技术领域
本发明涉及家禽养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种土鸭的养殖方法。
背景技术
土鸭的营养价值很高,土鸭含蛋白质、脂肪、碳水化合物,各种维生素及矿物质等。蛋白质含量约16-25%,比畜肉含量高得多。土鸭肉中的脂肪含量适中,比猪肉低,易于消化,并较均匀地分布于全身组织中。土鸭肉是含B族维生素和维生素E比较多的肉类,与畜肉不同的是土鸭肉中钾含量最高,还含有较高量的铁、铜、锌等微量元素。传统土鸭的饲养方式是简单的利用水塘,进行原始放养,缺乏科学的管理,这种方法的饲养,土鸭的成活率低、成长速度慢,产量不高。
发明内容
本发明的发明目的在于:针对上述存在的问题,提供一种土鸭的养殖方法,加快了土鸭的生长速度,增加土鸭的重量,提高土鸭的成活率及产蛋率,减少饲料成本及化学药品的使用,从而提高土鸭的养殖效益,健康环保。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种土鸭的养殖方法,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)建舍:选取空气清新、无污染的地方建设鸭舍及水池,鸭舍内设有保温灯、抽风口和喷雾器;
(2)选种:选择10-20日龄的健康鸭子;
(3)饲养管理:每天早中晚用饲料喂养鸭子,并任其自由采食,无限量供应新鲜水,且在新鲜水中加入微生物菌液;每天在水池内游玩2-3h;
其中,所述饲料主要由以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉30-40份、糙米糠10-20份、豆粕15-20份、菜粕18-20份、聚合草8-10份、萝藦10-12份、山杏叶6-8份、胡枝子叶7-9份、紫穗槐叶10-12份、红藤11-13份、回春草13-15份、络石藤10-12份、月桂叶12-14份、钙果15-17份、微量元素1-2份、糖肽酮萜素0.5-1份、微生物菌液1-2份、糖化酶1.5-2份、醇化酶1.5-2份及碘盐10-20份;
(4)鸭舍管理:保持鸭舍通风透气及阳光照射,根据空气中湿度情况,向鸭舍内喷洒水雾,使鸭舍维持合适的湿度,每天清理鸭舍及活动场的排泄物,并用清水清洗干净,清理干净后再通过所述喷雾器对所述鸭舍进行喷洒消毒液,待通风3-4h后方可放鸭子进舍;
所述消毒液主要由以下重量份原料制成:石香菜10-15份、兰香草10-11份、地榆15-17份、白蔹13-15份、萆薢10-11份、萹蓄13-15份、柽柳10-12份、升麻13-15份、槐角7-9份、巴旦杏仁8-10份、白矾1-1.5份、正丙醇1-2份及丙二醇1-2份。
优选地,步骤(1)中所述鸭舍按2-3只/每平方米建设。
优选地,步骤(1)中所述鸭舍的舍底为网状结构,网孔大小为1-1.5cm,所述舍底下方建设有集粪池。
优选地,步骤(3)中所述微生物菌液主要由等质量比的乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌及丁酸梭菌混合而成。
优选地,步骤(3)中所述微量元素主要由等质量比的磷酸氢钙、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁及硫酸锌混合而成。
优选地,步骤(3)中所述饲料的制备方法为:
a.按重量份准确称取糙米糠、豆粕及菜粕分别过筛清理,超微粉碎后与玉米粉混合均匀,得到混合物A,备用;
b.按重量份准确称取新鲜的聚合草、萝藦、山杏叶、胡枝子叶、紫穗槐叶、红藤、回春草、络石藤、月桂叶及钙果除杂并清洗干净后,浸泡于氢氧化钠-食盐混合溶液中20-30min,捞起漂洗后沥干表面水分,分别绞碎打浆,过滤后得到的滤渣经研磨后与滤液混合均匀,得到混合物B,备用;
