Hair blackening test
Diluting 1mL of the hair care products obtained in the embodiments 1-10 and the comparative examples 1-12 by deionized water for ten times, mixing 100 microliters of the diluted solution with 50 microliters of tyrosinase, incubating for 5min in a constant-temperature water bath at 37 ℃, adding 50 microliters of levodopa with the concentration of 0.4mg/mL, continuing the incubation for 2min, immediately measuring the optical density OD value at 490nm of an enzyme labeling instrument, repeatedly measuring each sample for 6 times, calculating the average value, and then calculating the activation rate of the tyrosinase;
the tyrosinase activity activation rate was calculated according to the following formula: activation rate [ (% C-D) - (a-B) ]/(a-B) × 100
Wherein, the A value is the OD value of 100 microliter diluent +50 microliter 500U/mL solution of tyrosine +50 microliter 0.4% levodopa solution, the B value is the OD value of 100 microliter diluent +50 microliter PBS solution +50 microliter 0.4% levodopa solution, the C value is the OD value of 100 microliter PBS +50 microliter 500U/mL solution of tyrosine +50 microliter 0.4% levodopa solution, the D value is the OD value of 100 microliter PBS +50 microliter PBS solution +50 microliter 0.4% levodopa solution, the result is shown in Table 2;
