在汽车工业中,已知使用油水热交换器来调节发动机油的温度。
因此,油水热交换器可以允许加速发动机油的温度升高,并且还可以允许冷却发动机油。

1.一种发动机用装置(1),其特征在于,所述发动机用装置(1)包括:由塑料材料制成的油盘(2),所述油盘(2)具有中空形状(21),所述中空形状(21)容纳由底壁(22)、多个侧壁(24)和上凸缘(25)界定的润滑油,所述油盘(2)具有至少一个交换器表面(30),所述至少一个交换器表面(30)包括油循环装置和冷却液循环装置;以及热交换器(4),油和冷却液在所述热交换器(4)中循环,所述热交换器(4)包括成对地焊接并且焊接在所述交换器表面(30)上的一系列塑料材料板(41)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述交换器表面(30)与所述油盘(2)一体地模制。
3.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述交换器表面(30)位于所述油盘(2)的其中一个所述侧壁(24)上。
4.根据权利要求1或2中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述交换器表面(30)位于所述油盘(2)的其中一个所述上凸缘(25)上。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述热交换器(4)的所述板(41)由以30%至60%之间包含添加剂的聚酰胺制成,所述添加剂属于包含石墨和碳的群组。
6.根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述油盘(2)由聚酰胺制成。
7.根据权利要求1至6中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,每个板的第一交换区域(43)具有多个突起(44),所述多个突起被构造成与相邻的板(41)的相应第二交换区域(45)的腔体(46)配合。
8.根据权利要求7所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述热交换器(4)的所述一系列板(41)包括:油流动板(41a),在所述油流动板(41a)的所述第一交换区域(43)上具有油流动装置;和冷却液流动板(41b),在所述冷却液流动板(41b)的所述第一交换区域(43)上具有冷却液流动装置。
9.根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述交换器表面(30)被接合肋(31)包围。
10.根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述热交换器的每个板(41)被接合肋(42)包围。
11.根据权利要求9和10所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述交换器表面(30)的所述接合肋(32)以及所述热交换器(4)的每个板(41)的所述接合肋(42)被构造为成对地焊接。
12.根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述热交换器(4)包括焊接到所述热交换器(4)的所述一系列板(41)的封闭板(41c)。
13.根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述热交换器(4)的所述板(41)通过电磁感应焊接。
14.根据权利要求1至13中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述热交换器(4)的所述一系列板(41)通过电磁感应焊接到所述交换器表面(30)。
15.根据权利要求1至14中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,至少一个所述板(41)能够具有与所述热交换器(4)的其它板(41)的厚度不同的厚度。
16.根据权利要求1至15中任一项所述的装置(1),其特征在于,所述油盘(2)包括被构造成接收滤油器(7)的至少一个容器(26)。
