一种阻燃电缆材料
技术领域
本发明属于电缆材料领域,特别是涉及一种阻燃电缆材料。
背景技术
阻燃电缆材料是一种具有阻燃性能的电缆材料,通过成束电缆燃烧检验其阻燃性能。目前常用的阻燃电缆材料是塑料阻燃电缆材料,如聚乙烯护套电缆材料、聚氟乙烯护套电缆材料、聚氯乙烯护套电缆材料等等,这些阻燃电缆材料具有以下特点:自身具有阻燃性;阻燃同时可以保证良好的力学性能及加工性能等;有较低的发烟量和毒性。因此,如何同时提高阻燃电缆材料的阻燃性能和力学性能是需要解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种阻燃性高的电缆材料。
本发明的目的及解决其技术问题是采用以下技术方案来实现。依据本发明提出的一种阻燃电缆材料,包括以下质量份比的原料:合成树脂80-100 份、PVC树脂40-60份、三元乙丙橡胶20-30份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂50-60份、聚酯纤维2-5份、硫化剂HTDM 6-8份、二甲基二硫2-3份、玻璃微珠6-10份、色母粒1-3份、椰子纤维10-15份、石蜡4-6份、硫磺蓖麻油2-5份、环氧大豆油2-4份。
较佳的,所述的一种阻燃电缆材料包括以下质量份比的原料:合成树脂80份、PVC树脂50份、三元乙丙橡胶25份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂50份、聚酯纤维2份、硫化剂HTDM 6份、二甲基二硫2份、玻璃微珠10份、色母粒3份、椰子纤维10份、石蜡4份、硫磺蓖麻油2份、环氧大豆油2份。
本发明提供的阻燃电缆材料,无毒、热稳定性好且易于加工,力学性能优异、成本低、阻燃性能好,适于工业中的大规模生产。

实施例一:所述的一种阻燃电缆材料包括以下质量份比的原料:合成树脂80份、PVC树脂50份、三元乙丙橡胶25份、氢氧化铝阻燃剂50份、聚酯纤维2份、硫化剂HTDM 6份、二甲基二硫2份、玻璃微珠10份、色母粒3份、椰子纤维10份、石蜡4份、硫磺蓖麻油2份、环氧大豆油2份。