c.将微量元素、糖肽酮萜素、糖化酶、醇化酶及碘盐溶解于温水中,并与微生物菌液混合均匀,得到混合物C,备用;
d.将混合物A及混合物B混合均匀,置于发酵罐内,均匀洒入混合物C,搅拌均匀后加入无菌水直至用手抓成团不滴水为止,搅拌混合均匀后置于阳光下发酵10-15天,备用;
e.将发酵后的产物转入调质器内进行调质糊化处理,冷却后制粒,干燥,过80-100目筛,得到所述饲料。
优选地,步骤(4)中所述消毒液的制备方法为:
S1:将新鲜的石香菜、兰香草、地榆、白蔹、萆薢、萹蓄、柽柳、升麻、槐角及巴旦杏仁洗净切段后打成浆液,备用;
S2:将正丙醇及丙二醇加入步骤S1中并搅拌均匀,静置20-30min后进行蒸发回流2-3h,过滤后,得到所述消毒液。
综上所述,由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明的有益效果是:
1、本发明的饲料主要由玉米粉、糙米糠、豆粕、菜粕、聚合草、萝藦、山杏叶、胡枝子叶、紫穗槐叶、红藤、回春草、络石藤、月桂叶、钙果、微量元素、糖肽酮萜素、微生物菌液、糖化酶、醇化酶及碘盐等原料制成;其中,在饲料中加入玉米粉、糙米糠、豆粕、菜粕及微量元素,有效增加饲料各种营养物质,为土鸭补充多种营养,使营养尽可能多地得到平衡,从而提高产蛋量,同时可使土鸭的瘦肉增加,减少脂肪;聚合草、萝藦、山杏叶、胡枝子叶、紫穗槐叶、红藤、回春草、络石藤、月桂叶、钙果不仅为饲料提供丰富的营养物质,同时相互协同作用,使得饲料具有一定的抗菌杀菌、杀虫、清热解毒、助消化等多种保健功效,提高免疫力,还能提高土鸭的生产性能,提高产蛋率;糖肽酮萜素能提高土鸭的生产性能和促进免疫器官发育,提高产蛋率及繁殖能力,增强免疫力;以上物质经过微生态菌液、糖化酶、醇化酶的发酵及酶解处理,使得饲料中所含淀粉、蛋白质和纤维素等有机物降解为单糖、双糖、氨基酸及微量元素等,促使饲料变软、变香而更加适口,最终使那些不易被吸收利用的粗蛋白、粗脂肪、粗纤维等转化成能被吸收的营养物质,使饲料易于消化,提高了饲料的吸收和利用率,并且微生物产生的各种代谢产物(如各种酸类、酶类、抗生素、杀菌素、促生长因子等)也混于饲料中,能抑制有害菌生长,维持肠道微生物菌群的稳定,促进吸收消化,土鸭的体重增加,患病率下降,使得经济效益显著增加,显著降低化学药物及饲料的使用率,绿色环保。
2、本发明使用的消毒液由石香菜、兰香草、地榆、白蔹、萆薢、萹蓄、柽柳、升麻、槐角、巴旦杏仁、白矾、正丙醇及丙二醇等原料制成,其中,石香菜、兰香草、地榆、白蔹、萆薢、萹蓄、柽柳、升麻、槐角及巴旦杏仁之间相互协同作用,增加了抗菌范围,增强抗菌作用;白矾具有一定的杀虫抗菌作用,还能除异味;正丙醇及丙二醇属于表面活性剂,减少液体之间的表面张力,提高流动性及伸展性,能增加液体的渗透性;这些物质制成的消毒液减少化学药物的使用,毒性低,杀菌效果显著。

实施例1
1、饲料的制备
饲料主要由以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉30份、糙米糠10份、豆粕15份、菜粕18份、聚合草8份、萝藦10份、山杏叶6份、胡枝子叶7份、紫穗槐叶10份、红藤11份、回春草13份、络石藤10份、月桂叶12份、钙果15份、微量元素1份、糖肽酮萜素0.5份、微生物菌液1份、糖化酶1.5份、醇化酶1.5份及碘盐10份;
其中,微生物菌液主要由等质量比的乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌及丁酸梭菌混合而成;微量元素主要由等质量比的磷酸氢钙、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁及硫酸锌混合而成。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备饲料,具体包括以下步骤:
