Abstract
本发明公开了一种HDPE中空壁缠绕管扩口及连接工艺,所述扩口工艺包括如下流程:①切割管材及准备流程、②旋转加热流程、③扩口流程、④冷却流程、⑤脱模流程、⑥卸管流程;所述连接工艺流程:先将橡胶圈套在HDPE中空壁缠绕管的直壁端,然后将套有橡胶圈的一端对准另一根HDPE中空壁缠绕管的承插口,并在承插口内壁涂抹润滑剂,然后在两根管材相对接的两端部各拴上一根紧固带,用紧线器通过紧固带拖动两个管材,实现承插。本发明设计合理、工艺简便、施工快捷,不受地域条件影响,它采用橡胶密封圈柔性连接方式,无需液化气罐喷火热收缩套或热熔连接方式,具有密封性好,安全省力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种管扩口及连接工艺,具体涉及一种HDPE中空壁缠绕管扩口及连接工艺。
背景技术
随着国家对环保力度的加大,现在绝大部分小区市政地下排污管道采用塑料埋地管,塑料埋地管种类繁多,且质量也参差不齐,例如HDPE双壁波纹管环刚度低,易变形,抗冲击能力差;HDPE钢带增强螺旋波纹管工艺复杂,成本高,因其采用钢带做为增强材料,一旦保护层被破坏,钢带被地下污水腐锈,直接影响管材的使用寿命;现市面上出现了一种HDPE中空壁缠绕排水管,其具有环刚度高、抗冲击能力强,工艺简单、综合成本低等优点,但是市面上的HDPE中空壁缠绕排水管大多数是采用液化气罐喷火热收缩套热熔连接方式,这种连接方式既费工费时还容易对现场作业人员带来安全隐患,尤其在地下水位高的区域,热熔套遇水不粘接,容易造成管材与管材连接不严密,导致污水泄露,污染地下环境。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术存在的缺陷,提供一种HDPE中空壁缠绕管扩口及连接工艺。
其技术方案是:HDPE中空壁缠绕管扩口及连接工艺,包括扩口工艺及连接工艺,所述扩口工艺包括如下流程:①切割管材及准备流程、②旋转加热流程、③扩口流程、④冷却流程、⑤脱模流程、⑥卸管流程;所述连接工艺流程:先将橡胶圈套在HDPE中空壁缠绕管的直壁端,然后将套有橡胶圈的一端对准另一根HDPE中空壁缠绕管的承插口,并在承插口内壁涂抹润滑剂,然后在两根管材相对接的两端部各拴上一根紧固带,用紧线器通过紧固带拖动两个管材,实现承插。
所述切割管材及准备流程为从管材生产线生产出来的HDPE中空壁缠绕管管材,一般是定尺的,尺寸范围为6-12米,根据客户需要确定尺寸并切割,然后进入扩口机。
所述旋转加热流程为进入扩口机的HDPE中空壁缠绕管管材,由输送装置快速输送到托架上,再由横向平移架把管材移到第一加热箱的工位上,然后加热箱前移,使管材的一头置于加热箱内进行加热,加热过程中管材一直保持旋转状态,目的是让管材受热均匀。
所述加热时长为180s-460s,加热温度为150℃-200℃。
所述扩口流程为旋转加热流程后,加热箱后退,紧接着横向平移架把管材横向移到扩口工位上,输送装置压紧管材把管材向扩口车方向输送到一定位置,夹紧装置的夹紧油缸动作把管材夹紧,然后扩口车在油缸的推动下向管材移动,装在扩口车上的扩口模同时插进管内进行扩口,接着气箱在气缸的推动下前移,使气箱内形成密封空间,同时夹紧块会松开5-10mm,让管材可纵向移动,然后往气箱内通入高压空气,使管材的扩口部分紧贴扩口模,旋转扩口模,使承口内壁更光滑匀称即可。
所述高压空气的压力设为0.2—0.6Mpa。
所述冷却流程为向管材的扩口部分喷洒冷却水进行冷却;所述冷却时间设为100s-220s。
所述脱模流程为使扩口模停止转动,关闭扩口模内的充气阀,夹紧块重新夹紧管材,扩口车后退抽出扩口模完成脱模。
所述卸管流程为使夹紧装置松开管材,横向平移架将已扩口的管材运输至卸管平台,翻料气缸动作,把管材推到托架旁边的运管车上外送即可。
所述润滑剂为洗洁精液及洗衣液的一种或两种的等比例的混合物;所述润滑剂为洗洁精液、洗衣液和粘合剂按等比例的混合物。
本发明与现有技术相比较,具有以下优点:设计合理、工艺简便、施工快捷,不受地域条件影响,它采用橡胶密封圈柔性连接方式,无需液化气罐喷火热收缩套或热熔连接方式,具有密封性好,安全省力。

