The invention discloses an automatic wire winding label machine which comprises a machine base, wherein a label winding mechanism and a transmission mechanism for driving the label winding mechanism to rotate are arranged on the machine base. The label rolling mechanism comprises a synchronous wheel, and the synchronous wheel is rotatably supported on the machine base through a bearing. As shown in fig. 1-3, an automatic wire winding labelling machine comprises a machine base 1, wherein the machine base 1 comprises a bottom plate 11, and a left support plate 12 and a right support plate 13 which are vertically fixed on the bottom plate 11. The left support plate 12 and the right support plate 13 are arranged in parallel with each other and form a containing cavity in the middle, and the synchronizing wheel 2, the driving wheel 41, the first guide wheel 71, the second guide wheel 72 and the third guide wheel 73 are arranged in the containing cavity. The synchronizing wheel 2, the driving wheel 41, the first guide wheel 71, the second guide wheel 72 and the third guide wheel 73 are linked through the belt 6, and the belt 6 is wound on the lower part of the synchronizing wheel 2. The two end surfaces of the synchronizing wheel 2 are respectively provided with an oilless bearing 21, the left support plate 12 and the right support plate 13 are respectively provided with a bearing hole 101 matched with the oilless bearing 21, and the synchronizing wheel 2 is rotatably supported on the bearing holes 101 of the left support plate 12 and the right support plate 13 through the oilless bearing 21.
The synchronous wheel 2 is provided with a U-shaped notch 22 with an upward opening, a brush assembly 3 is fixedly arranged in the U-shaped notch 22, the brush assembly 3 comprises an upper brush group 31 and a lower brush group 32, the upper brush group 31 consists of two soft brush strips which are symmetrically arranged left and right, and the lower brush group 32 consists of three soft brush strips which are arranged in a T shape. The left support plate 12 and the right support plate 13 are respectively provided with a notch 102 for the wire 9 to pass through at the opposite positions of the U-shaped notch 21. The top of the machine base 1 is horizontally and fixedly provided with a vacuum bearing plate 5, and the vacuum bearing plate 5 is provided with an opening 501 at a position opposite to the notch 102. The upper surface of the vacuum receiving plate 5 is provided with a plurality of vacuum adsorption holes 51, and the vacuum receiving plate 5 is provided with a group of pre-tightening brushes 52 at the opening 501.
The working principle of the invention is as follows: the automatic label discharging system sends the labels 8 to the vacuum receiving plate 5, the labels 8 are fixed at the opening 501 of the vacuum receiving plate 5 under the adsorption action of the vacuum adsorption holes 51, and the upward side of the labels 8 is sticky. The operator enters the wire 9 such as round wire, flat wire or scattered wire to be coiled into the U-shaped notch 22 along the opening 501 and the notch 102, the label 8 is firstly adhered to the wire 9, then the wire 9 is pre-tensioned through the pre-tensioning brush 52, and the pre-tensioned wire 9 is placed into the brush assembly 3. The motor 42 acts to drive the driving wheel 41 to rotate, the driving wheel 41 drives the synchronous wheel 2 to rotate through the belt 6, the upper hairbrush group 31 and the lower hairbrush group 32 arranged in the synchronous wheel 2 rotate together with each other, the label 8 is completely wound on the wire 9, and finally, the wire 9 with the coil labels is taken out.

1. An automatic label machine of coiling of wire rod, its characterized in that: the automatic wire feeding machine comprises a machine base, wherein a label rolling mechanism and a transmission mechanism for driving the label rolling mechanism to rotate are arranged on the machine base, the label rolling mechanism comprises a synchronous wheel, the synchronous wheel is rotatably supported on the machine base through a bearing, a U-shaped notch is formed in the synchronous wheel, a hairbrush assembly is fixedly arranged in the U-shaped notch, and a notch for wires to pass through is formed in the opposite position of the U-shaped notch;
the machine seat is provided with a vacuum bearing plate on the plane where the notch is located, and the vacuum bearing plate is provided with an opening at the position opposite to the notch; the vacuum receiving plate is provided with a group of pre-tightening brushes at the opening, and the upper surface of the vacuum receiving plate is provided with a plurality of groups of vacuum adsorption holes for adsorbing labels;
the brush assembly comprises an upper brush group and a lower brush group, wherein the upper brush group consists of two soft brush strips which are symmetrically arranged left and right, and the lower brush group consists of three soft brush strips which are arranged in a T shape.