a.按重量份准确称取糙米糠、豆粕及菜粕分别过筛清理,超微粉碎后与玉米粉混合均匀,得到混合物A,备用;
b.按重量份准确称取新鲜的聚合草、萝藦、山杏叶、胡枝子叶、紫穗槐叶、红藤、回春草、络石藤、月桂叶及钙果除杂并清洗干净后,浸泡于氢氧化钠-食盐混合溶液中20min,捞起漂洗后沥干表面水分,分别绞碎打浆,过滤后得到的滤渣经研磨后与滤液混合均匀,得到混合物B,备用;
c.将微量元素、糖肽酮萜素、糖化酶、醇化酶及碘盐溶解于温水中,并与微生物菌液混合均匀,得到混合物C,备用;
d.将混合物A及混合物B混合均匀,置于发酵罐内,均匀洒入混合物C,搅拌均匀后加入无菌水直至用手抓成团不滴水为止,搅拌混合均匀后置于阳光下发酵10天,备用;
e.将发酵后的产物转入调质器内进行调质糊化处理,冷却后制粒,干燥,过80目筛,得到所述饲料。
2、消毒液的制备
消毒液主要由以下重量份原料制成:石香菜10份、兰香草10份、地榆15份、白蔹13份、萆薢10份、萹蓄13份、柽柳10份、升麻13份、槐角7份、巴旦杏仁8份、白矾1份、正丙醇1份及丙二醇1份。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备消毒液,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:将新鲜的石香菜、兰香草、地榆、白蔹、萆薢、萹蓄、柽柳、升麻、槐角及巴旦杏仁洗净切段后打成浆液,备用;
S2:将正丙醇及丙二醇加入步骤S1中并搅拌均匀,静置20min后进行蒸发回流2h,过滤后,得到所述消毒液。
3、将上述制备得到的消毒液、饲料用在土鸭的养殖方法上,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)建舍:选取空气清新、无污染的地方按2只/每平方米建设鸭舍及水池,鸭舍内设有保温灯、抽风口和喷雾器,舍底为网状结构,网孔大小为1cm,舍底下方建设有集粪池;
(2)选种:选择10日龄的健康鸭子;
(3)饲养管理:每天早中晚用上述制得的饲料喂养鸭子,并任其自由采食,无限量供应新鲜水,且在新鲜水中加入微生物菌液;每天在水池内游玩2h;
(4)鸭舍管理:保持鸭舍通风透气及阳光照射,根据空气中湿度情况,向鸭舍内喷洒水雾,使鸭舍维持合适的湿度,每天清理鸭舍及活动场的排泄物,并用清水清洗干净,清理干净后再通过所述喷雾器对所述鸭舍进行喷洒上述制得的消毒液,待通风3h后方可放鸭子进舍。
实施例2

其中,微生物菌液主要由等质量比的乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌及丁酸梭菌混合而成;微量元素主要由等质量比的磷酸氢钙、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁及硫酸锌混合而成。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备饲料,具体包括以下步骤:
a.按重量份准确称取糙米糠、豆粕及菜粕分别过筛清理,超微粉碎后与玉米粉混合均匀,得到混合物A,备用;

c.将微量元素、糖肽酮萜素、糖化酶、醇化酶及碘盐溶解于温水中,并与微生物菌液混合均匀,得到混合物C,备用;
d.将混合物A及混合物B混合均匀,置于发酵罐内,均匀洒入混合物C,搅拌均匀后加入无菌水直至用手抓成团不滴水为止,搅拌混合均匀后置于阳光下发酵13天,备用;
e.将发酵后的产物转入调质器内进行调质糊化处理,冷却后制粒,干燥,过90目筛,得到所述饲料。
2、消毒液的制备