具体实施方式

扩口工艺流程:
1、准备:从管材生产线生产出来的管材,一般是定尺的,尺寸范围6-12米,也可以根据客户需要定尺切割,进入扩口机;
2、旋转加热:由输送装置快速输送到托架上,再由横向平移架把管材移到第一加热箱的工位上,然后加热箱前移,使管材的一头置于加热箱内进行加热,一般加热时长为:180s-460s,加热温度:150℃-200℃,加热过程中管材一直保持旋转状态,目的是让管材受热均匀;
3、扩口:经过一定时间后,加热箱后退,紧接着横向平移架把管材横向移到扩口工位上。输送装置压紧管材把管材向扩口车方向输送到一定位置(由光电行程开关控制),夹紧装置的夹紧油缸动作把管材夹紧,然后扩口车在油缸的推动下向管材移动,装在扩口车上的扩口模同时插进管内进行扩口,接着气箱在气缸的推动下前移,使气箱内形成密封空间,同时夹紧块会松开5-10mm,夹紧油缸动作时间设定为0.6-0.8秒钟,让管材可纵向移动,然后往气箱内通入高压空气,约0.4Mpa的压力,使管材的扩口部分紧贴扩口模,旋转扩口模,使承口内壁更光滑匀称,扩口尺寸范围:100mm-1000mm;
4、冷却:向管材的扩口部分喷洒冷却水(为保障节能减排,冷却水采用循环水)进行冷却。冷却一段时间,冷却时长:100s-220s后,冷却水停止喷淋;
5、脱模:扩口模停止转动,关闭扩口模内的充气阀,夹紧块重新夹紧管材,扩口车后退抽出扩口模完成脱模。
6、卸管:夹紧装置松开管材,横向平移架将已扩口的管材运输至卸管平台,翻料气缸动作,把管材推到托架旁边的运管车上。扩口后的HDPE中空壁缠绕管如图1所示。
连接工艺流程:先将多波峰三元乙丙橡胶圈套在HDPE中空壁缠绕排水管的直壁端,然后将套有多波峰三元乙丙橡胶圈的一端对准另一根管材的承插口,在承插口内壁涂抹润滑剂,洗洁精液或和洗衣液,然后在两根管材的一端各拴上紧固带,用紧线器拖动两个管材,实现承插效果,用紧线器拖动管材的好处是:不损坏管材、施工更安全、管材与管材的结合更密切即可。两根管材对接完成后如图2所示。
本发明设计合理、工艺简便、施工快捷,不受地域条件影响,它采用橡胶密封圈柔性连接方式,无需液化气罐喷火热收缩套或热熔连接方式,具有密封性好,安全省力。

1.HDPE中空壁缠绕管扩口及连接工艺,包括扩口工艺及连接工艺,其特征在于:所述扩口工艺包括如下流程:①切割管材及准备流程、②旋转加热流程、③扩口流程、④冷却流程、⑤脱模流程、⑥卸管流程;所述连接工艺流程:先将橡胶圈套在HDPE中空壁缠绕管的直壁端,然后将套有橡胶圈的一端对准另一根HDPE中空壁缠绕管的承插口,并在承插口内壁涂抹润滑剂,然后在两根管材相对接的两端部各拴上一根紧固带,用紧线器通过紧固带拖动两个管材,实现承插。
