技术领域
本发明涉及用于形成三维物体的具有自润滑基底的光固化的方法和设备。
更具体地说,本发明涉及一种用于生产三维物体的创新性方法,该方法使用适当地掺杂的光敏材料的光固化过程,其允许根据顺序的和部分连续的形成过程制造三维物体,与使用倾斜式方法可能获得的相比,显着提高了速度、最终产品的精确度和机械质量。
本发明涉及三维打印领域,通常称为3D打印,并且特别涉及借助光固化的3D打印技术。
背景技术
已知借助光固化的3D打印技术领域可以包括两种基础技术:立体平版打印,该技术使用发射大约400nm的激光,借助所发射的光束来固化处于液态的并在一个特殊的槽中的光固化聚合物;DLP打印(数字光处理),根据该技术,在槽中处于液态的光固化聚合物曝露于类似投影仪的设备所发射的光辐射。
根据这两种技术,打印工艺通过逐层制造而进行,即固化粘附到支撑板(或提取板)上的第一层,然后固化粘附到第一层上的第二层如此类推,直到形成完整的物体。因此,根据该技术,代表该待形成的三维物体的数据组织为一系列代表物体的横截面的二维层。
根据应用于SLA和DLP类型的机器的自下而上(Bottom-Up)方法,用于提取物体的板逐层倾斜移动地自下而上移动。
基本上,用于形成三维物体的方法包括:
-软件将作为打印输入提供的3D模型细分为有序的连续层,层具有根据所采用的技术,聚合物的不透明度,催化剂的量,要获得的精确程度以及所提供的机器的特征而确定的厚度,通常是50-200微米之间,但无论如何都是离散的和有限数量的连续层;
-提取板,它由能够促进第一层聚合物自身粘合的材料组成,它移动到距第一层的预定距离,并等待光束(SLA或DLP)固化第一层;然后上升一段距离,该距离足以允许刚形成的层从槽的底部分离(通常约1mm),然后降低相同的距离减少预定距离以形成第二层,如此类推直到形成整个物体。
由此产生的往复运动,也称为倾斜运动,有两个主要目的:它允许刚形成的层与槽的底部分离,同时它允许一个新的量的未聚合的液体树脂插入到刚形成的层和容器的底部之间,以便允许在已经固化的层下面仍然处于液态的材料更新,用于固化和形成下一层。
为了用数学模型总结上面提到的系统,可以确定以下参数:

从中可以推断,待硬化的层数n等于待打印的物体的高度h与待固化的层的厚度s之间的比率,根据下式:

定义倾斜时间为提取板行进距离d+(d-s)所花费的时间,该距离即,为了更新(renewal or refreshing)树脂,板的升高距离,加上为了返回到打印位置的距离,减去待生产的层的厚度,由此可以得出:

实际上,该方程代表了DLP技术的打印时间的特征方程,其可以用进一步的要素来丰富,这些要素例如,在升高时和降低时的倾斜速度之间的差异(倾向于在升高时的分离阶段期间减慢,以避免刚形成的层的机械应力过高),在层的曝光时间之后增加的剩余时间,以使树脂一旦固化就马上巩固相互作用,并因此更能抵抗趋向于将其从底部分离的机械应力,如此类推。
关于立体平版打印技术的打印时间的特征方程,应该注意的是,相对于DLP技术就方程而言存在实质性差异。实际上,考虑到形成的层的表面是全部同时投影的,DLP技术完全取决于待打印物体的高度而不取决于其形状或体积,是明显的,而在立体平板打印技术没有这种情况。实际上,在两种情况下由光源分配的功率相同,立体平版打印技术使用激光,其需要时间来扫描待生产的单层的整个表面。
因此立体平版打印技术的打印时间的特征方程也将取决于待打印物体的体积。
由此,其中

tl=延迟时间,即激光束移动到下一个Ss上所花费的时间;

其中,如已经提到的那样,其不仅取决于待形成的物体的高度,还取决于其体积。
由此,尽管为了同时生产两个高度相等的物体,用于DLP打印技术的打印时间(用TDLP表示)无论如何不会改变,用于立体平版打印技术的打印时间(用TSLA表示)则取决于(减少被认为相等的倾斜时间)这两个物体的两个单独的特征打印时间的总和。
