1
Description
[0001] The invention relates to the field of chemical technology, in particular to a chemical
bactericide.
[0002] The bactericide, also known as biocide, bactericidal algaecide, and microbicide,
generally refers to the chemical agent that can effectively control or kill microorganisms in
the water system-bacteria, fungi and algae. In the international arena, it is usually used as a
general term for agents for the prevention and treatment of various pathogenic
microorganisms. In the prior art, most of the bactericides used in aquariums can only clean
bacteria in the water, but most of them cannot effectively kill algae bacteria. Even though
some bactericides can kill algae bacteria, they also cause harm to fish in aquariums and affect
their health. Therefore, a new bactericide is needed.
[0003] The objective of the invention is to provide a chemical bactericide in order to solve
the problems above.
[0004] The invention achieves the above objectives through the following technical
solutions:
[0005] The invention consists of tall oil fatty acid, triticonazole, triethanolamine, trisodium
phosphate, fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether, piperine, 2-thiocyanomethyl thiobenzothiazole,
mancozeb, bromochlorohydantoin, toosendanin, alkyl glycoside, castor oil polyoxyethylene
ether EL-40, benzyl chloride, potassium permanganate and alcohol;
[0006] the specific preparation method comprises the following steps:
[0007] (1) mixing tall oil fatty acid, triticonazole, triethanolamine, and trisodium phosphate
to stir until uniform, then adding fatty amine polyoxyethylene ether, piperine, and
2-thiocyanomethyl thiobenzothiazole, heating to 50°C and continuously stirring;
[0008] (2) adding mancozeb, bromochlorohydantoin, toosendanin, and alkyl glycoside to stir
for 1 hour;
[0009] (3) mixing castor oil polyoxyethylene ether EL-40, benzyl chloride, potassium
permanganate and alcohol, then dropwise adding the mixture into the mixture of step (2),
adding in 1 hour, and cooling and discharging to obtain a chemical bactericide.
[0010] Preferably, according to weight ratio, the tall oil fatty acid accounts for 3-8% of the
total parts, the triticonazole accounts for 4-6% of the total parts, the triethanolamine accounts
for 5-8% of the total parts, the trisodium phosphate accounts for 3-8% of the total parts, the
