技术领域
本发明涉及一种不粘铝浇注料,属于耐火材料技术领域。
背景技术
铝合金熔点在660℃,铝合金熔液浇铸加工温度通常在700-750℃,在高温下,铝合金熔液很容易与传统的耐火材料中的元素发生反应,影响铝合金的品质及铝合金熔液的通过性,因此,需求铝合金熔液接触到的耐火材料具有以下要求:1)、良好的化学稳定性;2)、较高的致密度和体积稳定性;3)、不易产生炉瘤;4)、良好的抗冲刷性;5)、不易被金属液润湿和渗透;6)、抗急冷急热性能好。
现在铝合金加工中主要使用的不定型材料包括低水泥铝硅系浇注料、碳化硅浇注料、熔融石英浇注料和可塑料等,各类材料各有特点,铝硅系低水泥浇注料成本较低,强度较高,体积稳定性较好,广泛使用在熔铝炉门门栏、门框、炉顶和炉底;碳化硅质浇注料强度较高,热震稳定性和体积稳定性很好,抗铝液浸润性也很好,在流铝口部位使用;可塑料主要应用于烧嘴周边、测温口周边、进铝口周边、出铝口周边等开口部位。
熔融石英浇注料热震稳定性很好,热膨胀较小,体积密度较低,导热系数小,便于保温,降低热损耗。主要使用在流铝槽、闸板等部位。但熔融石英浇注料SiO2含量高,易与铝液中各种元素反应,抗铝液浸润性需要改善。研究时在控制熔融石英含量的基础上(≥60%),添加a-Al2O3微粉和硅灰增加熔融石英浇注料的强度和致密性,添加抗铝液浸润剂改善抗铝液的浸润性。
中国专利《一种不被铝液润湿熔融石英耐火浇注料的制备方法》(申请号CN200910227629.9)公开了一种典型的熔融石英浇注料,其技术方案为由质量分数为60wt%~70wt%的熔融石英作为主材质;采用10wt%~20wt%的白刚玉粉,4wt%~8wt%的铝酸钙水泥和3wt%~5wt%水合氧化铝复合结合剂,4wt%~10wt%的氧化硅微粉,3wt%~6wt%的氧化铝微粉来增强基质;采用BaSO4和Na3AlF6作为复合抗铝液润湿剂,其加入量为1~6wt%,采用外加0.12wt%三聚磷酸钠和外加0.03wt%六偏磷酸钠作为分散剂。其具有强度高,不被铝润湿的特性。
上述专利公开的技术方案虽然能有效的延长耐火材料寿命,但是在铝合金加工生产中也是需要经常进行维护和修整,而熔融石英作为主要材料,长期运行的成本较高。
硅酸铝纤维渣球为硅酸铝纤维工业废料,一般作为工业废料或冶炼厂家回炉重新生产纤维,但是大部分由于各种条件均作为了工业垃圾。如果在浇注料中可以应用硅酸铝纤维渣球并且保持性能,可以大幅度的降低浇注料的成本,对铝及铝生产及加工企业具有重要意义。
发明内容
为了克服上述缺陷,本发明提供了一种成本低、化学稳定好、强度高,润湿性差、抗铝液冲蚀的不粘铝浇注料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案是:一种不粘铝浇注料,包括浇注主料和外加剂,所述浇注主料由熔融石英颗粒、硅酸铝纤维渣球、熔融石英粉、铝酸盐水泥、三聚磷酸钠、刚玉粉和复合添加剂组成;所述外加剂由聚丙烯防爆纤维和柠檬酸组成。
优选的,所述浇注主料配比如下:按重量比计,熔融石英颗粒3~5mm,20~30%;硅酸铝纤维渣球0~3mm,30~40%;熔融石英粉200目,10~20%;铝酸盐水泥CA-80,3~8%;三聚磷酸钠,0.2%;刚玉粉200目,8~15%;复合添加剂,9~22%。
优选的,按重量比计,所述复合添加剂在浇注主料中配比为:冰晶石6000目, 1~2%,320目氟化钙粉3~8%,粒径小于等于5微米的活性氧化铝,3~6%,粒径小于等于10微米的锆英石微粉,2~6%。
优选的,以浇注主料重量为基准,所述外加剂为浇注主料重量的0.11%~0.45%。
优选的,所述外加剂由聚丙烯防爆纤维0.1%~0.4%,柠檬酸0.01~0.05%组成。
硅酸铝纤维渣球和熔融石英颗粒均为高硅氧玻璃相,性能相近,但是硅酸铝纤维渣球中已经在生产硅酸铝纤维时候稳定结合有氧化铝成分,由硅酸铝纤维渣球作为主要成分之一,抗铝液侵蚀比熔融石英颗粒做主要成分的浇注料更强。
另外硅酸铝纤维渣球为球形,紧密堆积后,毛细孔道较大,结合熔融石英颗粒共同配比,有助于使毛细孔到微细化,透气度降低,避免铝液侵入。
硅酸铝纤维渣球表面光滑,对铝液的润湿角大,热膨胀系数低,有助于提高本申请不粘铝浇注料的化学稳定性和抗冲刷性。
硅酸铝纤维渣球多为工业废料,成本低廉,本申请的不粘铝浇注料成本比现有技术以熔融石英颗粒为主要成分的浇注主料成本低900-1500/吨,对铝生产加工企业长期生产降低巨大成本,进而降低产品成本,提高产品竞争力。
外加剂,在实际使用的时候,可以根据实际需要与浇注主料进行配比添加,可以有效的提高浇注主料的防爆性能,以及通过调整外加剂的比例,可以设置浇注主料的固化速度。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:成本低廉,性能高,润湿角大,热膨胀系数低,抗冲刷性强,延长使用寿命。

