Abstract
本发明提供了一种用于等距裁切机的润滑系统,限位机构内设有输出通道,液压缸的缸体安装在安装台上,液压缸的缸杆伸入输出通道内并在输出通道内伸缩,缸杆的外壁贴合输出通道的内壁伸缩移动,润滑腔设有两个,分别固定在安装台的两侧,润滑腔下方与输出通道之间连通有润滑通道,还提供一种配套使用的润滑剂。本发明具有以下优势:该润滑系统与等距裁切机配套使用,可以对缸杆在伸缩过程与输出通道内壁之间产生润滑作用,防止输出通道内壁生锈而影响整体设备的运行。还提供一种配套使用的润滑剂,其防锈效果好,在寒冷的环境下不会凝结,后期容易将润滑剂清除。

本发明属于电容器极箔裁切领域,尤其是涉及一种用于等距裁切机的润滑系统以及配套使用的润滑剂。
背景技术
铝箔裁切机是一种用于将印刷好的铝箔纵切成用户所需宽度的设备,然而在横向上则是在组立机上卷绕后再切断,这种横向切断由于裁切刀的力度较大易对芯包造成损伤,故在卷绕之前进行一个预切断。该装置的限位机构上设有液压缸,其缸杆在伸缩过程会与输出通道内壁产生摩擦,如果输出通道内壁生锈的话会影响正常工作。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明旨在提出一种用于等距裁切机的润滑系统以及配套使用的润滑剂,能解决上述技术问题。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案是这样实现的:
一种用于等距裁切机的润滑系统,包括安装板、限位机构、液压缸、润滑腔和润滑通道,安装板固定在限位机构的两侧,限位机构内设有输出通道,输出通道的上端沿着边缘设有安装台,液压缸的缸体安装在安装台上,液压缸的缸杆伸入输出通道内并在输出通道内伸缩,缸杆的外壁贴合输出通道的内壁伸缩移动,润滑腔设有两个,分别固定在安装台的两侧,润滑腔的上方为开口,润滑腔下方与输出通道之间连通有润滑通道,润滑通道上设有控制阀,润滑腔内盛装有配套使用的润滑剂。
进一步,所述限位机构包括机壳、限位筒、上限位板和下限位板,限位筒通过上下两个轴承连接于机壳内部中心位置,上限位板通过螺栓固定在机壳上端,上限位板套在限位筒外壁外侧,下限位板通过螺栓固定在机壳下端,下限位板托于限位筒的下端,下限位板中心设有通孔,通孔的孔径与限位筒的内径相当,限位筒内设有输出通道,安装板固定在机壳的两侧。
进一步,所述液压缸的缸杆的下端连接加长杆,缸杆的伸缩带动加长杆的上下移动。
进一步,所述液压缸的缸体上端固定有顶托,顶托呈T型结构。
进一步,所述安装板的下端设有朝内弯折的端板,端板呈三角结构,两个端板的尖端相对。
进一步,所述安装板上设有一列安装孔,安装板与机壳之间通过侧板固定,侧板与安装板之间垂直固定,侧板与机壳之间通过螺栓固定。
一种与上述的润滑系统配套使用的润滑剂,包括低粘度基础油31-36份、二羧酸盐基复合物防锈剂2-5份、乙二硫醇3-8份、非离子乳化剂5-10份、钼盐1-3份、辛基酚0.5-1.3份、硅烷偶联剂0.8-1.9份、聚异丁烯1.2-1.5份、硫化烷基酚钙1.6-2份、二异氰酸酯0.4-1.1份和氢氧化钠粉末0.8-1.3份。
优选的,所述二羧酸盐基复合物防锈剂、非离子乳化剂和辛基酚的配比为4:8:1。
优选的,所述钼盐选用钼酸钠粉末。
优选的,所述硅烷偶联剂选自乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(β-甲氧乙氧基)硅烷或异丁基三乙氧基硅中的任意一种。

如图1所示,一种用于等距裁切机的润滑系统,包括安装板4、限位机构、液压缸8、润滑腔9和润滑通道10,安装板4固定在限位机构的两侧,限位机构内设有输出通道,输出通道的上端沿着边缘设有安装台1,液压缸8的缸体安装在安装台1上,液压缸8的缸杆伸入输出通道内并在输出通道内伸缩,缸杆的外壁贴合输出通道的内壁伸缩移动,润滑腔设有两个,分别固定在安装台1的两侧,润滑腔的上方为开口,润滑腔9下方与输出通道之间连通有润滑通道10,润滑通道10上设有控制阀,润滑腔9内盛装有配套使用的润滑剂。
所述限位机构包括机壳14、限位筒11、上限位板2和下限位板15,限位筒11通过上下两个轴承5连接于机壳14内部中心位置,上限位板2通过螺栓固定在机壳14上端,上限位板2套在限位筒11外壁外侧,下限位板15通过螺栓固定在机壳14下端,下限位板15托于限位筒11的下端,下限位板15中心设有通孔,通孔的孔径与限位筒11的内径相当,限位筒11内设有输出通道,安装板4固定在机壳14的两侧。
所述液压缸8的缸杆的下端连接加长杆13,缸杆的伸缩带动加长杆13的上下移动。
所述液压缸8的缸体上端固定有顶托7,顶托7呈T型结构。
所述安装板4的下端设有朝内弯折的端板6,端板6呈三角结构,两个端板6的尖端相对。
所述安装板4上设有一列安装孔12,安装板4与机壳14之间通过侧板3固定,侧板3与安装板4之间垂直固定,侧板3与机壳14之间通过螺栓固定。
使用时,液压缸的缸杆的伸缩带动加长杆13的上下移动,加长杆13的下端固定连接有连接块,连接块上通过摆臂连接刀盘,加长杆13的伸缩带动刀盘的上下移动。润滑腔9内盛装的配套使用的润滑剂,通过润滑通道流向输出通道内,通过控制阀控制开闭以及流量,使缸杆和输出通道之间更加润滑。限位筒11通过轴承可在机壳14内转动。顶托7的作用在于,本装置在整个等距裁切机使用时,用于支撑防护罩。