前面的段落处理了涉及采用光固化的三维打印过程的三个主要问题中的两个问题,一个与机械管理方面相关,其与连续层的形成有关,而另一个与决定打印动态管理软件的特征时间方程相关。
第三个问题同样重要,其涉及树脂收集系统即所谓的槽的特征。槽的用途不光是容纳液体聚合物,通过光固化从该液体聚合物中获得打印的三维物体,还促进刚形成的层的形成和分离,并促进提取板上的粘合,而没有对整体的机械强度有不良影响。
通过分析现有技术的解决方案的特征,可以把用于DLP和SLA技术的自下而上收集系统总结为,如下所述:
-具有中空底部的树脂容器;
-用于覆盖底部的对紫外线透明的材料;
-用于覆盖透明材料的不粘材料层。
通常在收集系统的中心形成孔以允许光束通过从而触发光固化现象;该孔用玻璃覆盖,该玻璃具有优良的紫外线透射特征(以便不损失入射光功率),例如,石英和硼硅酸盐玻璃。最后,允许过程正确执行的最重要的部分当然涉及用不粘材料覆盖玻璃,以使第一层粘附到提取板而连续层依次连接在一起。
这个过程的失败将导致刚形成的层掉落到槽的底部,中断形成过程并导致打印程序失败。
下面研究这种技术的限制效应,其使物体的生产非常缓慢(最多数小时每厘米),非常不稳定,并且具有制造小尺寸物体的能力。
采用现有技术的第一个限制是所谓的抽吸效应,其发生在物体表面和位于槽的底部覆盖对紫外线透明的片的不粘材料之间。
立即注意到这种现象发生的最佳条件是如何产生的。实际上,该层浸没在树脂中直到它距离不粘膜的距离为s(第N层的厚度)(两个表面是共面的并且完全平坦以给待形成的层提供精确度);这样通过光固化产生了新层。事实上,在两个表面之间没有空气会产生真空,这两个表面被具有较高粘度的液体包围,并且两个接触表面尽可能大;系统所受到的机械应力以及形成的新层(其厚度仅为十分之几毫米)由此所受到的机械应力是巨大的,存在撕裂刚形成的层的风险,所述层不会粘附到上表面,而导致打印过程的中断。
为了减少这种现象的影响,该过程以这样的方式进行,即提取板的表面和待生成物体的表面足够小(通常使用这种类型技术所生成的物体具有大约为4×4、5×5厘米的尺寸),同时在倾斜步骤中板的升高速度大大降低(应该注意的是,这两种技术的时间方程中速度vb是如何出现的),显着增加了打印时间(通常倾斜时间约占总时间的40%)。
第二个问题是理解在自下而上光固化技术中形成三维打印物体的动力学的根本。第二个问题是位于底部玻璃上方的层的不粘能力。
这种三维打印的类型基于刚形成的层在第一层中连接到提取板的能力,以及刚形成的层在连续层中连接到在其之前的层的能力。然而,如果由下膜建立的机械强度大于上膜的内聚力,则硬化层将不可避免地留在槽的底部,从而中断三维打印的物体的形成过程。
根据现有技术,已经尝试通过使用具有这些特征的各种材料来解决这个困难;使用特定的有机硅,例如,双组分SF45,其具有其弹性特征,还能够减少上面提到的抽吸效应;或聚四氟乙烯(PTFE),它是目前市场上可以买到的具有最高水平的不粘性质的材料之一。
为了减少这种影响并因此允许可接受的打印的成功,也可以介入两个要素:曝露于光源的时间(t)和倾斜速度(vb)。实际上,通过增加曝光并因此分配更多的能量,所形成的层倾向于增加其厚度,但是当其被迫成预定厚度(s)时,其朝向上层压缩,从而增加了来自不粘膜的撕裂阻力,但由于在物体的侧表面上形成一系列小的台阶而损失了物体形状的精确度,这种现象在该领域中称为锯齿形表面。关于倾斜速度,减慢板的升高使得形成的层与膜分离的时间更长,该膜将逐渐释放,从而提高精确度和打印成功的可能性。
参考特征时间方程,很明显,所提出的解决方案不仅导致所制造的模型的精确度的不可避免的损失,而且导致打印时间大大增加,导致一种干预,这种干预将不可避免地导致制造只有几厘米高的物体需要多个小时。
发明内容
在本文中插入的本发明的解决方案,提出消除抽吸效应,消除正在形成的层与槽的底部之间的粘附,减小由上面提到的效应引入的机械应力,减小由倾斜引入的机械应力,从而本发明的解决方案提供了与现有技术解决方案相比时间短得多的形成的过程。