浇注主料配比如下:熔融石英颗粒3~5mm,20%;硅酸铝纤维渣球0~3mm,30%;熔融石英粉200目,13%;铝酸盐水泥CA80,8%;三聚磷酸钠,0.2%;刚玉粉200目,10%;复合添加剂:冰晶石6000目 2%,320目氟化钙粉8%,粒径小于等于5微米的活性氧化铝 6%,粒径小于等于10微米的锆英石微粉 2.8%。
外加剂,以浇注主料重量为基准,配比如下:聚丙烯防爆纤维0.3%,柠檬酸0.05%。

外加剂,以浇注主料重量为基准,配比如下:聚丙烯防爆纤维0.1%,柠檬酸0.05%。
实施例3
浇注主料配比如下:熔融石英颗粒3~5mm,18%;硅酸铝纤维渣球0~3mm,40%;熔融石英粉200目,14%;铝酸盐水泥CA80,8%;三聚磷酸钠,0.2%;刚玉粉200目,10.8%;复合添加剂:冰晶石6000目, 1%,320目氟化钙粉3%,粒径小于等于5微米的活性氧化铝, 3.0%,粒径小于等于10微米的锆英石微粉,2.0 %。
外加剂,以浇注主料重量为基准,配比如下:聚丙烯防爆纤维0.4%,柠檬酸0.01%.
对比例1
熔融石英颗粒3~5mm,26%;熔融石英颗粒3~1mm,22.8%;熔融石英颗粒1~0mm,10%;熔融石英粉200目,15%;铝酸盐水泥CA80,5%;三聚磷酸钠,0.2%;刚玉粉200目,11%;冰晶石6000目,2%,硫酸钡4%;粒径小于等于5微米的活性氧化铝,2%,粒径小于等于10微米的锆英石微粉,2%。
对比例2
熔融石英颗粒3~5mm,20%;熔融石英颗粒3~1mm,20%;熔融石英颗粒1~0mm,10%;熔融石英粉200目,15%;铝酸盐水泥CA80,5%;三聚磷酸钠,0.2%;刚玉粉200目,10.6%;冰晶石6000目,1%,硫酸钡4%;粒径小于等于5微米的活性氧化铝,8%,粒径小于等于10微米的锆英石微粉,6%。
实施例1-3和对比例1-2的性能指标如表1所示.

从表1可以看出,本申请的实施例1-3与对比文件1-2相比较,性能基本相近,甚至有所超过,但是成本极大的降低,在实际应用的,本申请的浇注料成品使用寿命要大于对比文件1和2所制作的成品20%。实施例在多个铝加工企业流铝槽上应用均效果良好。
另外本申请与对比例相比较,外加剂的使用,进一步的提高本申请的浇注料的防爆性能,另外通过调整外加剂的加入分量,进而调整浇注料的固化速度,方便施工。
本发明的技术方案不限于上述具体实施例的限制,凡是根据本发明的技术方案做出的技术变形,均落入本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (3)
1.一种不粘铝浇注料,其特征在于:包括浇注主料和外加剂,所述浇注主料由熔融石英颗粒、硅酸铝纤维渣球、熔融石英粉、铝酸盐水泥、三聚磷酸钠、刚玉粉和复合添加剂组成;所述外加剂由聚丙烯防爆纤维和柠檬酸组成;按重量比计,熔融石英颗粒3~5mm,20~30%;硅酸铝纤维渣球0~3mm,30~40%;熔融石英粉200目,10~20%;铝酸盐水泥CA-80,3~8%;三聚磷酸钠,0.2%;刚玉粉200目,8~15%;复合添加剂,9~22%;按重量比计,所述复合添加剂在浇注主料中配比为:冰晶石6000目, 1~2%,320目氟化钙粉3~8%,粒径小于等于5微米的活性氧化铝,3~6%,粒径小于等于10微米的锆英石微粉,2~6%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不粘铝浇注料,其特征在于:以浇注主料重量为基准,所述外加剂为浇注主料重量的0.11%~0.45%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的不粘铝浇注料,其特征在于:所述外加剂由聚丙烯防爆纤维0.1%~0.4%,柠檬酸0.01~0.05%组成。