消毒液主要由以下重量份原料制成:石香菜13份、兰香草10.5份、地榆16份、白蔹14份、萆薢10.5份、萹蓄14份、柽柳11份、升麻14份、槐角8份、巴旦杏仁9份、白矾1.3份、正丙醇1.5份及丙二醇1.5份。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备消毒液,具体包括以下步骤:
S1:将新鲜的石香菜、兰香草、地榆、白蔹、萆薢、萹蓄、柽柳、升麻、槐角及巴旦杏仁洗净切段后打成浆液,备用;
S2:将正丙醇及丙二醇加入步骤S1中并搅拌均匀,静置25min后进行蒸发回流2.5h,过滤后,得到所述消毒液。
3、将上述制备得到的消毒液、饲料用在土鸭的养殖方法上,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)建舍:选取空气清新、无污染的地方按3只/每平方米建设鸭舍及水池,鸭舍内设有保温灯、抽风口和喷雾器,舍底为网状结构,网孔大小为1.3cm,舍底下方建设有集粪池;
(2)选种:选择15日龄的健康鸭子;
(3)饲养管理:每天早中晚用上述制得的饲料喂养鸭子,并任其自由采食,无限量供应新鲜水,且在新鲜水中加入微生物菌液;每天在水池内游玩2.5h;
(4)鸭舍管理:保持鸭舍通风透气及阳光照射,根据空气中湿度情况,向鸭舍内喷洒水雾,使鸭舍维持合适的湿度,每天清理鸭舍及活动场的排泄物,并用清水清洗干净,清理干净后再通过所述喷雾器对所述鸭舍进行喷洒上述制得的消毒液,待通风3.5h后方可放鸭子进舍。
实施例3
1、饲料的制备

e.将发酵后的产物转入调质器内进行调质糊化处理,冷却后制粒,干燥,过100目筛,得到所述饲料。
2、消毒液的制备
消毒液主要由以下重量份原料制成:石香菜15份、兰香草11份、地榆17份、白蔹15份、萆薢11份、萹蓄15份、柽柳12份、升麻15份、槐角9份、巴旦杏仁10份、白矾1.5份、正丙醇2份及丙二醇2份。
将上述配比的预料使用下述的方法制备消毒液,具体包括以下步骤:

(4)鸭舍管理:保持鸭舍通风透气及阳光照射,根据空气中湿度情况,向鸭舍内喷洒水雾,使鸭舍维持合适的湿度,每天清理鸭舍及活动场的排泄物,并用清水清洗干净,清理干净后再通过所述喷雾器对所述鸭舍进行喷洒上述制得的消毒液,待通风4h后方可放鸭子进舍。
为了更好地说明本发明技术方案,进行了以下的对比例实验:
试验介绍如下:
实验基地:河池市家禽养殖有限公司土鸭养殖基地。
实验对象:2017年5月1日开始喂养各特征相似的360只土鸭,平均分成6组并每组每只土鸭均作标记,并进行称重,试验期间,饲养2个月,按照对比例1-3及实施例1-3方式饲养,每天对土鸭进行观察,并统计记录,结果如表1所示。
对比例1:按照常规土鸭的养殖方法饲养。
对比例2:不使用本发明制得的消毒液,消毒方式与常规方式相同,其他养殖方法与本发明的实施例1相同。
对比例3:不投喂本发明制得的饲料,投喂的饲料与常规方式相同,其他养殖方法与本发明的实施例1相同。

表1可知,对比例1-3相比,对比例2-3土鸭的增重、成活率及产蛋率均比对比例1高,其中,对比例2土鸭的增重、成活率及产蛋率均比其他对比例高,但是实施例1-3土鸭的增重、成活率及产蛋率最高,分别约是对比例1的0.7倍、0.93倍及0.56倍。综上,本发明的养殖方法,加快了土鸭的生长速度,增加土鸭的重量,提高土鸭的成活率及产蛋率,减少饲料成本及化学药品的使用,从而提高土鸭的养殖效益,健康环保。
上述说明是针对本发明较佳可行实施例的详细说明,但实施例并非用以限定本发明的专利申请范围,凡本发明所提示的技术精神下所完成的同等变化或修饰变更,均应属于本发明所涵盖专利范围。
Claims (7)
1.一种土鸭的养殖方法,其特征在于,具体包括以下步骤:
(1)建舍:选取空气清新、无污染的地方建设鸭舍及水池,鸭舍内设有保温灯、抽风口和喷雾器;
(2)选种:选择10-20日龄的健康鸭子;