根据本发明获得的这些和其他的结果,通过提供用于形成三维物体的具有自润滑基底的光固化的方法和设备来获得这些和其它结果,与现有技术的自下而上的3D打印方法和设备不同,其包括在槽的底部和光固化树脂之间插入膜,该膜对感兴趣的电磁波谱透明,并能够逐渐释放润滑材料层,该润滑材料层允许适当地掺杂的聚合物保持悬浮在这层润滑材料上而固化。
本发明的目的是提供用于形成三维物体的光固化方法和设备,其允许克服现有技术方法和设备的限制并获得上面提到的技术结果。
本发明的进一步目的是该方法和设备可以在生产成本和管理成本两方面以相当低的成本实施。
本发明的另一个目的是提供一种简单、安全和可靠的用于形成三维物体的光固化方法和设备。
由此,本发明的第一个具体目的涉及一种通过曝露于辐射的光固化液体聚合物的光固化来形成三维物体的方法,其中所述三维物体通过生长而形成,这种生长是由于在对辐射透明片和支撑板之间的空间所述光固化液体聚合物的逐渐固化,即所述物体已经形成的部分,所述支撑板逐渐移动远离所述透明片,其特征在于,在所述透明片面向光固化液体聚合物的一侧,布置了一层膜,所述膜对所述辐射是透明的,被一层液体润滑剂覆盖,该液体润滑剂由所述膜逐渐释放。
优选地,根据本发明,所述光固化液体聚合物反过来又含有所述液体润滑剂。
本发明的第二个具体目的涉及一种用于通过曝露于辐射的光固化液体聚合物的光固化来形成三维物体的设备,该类型的设备包括用于收集所述光固化液体聚合物的槽,所述槽的底部具有由片覆盖的孔,所述片由对所述辐射透明的材料制成,以及设计成远离片而移动的支撑板,其特征在于,在所述片朝向所述光固化液体聚合物的一侧,布置了膜,所述膜对所述辐射是透明的,所述膜被一层液体润滑剂覆盖,该液体润滑剂由所述膜逐渐释放。

最后,根据本发明,优选在膜内部存在聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)。
用于根据本发明的用于形成三维物体的具有自润滑基底的光固化的方法和设备的效率是显而易见的,其允许形成顺序的部分地连续的类型的三维物体。实际上,如下所述,该系统完全消除了使用倾斜提取系统的需要,并且在一些情况下它能够以连续方式形成最终产品。
实际上,根据本发明的用于形成三维物体的具有自润滑基底的光固化的方法和设备,不再使用倾斜系统,插入由膜随时间逐渐释放的一层润滑油,使得传统的自下而上系统的两个特征问题得以解决,也就是刚刚从槽的底部形成的层的分离以及刚形成的层与槽的底部之间的液体聚合物的更新。
而且,处于液态的适当地掺杂的聚合物,当其保持悬浮在油性润滑剂层上而硬化,不再与槽的底部接触,因此不再需要升高提取板来分离刚形成的层。
最后,除了在下面将要描述的特定条件之外,关于更新液体聚合物的问题已经解决,因此可以定义顺序的、但仅仅部分地连续的系统(即,不需要提取板的倾斜),因为,如下所述,只有在某些条件下才可以获得比聚合时间更快的液体聚合物的更新,从而,当等待所有待固化的区域的新部分实际上被树脂调和时,不要求系统中断提取过程。

具体实施方式
作为根据本发明的方法和设备的示例,已经使用了一种用于制造三维物体的自下而上式的方法,其中物体自下而上地形成,并且采用用于处理光流的数字型系统而获得光固化。用于光固化过程的材料是最初处于液态的适当地掺杂有紫外催化剂和润滑物质的聚合物。
参考图1,根据本发明的用于形成三维物体的具有自润滑基底的光固化设备的收集槽整体用数字10表示,其中心位置具有孔11,孔11允许来自位于槽10下方的光源(未示出)的入射光流的通过。孔11被片12覆盖,片12由硼硅酸盐或石英制成,或者由在任何情况下对紫外线(UV)波谱透明的材料制成,更具体地,该材料在使用商业用途的DLP类型的数字投影仪的系统中对于可见光的电磁波谱的朝向紫外线带的尾部透明。
