Background
The wire is used as a material of a wire and a cable, and is industrially also used as a wire, and is generally made of copper or aluminum, and is also made of silver wire for conducting current or conducting heat.

A winding device for a wire comprises a base, a winding wheel fixedly arranged on the base, a winding device rotatably arranged on the base around the axis of the winding wheel and a driving device for driving the winding device to rotate around the axis of the winding wheel, wherein a free section of the wire passes through the winding device and can be wound on the winding wheel along with the rotation of the winding device.
Further, a guiding component for allowing the free section of the wire to pass through is arranged on the winding device.
Further, the guide assembly includes a first guide assembly for guiding the wire to be introduced into the reel from the side and a second guide assembly for guiding the wire to be wound around the reel.
Further, the guide assembly includes two oppositely disposed sheaves with the free section of wire passing between the sheaves.
Further, the guide assembly is a wire guide.
Further, the winding device comprises a first rod extending along the radial direction of the winding wheel and a second rod extending along the axial direction of the winding wheel and connected with the first rod, and the guiding assembly is arranged on the second rod.
Further, the driving device comprises a driving gear rotatably arranged on the base, a driven gear meshed with the driving gear and a hand lever for driving the driving gear to rotate, the winding device is connected with the driven gear, the driving gear is driven to rotate through the hand lever, the driven gear is meshed with the driving gear, and therefore the winding device is driven to rotate around the winding wheel shaft line.
Further, the driven gear is arranged coaxially with the reel.
Further, the winding wheel comprises two side plates which are parallel and opposite at intervals, and a plurality of supporting rods which are connected between the two side plates and are circumferentially distributed, and the free section of the wire is wound on the supporting rods through the winding device.
Further, the side plate is provided with a wire passing hole through which the fixed section of the wire passes, and the fixed section of the wire passes through the wire passing hole and extends out of the winding wheel.
As can be seen from the above description of the present invention, compared with the prior art, the present invention has the following beneficial effects: when the wire is wound, the free section passes through the wire winding device and is wound on the wire winding wheel along with the wire winding device, the wire winding device is driven to rotate by the driving device so as to drive the free section of the wire to be wound on the wire winding wheel, so that the fixed section of the wire does not rotate along with the wire winding device, and on the premise of ensuring stable connection between the fixed section of the wire and equipment, the winding of the wire is realized, and the device has the advantages of simple integral structure, high winding efficiency, simple operation mode and strong practicability; the wire coiling device is provided with a first guide component and a second guide component, the first guide component is used for guiding a wire to be led into the wire coiling wheel from the side surface, the unreeled free section of the wire is prevented from entering the wire coiling wheel to influence the coiling of the free section of the wire, and the second guide component is used for guiding the wire to be accurately coiled on the wire coiling wheel, so that the complete coiling of the wire is ensured; the driven gear and the winding wheel are coaxially arranged, so that the lead can be rapidly and completely wound on the winding wheel.

Referring to fig. 1 to 4, a winding device for a wire includes a base 1, a winding wheel 2, a winding device 3 and a driving device 4;
The wire winding wheel 2 is fixedly arranged on the base 1 and comprises two side plates 21, an axle 23 and a plurality of support rods 22, wherein the two side plates 21 are oppositely arranged in parallel at intervals, the axle 23 is connected between the two side plates 21, the support rods 22 are circumferentially distributed between the two side plates 21, the side plates 21 are provided with wire passing holes 24 for the fixed sections of wires to pass through, the wire passing holes 24 are arranged on the side plates 21, the axes of the axle 23 extend to pass through the axle 23, the fixed sections of the wires pass through the wire passing holes 24 to extend out of the wire winding wheel 2, the free sections of the wires are wound on the support rods 22 through the wire winding device 3, the axle 23 is further provided with openings 231 communicated with the wire passing holes 24, and the fixed sections of the wires enter the wire passing holes 24 from the openings 231 to extend out of the wire winding wheel 2;
The wire winding device 3 is arranged on the base 1 and can rotate around the axis of the wire winding wheel 2, the free section of the wire passes through the wire winding device 3 and can be wound on the wire winding wheel 2 along with the rotation of the wire winding device 3, the wire winding device comprises a first rod 31 extending along the radial direction of the wire winding wheel 2, a second rod 32 extending along the axial direction of the wire winding wheel 2 and connected with the first rod 31, and a guide assembly 33 arranged on the second rod 32 and used for the free section of the wire to pass through, in particular, the guide assembly 33 comprises a first guide assembly 331 used for guiding the wire to be led into the wire winding wheel 2 from the side and a second guide assembly 332 used for guiding the wire to be wound on the wire winding wheel 2, further, the first guide assembly 331 comprises two oppositely arranged first sheaves 3311, and the free section of the wire passes through the wire winding wheel 2 to be led into the wire winding wheel 3311 from the position between the two first sheaves 3311; the second guiding assembly 332 includes two second sheaves 3321 arranged opposite to each other, the free section of the wire passes between the two first sheaves 3311 and then passes between the two second sheaves 3321, and is wound on the reel 2 along with the winding device 3, in another embodiment of the present invention, the first guiding assembly 331 and the second guiding assembly 332 may be a first wire guide and a second wire guide disposed on the second rod 32, the free section of the wire passes through the first wire guide and then passes through the second wire guide, and is wound on the reel 2 along with the winding device 3;
the driving device 4 is arranged on the base 1 and is used for driving the wire coiling device 3 to axially rotate around the wire coiling wheel 2, and comprises a driving gear 41 rotatably arranged on the base 1, a driven gear 42 meshed with the driving gear 41 and a hand lever 43 for driving the driving gear 41 to rotate, the wire coiling device 3 is connected with the driven gear 42, the driving gear 41 is driven to rotate through the hand lever 43, the driven gear 42 is meshed with the driving gear 41, so that the wire coiling device 3 is driven to rotate around the axis of the wire coiling wheel 2, in particular, the first lever 31 is connected with the driven gear 42, and further, the driven gear 42 is coaxially arranged with the wire coiling wheel 2;
When the wire is used, the fixed section passes through the space between the two first grooved wheels 3311, then passes through the space between the two second grooved wheels 3321, finally passes through the wire passing hole 24 and extends out of the wire winding wheel 2, and is connected with equipment.
