Abstract

本发明公开一种单向照射LED光源模组;解决的技术问题:现有LED户外照明灯具工作时产生的眩光问题及由于灯具散热性能不好还带来了LED光源光衰大寿命短的技术问题。采用的技术方案:一种单向照射LED光源模组,包括偏光透镜、LED光源组件和散热器,偏光透镜与LED光源组件相连,散热器与LED光源组件的相连,LED光源组件位于偏光透镜与散热器之间。优点,本单向照射LED光源模组,通过将入光面分为左侧截光面和右侧偏光面分别的光源出光进行光线传播方向的重新分配,使得光轴右偏并起到对左侧截光的作用,能够有效的提高出光效率并减少照明眩光。

Description

一种单向照射LED光源模组
技术领域
本发明涉及LED灯具照明领域,具体涉及单向照射LED光源模组。
背景技术
在道路照明中,灯具工作时带来的眩光一直是影响驾驶安全的一个重大因数,所以如何控制灯具照射的眩光性能显得尤为重要。目前的LED道路照明灯具,其配光基本上都是蝙蝠翼配光或者矩形配光,其光线均是沿着灯具纵向轴线向两侧同时投射,这样无论是车辆向前还是向后行驶均会受到眩光影响,带来安全隐患。
此外LED在道路照明上运用之后,由于灯具散热性能不好还带来了LED光源光衰大寿命短的问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:现有LED户外照明灯具工作时产生的眩光问题及由于灯具散热性能不好还带来了LED光源光衰大寿命短的技术问题。
本发明的目的是,提供了可以解决灯具眩光和散热效果好、光衰小寿命长的一种单向照射LED光源模组。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种单向照射LED光源模组,包括偏光透镜、LED光源组件和散热器,偏光透镜与LED光源组件相连,散热器与LED光源组件的相连,LED光源组件位于偏光透镜与散热器之间,
LED光源组件包括PCB板,在PCB板上沿着PCB板长度方向阵列设置LED光源;
偏光透镜包括底板,在底板上分别对应LED光源设置的反光罩;反光罩的内表面为入光面,反光罩的外表面为出光面;在每一个反光罩与底板接触处均设置用于卡合LED光源组件内的LED光源的凹槽,凹槽在水平面内的投影呈圆形;在水平面内的投影下LED光源的中心与凹槽的中心同轴,设定LED光源的中心轴线为X轴线和Y轴线,入光面在水平面内的投影以LED光源的Y轴线为中心分为左侧截光入光面和右侧偏光入光面;出光面在水平面内的投影以LED光源的Y轴线为中心分为左侧截光出光面和右侧偏光出光面。
本发明技术方案中的偏光透镜与LED光源组件相连,通过反射及折射,把LED光源组件原本的圆形轴对称光线分布调整为沿着中心轴线向单侧投射的光线分布,这样在道路照明场合时,机动车及行人只要顺着投射方向前进就不会产生眩光问题。
优选地,偏光透镜还包括基板,基板与底板相连,在基板上对应凹槽设置安装孔。
优选地,偏光透镜内的基板与LED光源组件内的PCB板通过螺栓相连,在基板与PCB板之间设置密封条。
优选地,散热器采用金属材料制成,在散热器的表面竖直设置多个散热鳍片。散热器由金属材料制作而成,并且散热器背面设有多个散热鳍片,增大散热器与空气的接触面积进而提升散热效果,有效降低光率,延长LED光源使用寿命。
优选地,LED光源组件内的PCB板通过螺钉或者胶体与散热器相连。
优选地,LED光源焊接在PCB板上。LED光源焊接在PCB板上,这样的组装工艺可以大大减小两者之间的接触热阻,使得LED光源工作时产生的热量能够较好的传递到散热器上。
本发明技术方案中提及的LED光源组件为现有技术中的常规技术产品,而PCB板和LED光源也均可直接购买获得。
本发明与现有技术相比,其有益效果是:
本发明的单向照射LED光源模组,通过将入光面分为左侧截光面和右侧偏光面分别的光源出光进行光线传播方向的重新分配,使得光轴右偏并起到对左侧截光的作用,能够有效的提高出光效率并减少照明眩光。

