本发明公开了一种设有通流孔的沉没辊,包括辊筒、辊轴、两个连接轴套;连接轴套为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;辊筒两端的止口孔套装在连接轴套法兰盘上,并固定连接;辊轴为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套内孔的整体式结构,与两个连接轴套固定连接;连接轴套法兰盘上均布若干周向布置、与辊筒内腔连通的轴向通孔;进一步改进在于:辊筒止口孔、连接轴套法兰盘外圆周结合处外端部分别设有坡口,坡口内设有焊缝。本发明结构强度、刚性高,使用时能实现锌液从辊筒内腔中流通。

技术领域
本发明涉及热镀锌技术领域,尤其是一种热镀锌装置上沉没辊。
背景技术
现有热镀锌装置上的沉没辊一般包括辊筒、两个辊轴、两个连接轴套,连接轴套为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘,辊筒两端止口孔套装在连接轴套法兰盘上,并固定连接;连接轴套小端套装在辊轴一端,并固定连接,这种沉没辊的主要缺陷在于:一是结构强度、刚性差;二是锌液无法从辊筒内腔中流通。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能显著提高结构强度、刚性,使用时能实现锌液从辊筒内腔中流通的设有通流孔的沉没辊。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
设有通流孔的沉没辊,包括辊筒、辊轴、两个连接轴套;所述连接轴套为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;所述辊筒两端的止口孔套装在连接轴套法兰盘上,并固定连接;其改进之处在于:所述辊轴为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套内孔的整体式结构,与两个连接轴套固定连接;所述连接轴套法兰盘上均布若干周向布置、与辊筒内腔连通的轴向通孔。
上述结构中,所述辊筒止口孔、连接轴套法兰盘外圆周结合处外端部分别设有坡口,坡口内设有焊缝。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、辊轴为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套内孔的整体式结构,显著提高本发明强度和刚性。
2、连接轴套法兰盘上均布若干周向布置、与辊筒内腔连通的轴向通孔,使用时不仅能实现锌液从辊筒内腔中流通,而且由于轴向通孔在连接轴套法兰盘上周向布置,因此,使用时锌液从辊筒内腔中流通时不会产生径向作用力,因而不会对本发明的使用产生不利的影响。
3、辊筒止口孔、连接轴套法兰盘外圆周结合处外端部分别设有坡口,坡口内设有焊缝,能使辊筒、辊轴通过焊缝熔为一体,防止辊筒、辊轴使用时松动,同时进一步提高本发明结构强度、刚性。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的设有通流孔的沉没辊,包括辊筒1、辊轴2、两个连接轴套3;连接轴套3为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;辊筒1两端的止口孔套装在连接轴套3法兰盘上,并固定连接;辊轴2为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套3内孔的整体式结构,与两个连接轴套固定连接;连接轴套3法兰盘上均布若干(本实施例为6个)周向布置、与辊筒1内腔连通的轴向通孔3.1。
辊筒1止口孔、连接轴套3法兰盘外圆周结合处外端部分别设有坡口,坡口内设有焊缝。

1.一种设有通流孔的沉没辊,包括辊筒(1)、辊轴(2)、两个连接轴套(3);所述连接轴套(3)为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;所述辊筒(1)两端的止口孔套装在连接轴套(3)法兰盘上,并固定连接;其特征在于:所述辊轴(2)为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套(3)内孔的整体式结构,与两个连接轴套固定连接;所述连接轴套(3)法兰盘上均布若干周向布置、与辊筒(1)内腔连通的轴向通孔(3.1)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设有通流孔的沉没辊,其特征在于:所述辊筒(1)止口孔、连接轴套(3)法兰盘外圆周结合处外端部分别设有坡口,坡口内设有焊缝。