(3)饲养管理:每天早中晚用饲料喂养鸭子,并任其自由采食,无限量供应新鲜水,且在新鲜水中加入微生物菌液;每天在水池内游玩2-3h;
其中,所述饲料主要由以下重量份原料制成:玉米粉30-40份、糙米糠10-20份、豆粕15-20份、菜粕18-20份、聚合草8-10份、萝藦10-12份、山杏叶6-8份、胡枝子叶7-9份、紫穗槐叶10-12份、红藤11-13份、回春草13-15份、络石藤10-12份、月桂叶12-14份、钙果15-17份、微量元素1-2份、糖肽酮萜素0.5-1份、微生物菌液1-2份、糖化酶1.5-2份、醇化酶1.5-2份及碘盐10-20份;
(4)鸭舍管理:保持鸭舍通风透气及阳光照射,根据空气中湿度情况,向鸭舍内喷洒水雾,使鸭舍维持合适的湿度,每天清理鸭舍及活动场的排泄物,并用清水清洗干净,清理干净后再通过所述喷雾器对所述鸭舍进行喷洒消毒液,待通风3-4h后方可放鸭子进舍;
所述消毒液主要由以下重量份原料制成:石香菜10-15份、兰香草10-11份、地榆15-17份、白蔹13-15份、萆薢10-11份、萹蓄13-15份、柽柳10-12份、升麻13-15份、槐角7-9份、巴旦杏仁8-10份、白矾1-1.5份、正丙醇1-2份及丙二醇1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的土鸭的养殖方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述鸭舍按2-3只/每平方米建设。
3.根据权利要求1所述的土鸭的养殖方法,其特征在于:步骤(1)中所述鸭舍的舍底为网状结构,网孔大小为1-1.5cm,所述舍底下方建设有集粪池。
4.根据权利要求1所述的土鸭的养殖方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述微生物菌液主要由等质量比的乳酸杆菌、双歧杆菌、鼠李糖乳杆菌及丁酸梭菌混合而成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的土鸭的养殖方法,其特征在于:步骤(3)中所述微量元素主要由等质量比的磷酸氢钙、硫酸镁、硫酸亚铁及硫酸锌混合而成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的土鸭的养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(3)中所述饲料的制备方法为:
a.按重量份准确称取糙米糠、豆粕及菜粕分别过筛清理,超微粉碎后与玉米粉混合均匀,得到混合物A,备用;
b.按重量份准确称取新鲜的聚合草、萝藦、山杏叶、胡枝子叶、紫穗槐叶、红藤、回春草、络石藤、月桂叶及钙果除杂并清洗干净后,浸泡于氢氧化钠-食盐混合溶液中20-30min,捞起漂洗后沥干表面水分,分别绞碎打浆,过滤后得到的滤渣经研磨后与滤液混合均匀,得到混合物B,备用;
c.将微量元素、糖肽酮萜素、糖化酶、醇化酶及碘盐溶解于温水中,并与微生物菌液混合均匀,得到混合物C,备用;
d.将混合物A及混合物B混合均匀,置于发酵罐内,均匀洒入混合物C,搅拌均匀后加入无菌水直至用手抓成团不滴水为止,搅拌混合均匀后置于阳光下发酵10-15天,备用;
e.将发酵后的产物转入调质器内进行调质糊化处理,冷却后制粒,干燥,过80-100目筛,得到所述饲料。
7.根据权利要求1所述的土鸭的养殖方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中所述消毒液的制备方法为:
S1:将新鲜的石香菜、兰香草、地榆、白蔹、萆薢、萹蓄、柽柳、升麻、槐角及巴旦杏仁洗净切段后打成浆液,备用;
S2:将正丙醇及丙二醇加入步骤S1中并搅拌均匀,静置20-30min后进行蒸发回流2-3h,过滤后,得到所述消毒液。
