本发明涉及一种汽车玻璃水,属于化学制剂技术领域。
背景技术
汽车玻璃水广泛用于汽车玻璃、后视镜及家用玻璃、办公室玻璃、门窗玻璃、装饰玻璃等多种玻璃的快速去污、光亮清洗。它性能齐全,使用简单。优质的玻璃水是由去离子水加各类环保添加剂制成的,具有去污、防冻、抗静电、防腐蚀等功能。有些更好的优质玻璃水,还带有快速融雪融冰,防眩光,防雾气等性能,对提高驾车安全有着重大的作用。
而劣质的玻璃水多数是用水和酒精等兑而成,不仅损害汽车漆面光泽度,橡胶条的硬度,严重的还会引起橡胶件或其他塑料件产生色差、胀溶等。而玻璃水在清洗完玻璃后,会流到空调进风口附近,玻璃水挥发的气味也会沿着汽车空调的通风管道进入到驾驶室内。劣质的玻璃水挥发的气体是有害的,会成为危害车主健康的隐形杀手。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽车玻璃水。
本发明的技术方案包括如下:
本发明汽车玻璃水由以下重量份的原料制成:乙二醇10-25份、丙三醇硼酸脂肪酸酯3-10份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯5-8份、水溶性硅油4-8份、二水合氯化钙5-10份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.1-1份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05-0.1份、水40-70份。
其中APG是烷基多糖苷的英文名称缩写。
本发明含有乙二醇,可在-18℃下使用;添加了丙三醇硼酸脂肪酸酯,具有防雾功能;APG和水溶性硅油能够有效降低刮水的阻力,减少噪音;APG和季戊四醇脂肪酸酯可以起到防霉和增加橡胶雨刮片弹性的作用,让雨刮片刮水更加彻底;二水合氯化钙可以快速除霜、除雪。添加了光学活性因子,在有光照的条件下,光学活性因子和光相互作用吸收能量,最终氧化去除汽车挡风玻璃上的污渍。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明不但可以防冻、防雾、快速除霜、融雪,而且对橡胶雨刮片还具有防霉及恢复弹性的功能,有效延长雨刮片寿命,刮水更彻底,不含酒精,无腐蚀性,添加光学因子可以在任何情况下保持驾驶人员的视线清晰,保证行车的安全性。

乙二醇10份、丙三醇硼酸脂肪酸酯3份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯5份、水溶性硅油4份、二水合氯化钙5份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.3份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.05份、水70份。

乙二醇18份、丙三醇硼酸脂肪酸酯7份、季戊四醇脂肪酸酯7份、水溶性硅油6份、二水合氯化钙8份、十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵0.6份、乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.07份、水50份。
