Abstract
本发明提供了一种汽车玻璃清洁剂及其制备方法,所述汽车玻璃清洁剂包括以下物质:脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠、烷基磺酸钠、乙二醇单甲醚、硅酸钠、硼砂、焦亚磷酸钠、聚醚改性聚硅氧烷、乙醇、丁二醇、丙三醇、其余为蒸馏水。本发明提供的汽车玻璃清洁剂配方温和,各原料配合作用能够快速有效去除汽车玻璃表面的污物,在低温时仍然能够保证良好的清洗效果,对玻璃物腐蚀,使用方便,喷淋后擦除即可达到清洁的效果。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车玻璃清洁剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
汽车玻璃具有光滑、透明、硬度高、价格合理等优点而被广泛应用于建筑物及汽车等门窗上。但是汽车玻璃表面容易被空气的灰尘、含油杂质所污染,不仅影响了透明度和美观效果,还可能因影响视线而造成交通事故。目前汽车风挡汽车玻璃使用的清洗剂产品,大多为酸碱性较强或者添加了大量表面活性剂以及有机有害物的组合物,虽然其去污效果较好,但容易对汽车玻璃造成潜在的伤害,也对环境造成了极大的污染。
发明内容
针对以上不足,本发明提供了一种汽车玻璃清洁剂及其制备方法,能够快速清除汽车玻璃表面的灰尘、鸟粪等顽固污渍。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种汽车玻璃清洁剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠 0.3~3%;
烷基磺酸钠 0.5~5%;
乙二醇单甲醚 1.5~6%;
硅酸钠 2~8%;
硼砂 2~8%;
焦亚磷酸钠 3~7%;
聚醚改性聚硅氧烷 1~5%;
乙醇 5~10%;
丁二醇 10~20%;
丙三醇 2~8%;
其余为蒸馏水。
进一步地,优选为包括以下重量百分比的原料:
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠 1.2%;
烷基磺酸钠 3.4%;
乙二醇单甲醚 3.3%;
硅酸钠 4.1%;
硼砂 3.7%;
焦亚磷酸钠 5.5%;
聚醚改性聚硅氧烷 3.8%;
乙醇 6%;
丁二醇 12%;
丙三醇 4%;
其余为蒸馏水。
进一步地,优选为包括以下重量百分比的原料:
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠 2.8%;
烷基磺酸钠 1.5%;
乙二醇单甲醚 4.6%;
硅酸钠 5.4%;
硼砂 2.6%;
焦亚磷酸钠 6.6%;
聚醚改性聚硅氧烷 3.1%;
乙醇 10%;
丁二醇 10%;
丙三醇 2%;
其余为蒸馏水。
所述脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠的碳链长度为C14以下。脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠是以天然椰子油、棕榈油等油脂为原料,经磺化中和得到的产物,其具有良好的生物降解性和优良的去污能力。
本发明还提供了所述汽车玻璃清洁剂的制备方法,所述制备方法包括以下步骤:将配方量的蒸馏水、乙醇、丁二醇和丙三醇混合并加热至45~55℃,在搅拌的同时向其中依次加入其他原料,并搅拌至各原料完全溶解并混合均匀,最后调节pH为6.8~7.2。
本发明提供的汽车玻璃清洁剂的配方中,选用低刺激性的脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠和烷基磺酸钠阴离子表面活性剂,两者配合使用,可以起到相互促进作用,增强清洁剂的去污能力;选用硅酸钠和硼砂复配作为缓蚀剂,保证清洁剂在清洗汽车玻璃的过程中不会腐蚀及划伤玻璃,同时硅酸钠还起到了稳定配方的作用;选用聚醚改性聚硅氧烷作为消泡剂,抑制过多的泡沫产生,清洗玻璃时经雨刮器即可快速刮净;选用焦亚磷酸钠为洗涤助剂;以乙醇、丁二醇、丙三醇在一定的范围下进行复配,能够在清洗时在玻璃表面形成一层保护层,防止雾滴形成,使玻璃透明光亮,并且三者复配可显著降低洗涤剂的冰点,从而起到防冻的作用,也进一步提升了清洁剂在低温时的清洗效果。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的汽车玻璃清洁剂配方温和,各原料配合作用能够快速有效去除汽车玻璃表面的污物,在低温时仍然能够保证良好的清洗效果,对玻璃物腐蚀,使用方便,喷淋后擦除即可达到清洁的效果。

实施例1
一种汽车玻璃清洁剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:
脂肪酸甲酯磺酸钠 1.2%;
烷基磺酸钠 3.4%;
乙二醇单甲醚 3.3%;
硅酸钠 4.1%;
硼砂 3.7%;
焦亚磷酸钠 5.5%;
聚醚改性聚硅氧烷 3.8%;
乙醇 6%;
丁二醇 12%;
丙三醇 4%;
其余为蒸馏水。
所述汽车玻璃清洁剂的制备方法为:将配方量的蒸馏水、乙醇、丁二醇和丙三醇混合并加热至45~55℃,在搅拌的同时向其中依次加入其他原料,并搅拌至各原料完全溶解并混合均匀,最后调节pH为6.8~7.2

其余为蒸馏水。
所述汽车玻璃清洁剂的制备方法为:将配方量的蒸馏水、乙醇、丁二醇和丙三醇混合并加热至45~55℃,在搅拌的同时向其中依次加入其他原料,并搅拌至各原料完全溶解并混合均匀,最后调节pH为6.8~7.2。

一种汽车玻璃清洁剂,包括以下重量百分比的原料:

烷基磺酸钠 4.2%;
乙二醇单甲醚 4.3%;
硅酸钠 3.5%;
硼砂 6.1%;
焦亚磷酸钠 5.5%;
聚醚改性聚硅氧烷 3.7%;
乙醇 5%;
丁二醇 15%;
丙三醇 3%;
其余为蒸馏水。
所述汽车玻璃清洁剂的制备方法为:将配方量的蒸馏水、乙醇、丁二醇和丙三醇混合并加热至45~55℃,在搅拌的同时向其中依次加入其他原料,并搅拌至各原料完全溶解并混合均匀,最后调节pH为6.8~7.2。
使用实施例1~3汽车玻璃清洁剂对汽车强挡风玻璃进行清洗测试,操作方法为,喷淋后开动雨刮器进行刮擦,结果如表1所示。