位于槽10底部的片12不仅具有防止容纳在槽中的液体聚合物逸出的目的,而且还具有在形成第一层时实施向下约束的功能的目的,其通过压缩而趋向于保持粘附到提取板(未示出),该提取板例如是铝制的。
在片12的上方有膜13,该膜由具有低摩擦系数和高耐磨性的自润滑有机硅基聚合物制成,其使用模具和特定的掺杂制成,这将在下面更详细地描述,其能够释放(如图2所示)一层标记为14的有机硅和不粘材料,其在系统中起到在膜13和光固化聚合物之间的缓冲作用,其目的是防止触发现有技术的自下而上系统的抽吸效应和机械粘附特征,并且出于那种原因其在下面称为抑制层14。此外,根据本发明,处于液态的聚合物在抑制层14上方保持悬浮,从而允许待获得的过程,如下面将详细描述的,该过程具体参考了时间方程的确定,可以被顺序定义,并且至少是部分地连续的,最终消除在现有技术系统中必要的倾斜程序。
更具体地说,对于本发明的测试阶段,作为示例进行了使用,该示例不限制本发明的范围,其具有以下特征的有机硅基聚合物:膜的厚度在0.50mm-2.50mm之间,肖氏硬度(Shorehardness)在55-70之间,失效载荷从8-10MPa,断裂伸长率从300-400。
最好的结果(以膜的持续计)在使用70肖氏硬度时获得,但可以使用宽范围的硬度的膜。
但是,应该注意的是,仍然可以使用与那些使用的材料具有类似的透明特征、类似的释放润滑剂的弹性的其他类型的材料。
再次参考图2,硅油(以标号15表示的颗粒形式溶解在膜内)是润滑剂,当这种润滑剂存在于制造膜13的自润滑聚合物中时,即使在使用膜13的过程中,它从材料的内部迁移到外部,直至到达表面,由此有助于减少摩擦并产生抑制性基底14,聚合物在该抑制性基底14上方仍保持液体状态而悬浮。
更具体地说,作为示例并且不限制本发明的范围,膜13中包含的润滑剂由粘度为350mm2/s(根据23℃下的厘斯克斯模型cSt定义)的硅油组成。但是,使用粘度范围为50-1000mm2/s的具有不同粘度的硅油是可以。而且,如下所述,硅油可以含有聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)添加剂(在图2中标记为16)。
作为示例,使用用于脱模的类型的润滑剂液体树脂是合适的:例如来自SiliconiPadova的用作脱模剂的树脂9515,以及也是由Siliconi Padova提供的、由BlueStarSilicones生产的Rhodorsil Huile 47 V 50型硅油。
根据本发明,在用于形成三维物体的具有自润滑基底的光固化的方法和设备中,至少对于整个打印过程,保持润滑层的需要导致了具有较高粘度的硅油的使用,因为它们更容易在整个遮断表面(interdiction surface)上形成持久层。
关于润滑油的粘度,如上所述,使用粘度特征分布在50-1000mm2/s(根据23℃下的厘斯克斯模型cSt定义)的宽范围内的油是合适的:最佳结果在300-400mm2/s的范围内。可以将PTFE添加到油中并且可以使用其它润滑产品,诸如用于脱模的树脂,例如SiliconiPadova的树脂9515。
有机硅基添加剂的优点体现在摩擦系数和磨损系数的降低。
参考图2,如果有机硅和(标记为16的)倾向于在硅油15之前向膜13的外部迁移的相结合,可获得极好的协同作用,这生成了基底,该基底减少膜13的粗糙度并显着增加持续。
关于光固化聚合物的选择,根据本发明,使用已经在3D打印领域中已经使用的树脂是合适的,优选添加与放置在槽的底部的膜中含有的润滑剂的类型相同的润滑剂。由此可以减少由液体聚合物引起的膜13内的润滑剂的机械抽吸效应和稀释。
最好的结果在光固化的液体聚合物中溶解的润滑剂百分率为4-6%时获得,但是润滑剂的量可以根据固化的材料的溶解度和所需特征在宽范围内变化。实际上,润滑剂的量越多,固化的表面越不透明并具有绸缎的光洁度。
已经测试过Spot-A Materials树脂,特别是HT级和LV级。
