本发明公开了一种耐高温组合式沉没辊,包括辊筒、辊轴、两个连接轴套;连接轴套为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;辊筒两端的止口孔套装在连接轴套法兰盘上,并固定连接;连接轴套法兰盘外圆周设有外螺纹,辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔,连接轴套法兰盘外圆周外螺纹与辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔连接;辊轴为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套内孔的整体式结构,与两个连接轴套固定连接;连接轴套法兰盘上均布若干周向布置、与辊筒内腔连通的轴向通孔;两端连接轴套法兰盘上轴向通孔在辊筒中心轴线的圆周方向上错开布置;进一步改进在于:辊筒表面喷涂金属陶瓷涂层。本发明结构强度、刚性高,使用时锌液从辊筒内腔中流通时能形成均匀旋流,耐高温,耐磨。

技术领域
本发明涉及热镀锌技术领域,尤其是一种热镀锌装置上沉没辊。
背景技术
现有热镀锌装置上的沉没辊一般包括辊筒、两个辊轴、两个连接轴套,连接轴套为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘,辊筒两端止口孔套装在连接轴套法兰盘上,并固定连接;连接轴套小端套装在辊轴一端,并固定连接,这种沉没辊的主要缺陷在于:一是结构强度、刚性差;二是锌液如何从辊筒内腔中流通时形成旋流;三是辊筒、连接轴套组装或拆开费时费事。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能显著提高结构强度、刚性,使用时锌液从辊筒内腔中流通时能形成旋流,并能显著提高辊筒、连接轴套组装或拆开效率的耐高温组合式沉没辊。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
耐高温组合式沉没辊,包括辊筒、辊轴、两个连接轴套;所述连接轴套为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;所述辊筒两端的止口孔套装在连接轴套法兰盘上,并固定连接;其改进之处在于:所述连接轴套法兰盘外圆周设有外螺纹,所述辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔,所述连接轴套法兰盘外圆周外螺纹与辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔连接;所述辊轴为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套内孔的整体式结构,与两个连接轴套固定连接;所述连接轴套法兰盘上均布若干周向布置、与辊筒内腔连通的轴向通孔;两端连接轴套法兰盘上轴向通孔在辊筒中心轴线的圆周方向上错开布置。
上述结构中,两端连接轴套法兰盘上轴向通孔在辊筒中心轴线的圆周方向上错开的角度为每个连接轴套法兰盘上相邻轴向通孔夹角的一半。
上述结构中,所述辊筒表面喷涂金属陶瓷涂层。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、辊轴为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套内孔的整体式结构,显著提高本发明强度和刚性。
2、两端连接轴套法兰盘上轴向通孔在辊筒中心轴线的圆周方向上错开布置,使用时锌液从辊筒内腔中流通时能形成旋流。
3、连接轴套与辊筒螺纹连接,显著提高辊筒、连接轴套组装或拆开效率。
4、两端连接轴套法兰盘上轴向通孔在辊筒中心轴线的圆周方向上错开的角度为每个连接轴套法兰盘上相邻轴向通孔夹角的一半,使用时锌液从辊筒内腔中流通时能形成均匀旋流。
5、辊筒表面堆焊喷涂金属陶瓷涂层,耐腐蚀和耐磨损性显著提高,堆焊工作面与基体的结合强度显著提高,延伸率好,具有较低的热膨胀系数以及良好的耐热疲劳性能等优点,使用寿命延长2-3倍。

下面根据附图并结合实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
附图所示的耐高温组合式沉没辊,包括辊筒1、辊轴2、两个连接轴套3;连接轴套3为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;连接轴套3法兰盘外圆周设有外螺纹,辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔,连接轴套3法兰盘外圆周外螺纹与辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔连接。
辊轴2为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套3内孔的整体式结构,与两个连接轴套固定连接;连接轴套3法兰盘上均布若干(本实施例为6个)周向布置、与辊筒1内腔连通的轴向通孔3.1,两端连接轴套3法兰盘上轴向通孔3.1在辊筒中心轴线的圆周方向上错开布置 ,错开的角度为每个连接轴套3法兰盘上相邻轴向通孔3.1夹角的一半(本实施例为30°)。
辊筒1表面喷涂金属陶瓷涂层4。

1.一种耐高温组合式沉没辊,包括辊筒(1)、辊轴(2)、两个连接轴套(3);所述连接轴套(3)为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;所述辊筒(1)两端的止口孔套装在连接轴套(3)法兰盘上,并固定连接;其特征在于:所述连接轴套(3)法兰盘外圆周设有外螺纹,所述辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔,所述连接轴套(3)法兰盘外圆周外螺纹与辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔连接;所述辊轴(2)为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套(3)内孔的整体式结构,与两个连接轴套固定连接;所述连接轴套(3)法兰盘上均布若干周向布置、与辊筒(1)内腔连通的轴向通孔(3.1);两端连接轴套(3)法兰盘上轴向通孔(3.1)在辊筒中心轴线的圆周方向上错开布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐高温组合式沉没辊,其特征在于:两端连接轴套(3)法兰盘上轴向通孔(3.1)在辊筒中心轴线的圆周方向上错开的角度为每个连接轴套(3)法兰盘上相邻轴向通孔(3.1)夹角的一半。
