本发明涉及一种含有膨化发酵豆粕的教槽料。所述饲料由含有膨化发酵豆粕配方构成的教槽料,25天断奶后饲喂14天,该发明的教槽料能够有效改善仔猪肠道,降低拉稀率。

一种含有膨化发酵豆粕的教槽料
技术领域
本发明涉及一种含有膨化发酵豆粕的教槽料。
背景技术
目前市场上销售的教槽料产品,虽然都使用了发酵豆粕和膨化玉米,但是因为普通的发酵豆粕需要在豆粕发酵完成后,在45-55℃进行烘干,才能保存销售,烘干会导致发酵过程中产生的有益菌部分或全部失活,不能很好的改善肠道健康,如果使用新鲜的发酵豆粕与膨化玉米通过冷制粒做成中间品可以完好的保存了发酵豆粕发酵过程中生成的有益菌,同时对提高发酵豆粕的使用效益具有重要的意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种含有膨化发酵豆粕的教槽料,该产品可以显著改善仔猪的肠道内环境,增加有益菌,提高仔猪的抗病力;同时使用膨化生物发酵技术,可以完好的保存豆粕发酵过程中产生的有益菌种的生物活性。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
所述教槽料每100份由以下原料按重量配比组成:45%豆粕10-20份、鱼粉1-10份、膨化大豆粉5-20份、膨化发酵豆粕10-30份、玉米28-38份、豆油0.5-1.5份、磷酸氢钙0.2-1份、石粉0.1-0.7份、赖氨酸0.1-0.5份、氯化胆碱0.05-0.1份、氯化钠0.1-0.6份、酸化剂0.3-0.8份、预混料0.5-1.5份,将所述原料混合,制粒,打包即可。
所述膨化发酵豆粕制备方法如下:
新鲜的发酵豆粕在24小时之内与膨化玉米按照20-40:60-90混合,使用大孔径4.0-6.0环膜,1:2-6压比,低温制粒,即可。
有益效果
本发明中教槽料产品,改变以往直接使用发酵豆粕和膨化玉米的的方式,改为使用新鲜发酵豆粕与膨化玉米进行混合吸附,通过冷制粒,制作成膨化发酵豆粕的中间产品,使用发明的教槽料产品,仔猪肠道菌群更好,肠道更健康,不易拉稀,免疫力增强,仔猪长速更快。

本实施例在以本发明的技术方案为前提下进行实施,给出了详细的实施方式和过程,但本发明的保护范围不限于下述的实施例。
实施例1
所述教槽料每100份由以下原料按重量配比组成:45%豆粕14.83份、鱼粉2.5份、膨化大豆粉14份、膨化发酵豆粕28份、玉米35.8份、豆油1份、磷酸氢钙0.79份、石粉0.57份、赖氨酸0.31份、氯化胆碱0.09份、氯化钠0.31份、酸化剂0.6份、预混料1.2份,将所述原料混合,制粒,打包即可。
所述膨化发酵豆粕制备方法如下:
新鲜的发酵豆粕在24小时之内与膨化玉米按照20:80,使用大孔径4.0环膜,1:2压比,低温制粒,即可。

所述教槽料同实施例1。
所述膨化发酵豆粕制备方法如下:
新鲜的发酵豆粕在24小时之内与膨化玉米按照25:75,使用大孔径5.0环膜,1:4压比,低温制粒,即可。
实施例3
所述教槽料同实施例1。
所述膨化发酵豆粕制备方法如下:
新鲜的发酵豆粕在24小时之内与膨化玉米按照30:70,使用大孔径5.0环膜,1:4压比,低温制粒,即可。
实施例4
所述教槽料同实施例1。
所述膨化发酵豆粕制备方法如下:
新鲜的发酵豆粕在24小时之内与膨化玉米按照40:60,使用大孔径5.0环膜,1:6压比,低温制粒,即可。
试验例
为了验证本发明对仔猪的饲喂效果,在双胞胎(集团)股份有限公司的养殖场选择25天断奶的健康仔猪300头进行试验,随机分为5组(4个试验组和1个对照组),对照组猪日粮为常规的发酵豆粕日粮,其余4个试验组猪日粮分别按照实施例1-4进行饲喂,测定日增重、日采食量、料肉比、拉稀率等指标,试验期14天,其他按常规方式进行。
试验结果如下:

Claims (5)

1.所述教槽料每100份由以下原料按重量配比组成:45%豆粕10-20份、鱼粉1-10份、膨化大豆粉5-20份、膨化发酵豆粕10-30份、玉米28-38份、豆油0.5-1.5份、磷酸氢钙0.2-1份、石粉0.1-0.7份、赖氨酸0.1-0.5份、氯化胆碱0.05-0.1份、氯化钠0.1-0.6份、酸化剂0.3-0.8份、预混料0.5-1.5份,将所述原料混合,制粒,打包即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述教槽料,其特征在于每100份由以下原料按重量配比组成:45%豆粕14.83份、鱼粉2.5份、膨化大豆粉14份、膨化发酵豆粕28份、玉米35.8份、豆油1份、磷酸氢钙0.79份、石粉0.57份、赖氨酸0.31份、氯化胆碱0.09份、氯化钠0.31份、酸化剂0.6份、预混料1.2份,将所述原料混合,制粒,打包即可。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述一种含有膨化发酵豆粕的教槽料,其特征在于所述膨化发酵豆粕制备方法如下:新鲜的发酵豆粕在24小时之内与膨化玉米按照20-40:60-90混合,使用大孔径4.0-6.0环膜,1:2-6压比,低温制粒,即可。
4.根据权利要求3所述一种含有膨化发酵豆粕的教槽料,其特征在于所述膨化发酵豆粕制备方法如下:新鲜的发酵豆粕在24小时之内与膨化玉米按照25:75,使用大孔径5.0环膜,1:4压比,低温制粒,即可。
