Abstract

本发明提出了一种汽车玻璃水,所述玻璃水包括以下原料:乙醇、乙二醇、阴离子表面活性剂、非离子表面活性剂、腐蚀抑制剂、氯化钠、柠檬酸钠、香精、去离子水。采用本发明制备的玻璃水,具有良好的清洗、润滑、防冻、防雾、抗静电、防腐蚀性能,对提高驾车安全有着重大的作用。本发明工艺配方简单,生产成本低,应用效果好,有利于推广应用。

技术领域
本发明属于汽车养护用品领域,具体涉及一种汽车玻璃水。
背景技术
汽车挡风玻璃的清晰度和驾驶员的视线信息息息相关,汽车玻璃上难免会附着各种污垢,不及时清除干净会有行车安全隐患。目前市场上用于清除汽车玻璃表面污垢的玻璃水存在一些不足,清洗不彻底,功能单一,对橡胶和玻璃有一定的腐蚀作用,生产工艺配方复杂等。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种汽车玻璃水。
本发明的技术方案是:一种汽车玻璃水, 所述玻璃水包括以下重量份的原料:乙醇2-10份、乙二醇1-5份、阴离子表面活性剂3-6份、非离子表面活性剂0.5-2份、腐蚀抑制剂0.1-1份、氯化钠0.5-2份、柠檬酸钠0.5-2份、香精0.1-0.5份、去离子水30-60份。所述的阴离子表面活性剂为硬脂酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或多种。所述的非离子表面活性剂为椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺。所述的腐蚀抑制剂为聚磷酸盐、硅酸盐、铬酸盐、亚硝酸盐、钼酸盐、钨酸盐、锌盐中的一种或多种。
本发明的有益效果在于:具有良好的清洗、润滑、防冻、防雾、抗静电、防腐蚀性能,对提高驾车安全有着重大的作用。本发明工艺配方简单,生产成本低,应用效果好,有利于推广应用。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本发明提供了一种汽车玻璃水,其方法为:
一种汽车玻璃水包括以下重量份的原料:乙醇2份、乙二醇1份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠3份、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺0.5份、聚磷酸盐0.1份、氯化钠0.5份、柠檬酸钠0.5份、香精0.1份、去离子水30份。将上述原料加入到搅拌器内以100r/min搅拌,混合均匀即得本发明的汽车玻璃水。
实施例2
本发明提供了一种汽车玻璃水,其方法为:
一种汽车玻璃水包括以下重量份的原料:乙醇10份、乙二醇5份、硬脂酸2份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺2份、聚磷酸盐1份、氯化钠2份、柠檬酸钠2份、香精0.5份、去离子水60份。将上述原料加入到搅拌器内以100r/min搅拌,混合均匀即得本发明的汽车玻璃水。
实施例3
本发明提供了一种汽车玻璃水,其方法为:
一种汽车玻璃水包括以下重量份的原料:乙醇6份、乙二醇3份、十二烷基苯磺酸钠2份、十二烷基硫酸钠2份,椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1份、聚磷酸盐0.2份、硅酸盐0.2份、氯化钠1份、柠檬酸钠1份、香精0.3份、去离子水45份。将上述原料加入到搅拌器内以100r/min搅拌,混合均匀即得本发明的汽车玻璃水。

Claims (4)

1.一种汽车玻璃水,其特征在于:所述玻璃水包括以下重量份的原料:乙醇2-10份、乙二醇1-5份、阴离子表面活性剂3-6份、非离子表面活性剂0.5-2份、腐蚀抑制剂0.1-1份、氯化钠0.5-2份、柠檬酸钠0.5-2份、香精0.1-0.5份、去离子水30-60份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃水,其特征在于:所述的阴离子表面活性剂为硬脂酸、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃水,其特征在于:所述的非离子表面活性剂为椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车玻璃水,其特征在于:所述的腐蚀抑制剂为聚磷酸盐、硅酸盐、铬酸盐、亚硝酸盐、钼酸盐、钨酸盐、锌盐中的一种或多种。
