本发明公开了一种双重防松螺纹连接式沉没辊,包括辊筒、辊轴、两个连接轴套;连接轴套法兰盘外圆周设有外螺纹,辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔,连接轴套法兰盘外圆周外螺纹与辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔连接;辊轴为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套内孔的整体式结构,与连接轴套固定连接;辊筒端部止口孔、连接轴套法兰盘外圆周连接处设有1根以上径向贯穿辊筒端部止口孔孔壁插入连接轴套法兰盘的定位销轴Ⅰ;连接轴套、辊轴连接部位设有1根定位销轴Ⅱ,定位销轴Ⅱ径向从连接轴套小端贯穿辊轴。本发明结构强度、刚性高,使用过程中,能有效防止辊筒、连接轴套和连接轴套、辊轴使用时松动,辊筒、连接轴套组装或拆开效率高。

技术领域
本发明涉及热镀锌技术领域,尤其是一种热镀锌装置上沉没辊。
背景技术
现有热镀锌装置上的沉没辊一般包括辊筒、两个辊轴、两个连接轴套,连接轴套为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘,辊筒两端止口孔套装在连接轴套法兰盘上,并固定连接;连接轴套小端套装在辊轴一端,并固定连接;这种沉没辊的主要缺陷在于:一是结构强度、刚性差;二是辊筒、连接轴套组装或拆开费时费事;三是辊筒、连接轴套和连接轴套、辊轴连接处在使用过程中容易松动,影响沉没辊的正常使用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提供一种能显著提高结构强度、刚性,能显著提高辊筒、连接轴套组装或拆开效率,能有效防止辊筒、连接轴套和连接轴套、辊轴使用时松动的双重防松螺纹连接式沉没辊。
本发明通过下述技术方案实现技术目标。
双重防松螺纹连接式沉没辊,包括辊筒、辊轴、两个连接轴套;所述连接轴套为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;所述辊筒两端的止口孔套装在连接轴套法兰盘上,并固定连接;其改进之处在于:所述连接轴套法兰盘外圆周设有外螺纹,所述辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔,所述连接轴套法兰盘外圆周外螺纹与辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔连接;所述辊轴为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套内孔的整体式结构,与两个连接轴套固定连接;所述辊筒端部止口孔、连接轴套法兰盘外圆周连接处设有1根以上径向贯穿辊筒端部止口孔孔壁插入连接轴套法兰盘的定位销轴Ⅰ;所述连接轴套、辊轴连接部位设有1根定位销轴Ⅱ;所述定位销轴Ⅱ径向从连接轴套小端贯穿辊轴。
上述结构中,所述定位销轴Ⅰ均布在辊筒端部止口孔、连接轴套法兰盘外圆周连接处圆周上。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下积极效果:
1、辊轴为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套内孔的整体式结构,显著提高本发明强度和刚性。
2、连接轴套与辊筒螺纹连接,显著提高辊筒、连接轴套组装或拆开效率。
3、辊筒端部止口孔、连接轴套法兰盘外圆周连接处设有1根以上径向贯穿辊筒端部止口孔孔壁插入连接轴套法兰盘的定位销轴Ⅰ,可以防止辊筒、连接轴套使用时产生相对转动;连接轴套、辊轴连接部位设有1根定位销轴Ⅱ,定位销轴Ⅱ径向从连接轴套小端贯穿辊轴,可以防止连接轴套、辊轴产生轴向窜动,两处防松措施起到双重防松作用。
4、定位销轴Ⅰ均布在辊筒端部止口孔、连接轴套法兰盘外圆周连接处圆周上,使得辊筒、连接轴套连接处结构强度均匀。

附图所示的双重防松螺纹连接式沉没辊,包括辊筒1、辊轴2、两个连接轴套3;连接轴套3为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;辊筒1两端的止口孔套装在连接轴套3法兰盘上,并固定连接;连接轴套3法兰盘外圆周设有外螺纹,辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔,连接轴套3法兰盘外圆周外螺纹与辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔连接;辊轴2为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套3内孔的整体式结构,与两个连接轴套固定连接;辊筒1端部止口孔、连接轴套3法兰盘外圆周连接处设有1根以上(本实施例为6根)径向贯穿辊筒1端部止口孔孔壁插入连接轴套3法兰盘的定位销轴Ⅰ4,本实施例中,定位销轴Ⅰ4均布在辊筒1端部止口孔、连接轴套3法兰盘外圆周连接处圆周上;连接轴套3、辊轴2连接部位设有1根定位销轴Ⅱ5;定位销轴Ⅱ5径向从连接轴套3小端贯穿辊轴2。

1.一种双重防松螺纹连接式沉没辊,包括辊筒(1)、辊轴(2)、两个连接轴套(3);所述连接轴套(3)为阶梯式结构,大端为法兰盘;所述辊筒(1)两端的止口孔套装在连接轴套(3)法兰盘上,并固定连接;其特征在于:所述连接轴套(3)法兰盘外圆周设有外螺纹,所述辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔,所述连接轴套(3)法兰盘外圆周外螺纹与辊筒两端止口孔为内螺纹孔连接;所述辊轴(2)为轴向贯穿两个连接轴套(3)内孔的整体式结构,与两个连接轴套固定连接;所述辊筒(1)端部止口孔、连接轴套(3)法兰盘外圆周连接处设有1根以上径向贯穿辊筒(1)端部止口孔孔壁插入连接轴套(3)法兰盘的定位销轴Ⅰ(4);所述连接轴套(3)、辊轴(2)连接部位设有1根定位销轴Ⅱ(5);所述定位销轴Ⅱ(5)径向从连接轴套(3)小端贯穿辊轴(2)。
