、所述烷基糖苷占总份数的2-6％、所述蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-40占总份数的4-5％、所述氯化苄占总份数的0.5-1％、所述高锰酸钾占总份数的10-15％、所述酒精占总份数的30-40％。
3.根据权利要求2所述的化学杀菌剂，其特征在于：按重量比，所述妥尔油脂肪酸占总份数的6％、所述灭菌唑占总份数的6％、所述三乙醇胺占总份数的6％、所述磷酸三钠占总份数的4％、所述脂肪胺聚氧乙烯醚占总份数的2％、所述胡椒碱占总份数的5％、所述2-硫氰基甲基硫代苯并噻唑占总份数的3％、所述代森锰锌占总份数的2％、所述溴氯海因占总份数的3％、所述川楝素占总份数的4％、所述烷基糖苷占总份数的5％、所述蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚EL-40占总份数的5％、所述氯化苄占总份数的1％、所述高锰酸钾占总份数的12％、所述酒精占总份数的35％。
