火喷嘴用金属陶瓷材料,其组分及各组分的质量份数为:金刚石20‑30份、氮化硅15‑20份、碳化硅10‑15份、铂1‑3份、镍2‑5份、钪0.5‑0.8份、锗1‑3份、钛1‑3份、碳化钨1‑3份、镓1‑2份。本发明一种火喷嘴用金属陶瓷材料,具有极高的熔点,足以抵挡火箭喷射口处的火焰温度。

技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷材料领域,特别是涉及一种火喷嘴用金属陶瓷材料。
背景技术
其实火箭喷射口的温度不高,大概不到1200度,火焰喷射的接近中间的温度最高。这就和蜡烛一样,蜡烛的根部温度不到100度,材料很多,运载火箭耐热陶瓷比较流行。目前世界上也只有钨合金和陶瓷制品可以耐到3000度以上温度。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种用于制造火箭尾部喷嘴的金属陶瓷材料。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的火喷嘴用金属陶瓷材料,其组分及各组分的质量份数为:金刚石20-30份、氮化硅15-20份、碳化硅10-15份、铂1-3份、镍2-5份、钪0.5-0.8份、锗1-3份、钛1-3份、碳化钨1-3份、镓1-2份。
本发明一种火喷嘴用金属陶瓷材料,具有极高的熔点,足以抵挡火箭喷射口处的火焰温度。

实施例二:
火喷嘴用金属陶瓷材料,其组分及各组分的质量份数为:金刚石30份、氮化硅20份、碳化硅15份、铂3份、镍5份、钪0.8份、锗3份、钛3份、碳化钨3份、镓2份。
实施例三:
火喷嘴用金属陶瓷材料,其组分及各组分的质量份数为:金刚石25份、氮化硅18份、碳化硅12份、铂2份、镍3份、钪0.6份、锗2份、钛2份、碳化钨2份、镓1.5份。
