The invention rolls the bulk feed into a sheet shape through the compression sheet machine, the sheet-shaped feed is placed into the supporting plate from one end of the supporting plate by the conveyor belt, when the supporting plate is opposite to the lower end opening of the compression sheet machine, the rolled sheet feed covers the surface of the supporting plate, when the supporting plate is output from the other end of the conveyor belt, the supporting plate can be manually moved into the culture pond or directly slid into the culture pond, the sheet-shaped feed pressed on the supporting plate is not only eaten by eels in a urinal, but also beneficial to controlling the feed amount and the feed amount, thereby being beneficial to reducing the feed amount, reducing the feed cost, reducing the residual amount of the feed in the culture pond and improving the water environment of the culture pond.
A compression tablet machine 2 corresponds to a conveyer belt 3 and can correspond to a plurality of eel culture ponds 1, thereby simplifying the equipment more, and a compression tablet machine 2 and a conveyer belt 3 can supply the crushed feed for a plurality of eel culture ponds 1, so that the supporting plate 4 can be sent into the eel culture ponds 1 through a manual or transfer mechanism.

Claims (7)
1. An eel pond water delivery quick heating device which is characterized in that: the water pipe is internally provided with a plurality of grooves at intervals, a pluggable rapid heater is arranged right above the grooves on the water pipe, and a sewage draining channel is arranged at the bottom of the grooves; the eel breeding pond is characterized in that a compression tablet machine and a conveying belt arranged right below an outlet of the compression tablet machine are arranged at the side of the eel breeding pond, an empty supporting plate is arranged at the first side of the conveying belt, a supporting plate containing eel feed is output at the second side of the conveying belt, and the outlet end of the second side of the conveying belt is right opposite to the eel breeding pond; the compression tablet machine comprises a machine shell and a hopper arranged at the upper part of the machine shell, wherein a first group of paired rolling rollers are arranged below the hopper, each paired rolling roller comprises two rollers which are arranged in parallel, triangular convex teeth are axially arranged on the rollers at intervals, and the triangular convex teeth on the two rollers are staggered with each other; a second group of paired rolling wheels are arranged below the first group of paired rolling wheels, each second group of paired rolling wheels comprises two cylinders which are arranged in parallel, and the surfaces of the cylinders are smooth cylindrical surfaces; when the water heater works, water is conveyed into the eel culture pond through the water conveying pipeline according to the requirement in the reservoir, in winter, the water in the water conveying pipeline can be heated for a plurality of times by the water heater so as to meet the requirement of eel culture, dirt or silt can be deposited in the groove in the water flow process, and the dirt or silt can be discharged out of the groove through the sewage disposal channel at random; in summer, the rapid heater is not operated, and exhaust ventilation can be performed through the pore canal penetrating the rapid heater.

The eel pond water delivery rapid heating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the water pipe is connected with the eel culture pond water control equipment, the eel culture pond water control equipment comprises a reservoir, a liftable blocking pipe is arranged above the inlet end of the bottom of the reservoir on the water pipe, and the lower end of the blocking pipe is inserted into the inlet port of the water pipe.
3. The eel pond water delivery rapid heating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein: the blocking pipe is fixedly connected with a cross column, a screw hole is formed in the cross column, and a screw rod driven to rotate by a motor is arranged in the screw hole in a penetrating mode.
4. A rapid heating apparatus for eel pond water delivery according to claim 3, wherein: the motor is provided with a switch with adjustable gear, and a low-position limit stop switch and a high-position limit reversing switch are arranged at the advancing position of the cross column.
5. The eel pond water delivery rapid heating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the supporting plate is a stainless steel grating plate, and a rectangular frame is formed by parallel welding of a plurality of stainless steel rods.

The eel pond water delivery rapid heating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein: the conveyer belt is the belt conveyer belt, the rotation wheel end connection of belt conveyer belt has first belt pulley, the end connection of second group pair rolling wheel has the second belt pulley, cup joint the hold-in range on first belt pulley and the second belt pulley to realize that the conveyer belt is the same with the linear velocity of second group pair rolling wheel.

The eel pond water delivery rapid heating apparatus according to claim 6, wherein: the eel breeding pond is characterized in that a compression tablet machine and a conveying belt arranged right below an outlet of the compression tablet machine are arranged at the side of the eel breeding pond, an empty supporting plate is arranged at the first side of the conveying belt, a supporting plate containing eel feed is output at the second side of the conveying belt, and the outlet end of the second side of the conveying belt is right opposite to the eel breeding pond; the pellet feed is rolled into a sheet shape through the compression sheet forming machine, the supporting plate is placed into the supporting plate from one end of the supporting plate through the conveying belt, when the supporting plate is opposite to the lower port of the compression sheet forming machine, the sheet feed is covered on the surface of the supporting plate, when the supporting plate is output from the other end of the conveying belt, the sheet feed can be manually moved into the culture pond or directly slid into the culture pond, the sheet feed is pressed on the supporting plate to facilitate eating of eels in the pond, meanwhile, the sheet feed pressed on the supporting plate is also beneficial to controlling the feed amount and the food amount, the feed amount is reduced, and the feeding cost is reduced.
