本发明涉及一种造纸用抗菌材料的制备方法。按重量份计,在反应釜中加入醋酸纤维素微球,羧甲基壳聚糖,(4‑羧基苯基乙炔基)三甲基硅烷,5‑溴‑4‑氯‑3‑吲哚基‑beta‑d‑木糖苷,四氯双(环己基巯基)钛,1‑丁基磺酸‑3‑甲基咪唑三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液,对甲基苯磺酸,水,升温,反应,反应结束后净过滤,水洗,干燥,即得到醋酸纤维素微球负载的造纸用抗菌材料。

一种造纸用抗菌材料的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗菌剂的制备方法,尤其是一种造纸用抗菌材料的制备方法。
背景技术
纸类产品已经应用在现代生活的方方面面,相当大数量的直至产品在日常生活中与人体直接接触,如办公用纸、卫生用纸、清洁用纸等。由于多数纸类产品由天然纤维制成,易受到细菌侵害,尤其是纸张被沾湿后纤维大分子结构容易被细菌所分泌的酶水解释放出营养物质,造成细菌的繁衍增生,所以在生产过程中需要添加抗菌材料或抗菌剂来消灭细菌或抑制细菌的生长。
CN104389240A 公开了一种纸张纳米抗菌剂的制备方法。方法通过羧基化改性的纤维素的制备,在羧基化改性的纤维素中,加入AgNO3溶液,用氢氧化钠溶液或盐酸调节pH,搅拌混合一段时间,过滤取出纤维素,再进行高压均质处理得到吸附有Ag+的羧基化改性纳米纤维素,即为纸张纳米抗菌剂。
CN1123291 公开了一种高温无机抗菌剂,属新材料领域。该抗菌剂由抗菌金属离子、主载体和附属载体组成。其中提供抗菌金属离子的材料为AgNO3、CuO、ZnO,主载体为CaSO4、Al6Si2O13、ZrO2,附属载体为SiO2、Al2O3。抗菌剂用固态反应烧结制成。
现有的造纸用抗菌剂大多使用金属元素来做有效抗菌材料,而重金属元素有一定的神经毒性,不易于长时间接触人体,并且大量重金属元素投入到环境中也对环境造成了一定的破坏。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了一种造纸用抗菌材料的制备方法。其制备方法通过以下步骤实现:
按重量份计,在反应釜中加入醋酸纤维素微球,羧甲基壳聚糖,(4-羧基苯基乙炔基)三甲基硅烷,5-溴-4-氯-3-吲哚基-beta-d-木糖苷,四氯双(环己基巯基)钛,1-丁基磺酸-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液,对甲基苯磺酸,水,升温至85-95℃,反应5-10h,反应结束后净过滤,水洗,干燥,即得到醋酸纤维素微球负载的造纸用抗菌材料。
所述的羧甲基壳聚糖,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的25-40%。
所述的(4-羧基苯基乙炔基)三甲基硅烷,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的1-3%。
所述的5-溴-4-氯-3-吲哚基-beta-d-木糖苷,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的0.01-0.1%。
所述的四氯双(环己基巯基)钛,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的0.5-1%。
所述的1-丁基磺酸-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的0.1-0.5%。
所述的对甲基苯磺酸,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的0.5-1.5%。
所述的水,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的100-200%。
所述的醋酸纤维素微球,羧甲基壳聚糖,(4-羧基苯基乙炔基)三甲基硅烷,5-溴-4-氯-3-吲哚基-beta-d-木糖苷,四氯双(环己基巯基)钛,1-丁基磺酸-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液,对甲基苯磺酸均为市售产品。
本发明具有以下有益效果:
本发明所生产的造纸用抗菌材料,与纸浆的相容性好,在纸浆中分散均匀,具有均衡的杀菌效果;以壳聚糖为有效杀菌成分,对于环境和人体的危害小;杀菌效果持续时间长,可以满足纸类产品长期存放的需求。
具体实施方式
实施例1
在反应釜中,加入醋酸纤维素微球100Kg,羧甲基壳聚糖32.5Kg,(4-羧基苯基乙炔基)三甲基硅烷2Kg,5-溴-4-氯-3-吲哚基-beta-d-木糖苷0.02Kg,四氯双(环己基巯基)钛0.7Kg,1-丁基磺酸-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液0.3Kg,对甲基苯磺酸1Kg,水150Kg,升温至90℃,反应7.5h,反应结束后净过滤,水洗,干燥,即得到醋酸纤维素微球负载的造纸用抗菌材料。
实施例2
在反应釜中,加入醋酸纤维素微球100Kg,羧甲基壳聚糖25Kg,(4-羧基苯基乙炔基)三甲基硅烷1Kg,5-溴-4-氯-3-吲哚基-beta-d-木糖苷0.01Kg,四氯双(环己基巯基)钛0.5Kg,1-丁基磺酸-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液0.1Kg,对甲基苯磺酸1.5Kg,水100Kg,升温至85℃,反应5h,反应结束后净过滤,水洗,干燥,即得到醋酸纤维素微球负载的造纸用抗菌材料。
实施例3
在反应釜中,加入醋酸纤维素微球100Kg,羧甲基壳聚糖40Kg,(4-羧基苯基乙炔基)三甲基硅烷3Kg,5-溴-4-氯-3-吲哚基-beta-d-木糖苷0.1Kg,四氯双(环己基巯基)钛1Kg,1-丁基磺酸-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液0.5Kg,对甲基苯磺酸1.5Kg,水200Kg,升温至95℃,反应10h,反应结束后净过滤,水洗,干燥,即得到醋酸纤维素微球负载的造纸用抗菌材料。
对比例1
不加入(4-羧基苯基乙炔基)三甲基硅烷,其他条件同实施例1。
对比例2
不加入5-溴-4-氯-3-吲哚基-beta-d-木糖苷,其他条件同实施例。
对比例3
不加入1-丁基磺酸-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液,其他条件同实施例1。
实施例4
分别将实施例1-3与对比例1-3所生产的产品掺入打好的纸浆中,质量占纸浆总质量的2.5%,检验其生产10天后细菌菌落数量和150天以后的细菌菌落数量。见表1。

1.一种造纸用抗菌材料的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:按重量份计,在反应釜中加入醋酸纤维素微球,羧甲基壳聚糖,(4-羧基苯基乙炔基)三甲基硅烷,5-溴-4-氯-3-吲哚基-beta-d-木糖苷,四氯双(环己基巯基)钛 ,1-丁基磺酸-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液,对甲基苯磺酸,水,升温至85-95℃,反应5-10h,反应结束后净过滤,水洗,干燥,即得到醋酸纤维素微球负载的造纸用抗菌材料;所述的5-溴- 4-氯-3-吲哚基-beta-d-木糖苷,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的0 .01-0 .1%;所述的羧甲基壳聚糖,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的25-40%;所述的(4-羧 基苯基乙炔基)三甲基硅烷,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的1-3%;所述的四氯双 (环己基巯基)钛,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的0 .5-1%;所述的1-丁基 磺酸-3-甲基咪唑三氟甲烷磺酸盐离子液,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的0 .1-0 .5%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸用抗菌材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的对甲基苯磺酸,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的0 .5-1 .5%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种造纸用抗菌材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的水,其质量用量为醋酸纤维素微球的100-200%。