具体实施方式
下面对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
为使本发明的内容更加明显易懂,以下结合附图1-图9和具体实施方式做进一步的描述。
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
如图1所示,单向照射LED光源模组,包括偏光透镜1、LED光源组件2和散热器3,偏光透镜1与LED光源组件2相连,散热器3与LED光源组件2的相连,LED光源组件2位于偏光透镜1与散热器3之间。
如图1所示,偏光透镜1为注塑一体成型的热塑性光学透镜,偏光透镜1包括底板11,在底板11上分别对应LED光源22设置的反光罩12;反光罩12的内表面为入光面,反光罩12的外表面为出光面;在每一个反光罩12与底板11接触处均设置用于卡合LED光源组件2内的LED光源21的凹槽13,凹槽13在水平面内的投影呈圆形;在水平面内的投影下LED光源21的中心与凹槽13的中心同轴,设定LED光源21的中心轴线为X轴线和Y轴线,入光面在水平面内的投影以LED光源21的Y轴线为中心分为左侧截光入光面14和右侧偏光入光面15;如图8和9所示。出光面在水平面内的投影以LED光源21的Y轴线为中心分为左侧截光出光面16和右侧偏光出光面17;如图7和9所示。
本偏光透镜与LED光源组件相连,通过反射及折射,把LED光源组件原本的圆形轴对称光线分布调整为沿着中心轴线向单侧投射的光线分布,这样在道路照明场合时,机动车及行人只要顺着投射方向前进就不会产生眩光问题。具体的为,LED光源的光轴18左侧偏光较大的光线通过左侧截光入光面处理分离开主光斑,达到截光效果;光轴左侧接近光轴的光线由右侧偏光面入射,左侧出光面出射,通过控制两个界面的曲率使得左侧光线右偏的效果从而增加光效;光轴右侧的光线从右侧偏光面入射,右出光面出射在光轴附近聚焦。通过控制入光面和出光面的自由曲面曲率来调节光线的重新分配来达到提高光效,偏光聚焦的特点,能够更加突显被照地面的特点,同时减少了光污染与光浪费;通过反射及折射,把LED光源组件2原本的圆形轴对称光线分布调整为沿着中心轴线向单侧投射的光线分布,并且平面A与路面的夹角大于等于90度,这样在道路照明场合时,机动车及行人只要顺着投射方向前进就不会产生眩光问题。如图4和5所示。
偏光透镜1还包括基板,基板与底板11相连,在基板上对应凹槽13设置安装孔。偏光透镜1内的基板与LED光源组件2内的PCB板22通过螺栓相连,在基板与PCB板22之间设置密封条4。
如图1所示,LED光源组件2包括LED光源21及PCB板22,LED光源21通过焊接的工艺固定在PCB板22上,LED光源组件2内的PCB板22通过螺钉或胶体固定在散热器上3,这样的组装工艺可以大大减小两者之间的接触热阻,使得LED光源21工作时产生的热量能够较好的传递到散热器上。散热器3采用金属材料制作而成,背面设有多个散热鳍片31,可以有效的增大散热器与空气的接触面积,提高散热性能,降低光衰,延长使用寿命。
如上所述,尽管参照特定的优选实施例已经表示和表述了本发明,但其不得解释为对本发明自身的限制。在不脱离所附权利要求定义的本发明的精神和范围前提下,可对其在形式上和细节上作出各种变化。

Claims (6)

1.一种单向照射LED光源模组,其特征在于,包括偏光透镜(1)、LED光源组件(2)和散热器(3),偏光透镜(1)与LED光源组件(2)相连,散热器(3)与LED光源组件(2)的相连,LED光源组件(2)位于偏光透镜(1)与散热器(3)之间,
LED光源组件(2)包括PCB板(22),在PCB板(22)上沿着PCB板(22)长度方向阵列设置LED光源(22);
偏光透镜(1)包括底板(11),在底板(11)上分别对应LED光源(22)设置的反光罩(12);反光罩(12)的内表面为入光面,反光罩(12)的外表面为出光面;在每一个反光罩(12)与底板(11)接触处均设置用于卡合LED光源组件(2)内的LED光源(21)的凹槽(13),凹槽(13)在水平面内的投影呈圆形;在水平面内的投影下LED光源(21)的中心与凹槽(13)的中心同轴,设定LED光源(21)的中心轴线为X轴线和Y轴线,入光面在水平面内的投影以LED光源(21)的Y轴线为中心分为左侧截光入光面(14)和右侧偏光入光面(15);出光面在水平面内的投影以LED光源(21)的Y轴线为中心分为左侧截光出光面(16)和右侧偏光出光面(17)。
2.如权利要求1所述的单向照射LED光源模组,其特征在于,偏光透镜(1)还包括基板,基板与底板(11)相连,在基板上对应凹槽(13)设置安装孔。
3.如权利要求2所述的单向照射LED光源模组,其特征在于,偏光透镜(1)内的基板与LED光源组件(2)内的PCB板(22)通过螺栓相连,在基板与PCB板(22)之间设置密封条(4)。
4.如权利要求1所述的单向照射LED光源模组,其特征在于,散热器(3)采用金属材料制成,在散热器(3)的表面竖直设置多个散热鳍片(31)。
5.如权利要求4所述的单向照射LED光源模组,其特征在于,LED光源组件(2)内的PCB板(22)通过螺钉或者胶体与散热器(3)相连。
6.如权利要求1所述的单向照射LED光源模组,其特征在于,LED光源(22)焊接在PCB板(22)上。