实施例1
一种与上述的润滑系统配套使用的润滑剂,包括低粘度基础油32份、二羧酸盐基复合物防锈剂4份、乙二硫醇5份、非离子乳化剂8份、钼酸钠粉末2份、辛基酚1份、异丁基三乙氧基硅1份、聚异丁烯1.4份、硫化烷基酚钙1.8份、二异氰酸酯0.8份和氢氧化钠粉末0.9份。
实施例2
一种与上述的润滑系统配套使用的润滑剂,包括低粘度基础油31份、二羧酸盐基复合物防锈剂2份、乙二硫醇3份、非离子乳化剂5份、钼酸钠粉末1份、辛基酚0.5份、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷0.8份、聚异丁烯1.2份、硫化烷基酚钙1.6份、二异氰酸酯0.4份和氢氧化钠粉末0.8份。
实施例3
一种与上述的润滑系统配套使用的润滑剂,包括低粘度基础油36份、二羧酸盐基复合物防锈剂5份、乙二硫醇7份、非离子乳化剂10份、钼酸钠粉末2份、辛基酚1.3份、乙烯基三(β-甲氧乙氧基)硅烷0.9份、聚异丁烯1.2份、硫化烷基酚钙2份、二异氰酸酯0.7份和氢氧化钠粉末1.3份。
对比实验:采用市面出售的SK润滑油ZIC/吉克X9与本实施例1-3做相关性能的比较,包括铝片腐蚀性试验和是否容易去除的实验。
润滑液组合物的铝片腐蚀性试验按照GB-T 6144进行。其中,A级——无锈、光泽如新;B级——轻微变暗;C级——中度变暗;D级——严重变暗。
将SK润滑油ZIC/吉克X9与本实施例1-3的润滑剂分别等量涂到四组螺杆和螺母之间的缝隙内,拧动螺母使润滑剂均匀分布,-20℃的环境下放置5天,观察润滑剂的现象。然后采用吸油纸看是否容易去除润滑剂。
上述两项试验结果如下:
经过实验数据,得出结论,本案实施例1-3中的润滑剂防锈效果好,在寒冷的环境下不会凝结,后期容易将润滑剂清除。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (10)
1.一种用于等距裁切机的润滑系统,其特征在于:包括安装板(4)、限位机构、液压缸(8)、润滑腔(9)和润滑通道(10),安装板(4)固定在限位机构的两侧,限位机构内设有输出通道,输出通道的上端沿着边缘设有安装台(1),液压缸(8)的缸体安装在安装台(1)上,液压缸(8)的缸杆伸入输出通道内并在输出通道内伸缩,缸杆的外壁贴合输出通道的内壁伸缩移动,润滑腔设有两个,分别固定在安装台(1)的两侧,润滑腔的上方为开口,润滑腔(9)下方与输出通道之间连通有润滑通道(10),润滑通道(10)上设有控制阀,润滑腔(9)内盛装有配套使用的润滑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于等距裁切机的润滑系统,其特征在于:所述限位机构包括机壳(14)、限位筒(11)、上限位板(2)和下限位板(15),限位筒(11)通过上下两个轴承(5)连接于机壳(14)内部中心位置,上限位板(2)通过螺栓固定在机壳(14)上端,上限位板(2)套在限位筒(11)外壁外侧,下限位板(15)通过螺栓固定在机壳(14)下端,下限位板(15)托于限位筒(11)的下端,下限位板(15)中心设有通孔,通孔的孔径与限位筒(11)的内径相当,限位筒(11)内设有输出通道,安装板(4)固定在机壳(14)的两侧。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于等距裁切机的润滑系统,其特征在于:所述液压缸(8)的缸杆的下端连接加长杆(13),缸杆的伸缩带动加长杆(13)的上下移动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的用于等距裁切机的润滑系统,其特征在于:所述液压缸(8)的缸体上端固定有顶托(7),顶托(7)呈T型结构。
5.根据权利要求1所述的用于等距裁切机的润滑系统,其特征在于:所述安装板(4)的下端设有朝内弯折的端板(6),端板(6)呈三角结构,两个端板(6)的尖端相对。
6.根据权利要求1所述的用于等距裁切机的润滑系统,其特征在于:所述安装板(4)上设有一列安装孔(12),安装板(4)与机壳(14)之间通过侧板(3)固定,侧板(3)与安装板(4)之间垂直固定,侧板(3)与机壳(14)之间通过螺栓固定。
7.一种与权利要求1-6任一项所述的润滑系统配套使用的润滑剂,其特征在于:包括低粘度基础油31-36份、二羧酸盐基复合物防锈剂2-5份、乙二硫醇3-8份、非离子乳化剂5-10份、钼盐1-3份、辛基酚0.5-1.3份、硅烷偶联剂0.8-1.9份、聚异丁烯1.2-1.5份、硫化烷基酚钙1.6-2份、二异氰酸酯0.4-1.1份和氢氧化钠粉末0.8-1.3份。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于等距裁切机的润滑系统,其特征在于:所述二羧酸盐基复合物防锈剂、非离子乳化剂和辛基酚的配比为4:8:1。
9.根据权利要求7所述的润滑剂,其特征在于:所述钼盐选用钼酸钠粉末。
10.根据权利要求7所述的润滑剂,其特征在于:所述硅烷偶联剂选自乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(β-甲氧乙氧基)硅烷或异丁基三乙氧基硅中的任意一种。
