小麦是小麦系植物的统称,是一种在世界各地广泛种植的禾本科植物,小麦的颖果是人类的主食之一,磨成面粉后可制作面包、馒头、饼干、面条等食物;发酵后可制成啤酒、酒精、伏特加,或生质燃料。小麦富含淀粉、蛋白质、脂肪、矿物质、钙、铁、硫胺素、核黄素、烟酸、维生素A及维生素C等,传统的小麦恶苗病、立枯病的防治,通常采用药剂浸种、床土消毒、调酸和苗期喷药等措施,操作繁琐,劳动强度大,而且防治效果差;目前已有的小麦包衣剂在浸水过程中药膜容易脱落,药效差且药剂流失反而对农田造成污染,影响小麦种子发芽。因此,研究开发一种药膜不易脱落又能提高防治立枯病、恶苗病等小麦秧苗病害的包衣剂,对培育壮苗、促进小麦生产具有重要的意义。
发明内容
针对现有技术的缺陷,本发明的目的是提供一种小麦种子高效包衣剂,该包衣剂可以包覆于小麦种子表面,形成具有一定强度和通透性的保护层膜,防虫杀菌性能优良,能够改善小麦种子生长的微环境,可促进小麦种子发芽和幼苗的生长发育,其附着力强、持效期长;同时本发明的使用方法,工艺简明、易于操作,具有较高的实用价值和良好的应用前景。

本发明提供了一种小麦种子高效包衣剂,包括以下重量份的原料:
填料8-10份、成膜剂14-16份、中药添加物4-6份、甲壳素3-5份、钼酸铵4-8份、烟草提取液2-4份、钠盐1-3份、硝酸钾8-10份、硝酸铵7-9份、磷酸二氢钾6-8份、微量元素添加物1-3份、增溶剂3-5份、杀虫剂1-3份、杀菌剂1-3份、生长促进剂0.02-0.04份、水20-30份。

步骤一,按要求称量准备小麦种子高效包衣剂各组分原料;
步骤二,将杀虫剂、硝酸钾、钼酸、硝酸铵、杀菌剂、中药添加物和水混合加入高速搅拌机中,加热至25-30℃,搅拌转速为250-350r/min,搅拌20-30分钟,再将温度降至20-25℃加入中药添加物、微量元素添加物、生长促进剂、磷酸二氢钾、烟草提取液,继续搅拌8-12分钟,得到混合溶液A;
步骤三,将增溶剂、成膜剂、钠盐、甲壳素放入反应釜内在70-80℃的条件下搅拌25-35分钟,搅拌转速为250-350r/min,使其变成粘稠胶体降温至25-35℃,得到混合物B备用;
步骤四,将填料、步骤二制备的混合溶液A和步骤三制备的混合物B加入高速搅拌机中搅拌,在温度20-30℃、搅拌转速为200-300r/min,搅拌20-40分钟,再将混合物加入均质机中,在均质压力为12-14MPa,搅拌转速为7000-9000r/min下均质7-11分钟,得到发明的小麦种子高效包衣剂。

步骤一,按要求称量准备小麦种子高效包衣剂各组分原料;
步骤二,将杀虫剂、硝酸钾、钼酸、硝酸铵、杀菌剂、中药添加物和水混合加入高速搅拌机中,加热至28℃,搅拌转速为300r/min,搅拌25分钟,再将温度降至24℃加入中药添加物、微量元素添加物、生长促进剂、磷酸二氢钾、烟草提取液,继续搅拌10分钟,得到混合溶液A;
步骤三,将增溶剂、成膜剂、钠盐、甲壳素放入反应釜内在75℃的条件下搅拌30分钟,搅拌转速为300r/min,使其变成粘稠胶体降温至30℃,得到混合物B备用;
步骤四,将填料、步骤二制备的混合溶液A和步骤三制备的混合物B加入高速搅拌机中搅拌,在温度25℃、搅拌转速为250r/min,搅拌30分钟,再将混合物加入均质机中,在均质压力为13MPa,搅拌转速为8000r/min下均质9分钟,得到发明的小麦种子高效包衣剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下的有益效果:
(1)本发明的一种小麦种子高效包衣剂含有小麦生长所必须的微量元素和植物生命活动必需的且代谢活跃的生理活性物质,对小麦的生根发苗有明显效果,促进根系生长、根多、根白;促进麦苗生长,苗强苗壮,增加株高;阻止有害病菌侵染,抗病抗逆。
(2)本发明的一种小麦种子高效包衣剂性价比高,同时即含有内吸性很强的杀虫、菌剂,又含有种子萌发所需的微量元素和生长调节剂,通过成膜物质吸附固着在种子表面,在种子播种后再慢慢释放,起到杀菌防病、提高种子活力、促进种子发芽的作用,发芽率大幅提供,增产增收效果明显。
(3)本发明的一种小麦种子高效包衣剂以成膜剂配合甲壳素、增溶剂,可以使发明的包衣剂的成膜性能好、粘结力强,一方面提高了包衣剂中各种有效物质的药效,另一方面包衣剂的脱落率低,减少了农药在环境中的扩散,可以在土壤中缓慢释放农药成分,此外其与小麦种子有良好的生物相容性,不会影响种子的正常呼吸,从而不会影响种子的发芽率。
(4)本发明的一种小麦种子高效包衣剂添加的生长促进剂,其能迅速激活植物免疫系统,促进细胞分裂和生长代谢,可以促进种子发芽,提高其发芽率,促进其生根发苗、培育壮苗,使得小麦播种后出苗迅速,整齐。
(5)本发明的一种小麦种子高效包衣剂采用的中药添加物配合烟草提取物拥有较好的杀菌防虫作用,能够有效减少化学农药的使用量,对小麦的抗病、抗低温、增产、提高品质等有较好的促进效果