更具体地说,在具有科学演示器功能的设备中进行了以下测试:
96%树脂类型HT+4%硅油:在200mm距离处的聚合时间等于990ms,6mm的调和(tempering)时间等于1100ms,层厚度为200微米,在同一点有机硅膜的打印的持续为280mm;
96%树脂类型LV(低粘度)+4%硅油:在200mm距离处的聚合时间等于600ms,6mm的调和时间等于400ms,层厚度为200微米,在同一点有机硅膜的打印的持续为80mm(打印性能几乎是相对于HT的两倍,但在膜的持续非常进取(aggressive));
80%树脂类型HT+16%树脂类型LV(低粘度)+4%硅油:在200mm距离处的聚合时间等于800ms,6mm的调和时间等于800ms,层厚度为200微米,在同一点有机硅膜的打印的持续为160mm(使用1mm厚膜的折衷条件);
更具体地说,关于膜13中除了润滑剂15之外可能存在的PTFE 16,已经发现润滑剂中PTFE的存在改善了润滑特征,降低了摩擦并且改善了减少磨损的膜13的持续,但这不是必要的。所描述的现象也出现在仅以硅油或用于脱模的润滑树脂为基础的润滑剂中。
最后,已经发现,在物体形成期间,覆盖膜13的润滑材料有去除倾向;这种抑制层14的减少导致树脂(即,光固化的液体聚合物)与膜13接触,产生在自下而上系统中已知的所有不希望的效果。
为了限制这个问题,优选根据基础聚合物的注射技术在热钢模具中制造自润滑膜13,所述基础聚合物在液相中适当地掺杂有硅油和PTFE,所述热钢模具的表面经过双面镜面处理和镀铬处理,并等待必要的时间以固化。参考图3,这种干预使得膜13的表面粗糙度减小(除了存在PTFE颗粒之外),显着增加了打印的持续。
模具表面必须经过适当的机械精整处理,以获得足够的膜表面粗糙度。更具体地说,液体聚合物侧表面必须特别光滑。对用于形成表面的模具壁进行镀铬处理和抛光处理是值得的。这种干预可以减少膜的表面粗糙度,并在其恶化之前增加打印的持续。
用科学演示器获得的实验数据证实了这些论点。实际上,对于厚度1mm的膜,掺杂有硅油,用于制造具有200微米层的物体,从混合的HT-LV-Oil树脂中获得;如果膜是通过具有喷砂模具的注射制得的,那么在同一点它的持续是80mm,如果用在上端面抛光的模具,那么在同一点它的持续是250mm,如果用在上端面抛光的并镀铬的模具,那么在同一点它的持续是380mm。
总之,打印过程中膜的持续的增加与其表面光洁度有关;与树脂接触的表面越平滑,在持续方面的性能的增加越大。
另一种合适的干预是用离子处理(用于医疗器械的灭菌)对通过注射获得的膜进行后处理,其目的是在分子水平干预表面以封闭表面的孔。
作为示例而不限制本发明的范围,下面描述根据本发明的用于形成三维物体的具有自润滑基底的光固化的方法和设备的操作方式。
如前面的页面所述,并参考图4,经过适当地掺杂和处理的自润滑材料制成的膜13的存在,导致硅油的颗粒15,更一般地,润滑材料的颗粒的缓慢迁移到膜的表面,产生非常薄的表面层14,称为润滑抑制层14;因此在仍然为液体的树脂17和膜13之间产生了接触界面,其中树脂,不与膜13的表面接触,反而趋向于浮在界面上;因此光固化过程悬浮在硅油的润滑抑制层14上发生,这允许:消除形成的物体18和膜13之间的抽吸效应,消除在形成的物体18和膜13之间的粘附,减小通过上面提到的效应引入的机械应力,减小通过倾斜引入的机械应力,从而允许在比现有技术解决方案短得多的时间内的形成过程。
如以下将要描述的,参考使用根据本发明的方法和设备的用于物体18的形成的时间方程的确定,该过程允许物体18不需要倾斜而形成。实际上,不需要从槽的底部拉出物体18,因为物体已经在其上悬浮,在润滑抑制层14和树脂/聚合物17的界面之间。这种悬浮还允许当提取板19升高以为新的固化形成腾出空间时,液体聚合物或树脂17渗透进遮断层,不仅允许顺序的打印,还允许连续的打印。
然而,为了实现这个目的,树脂即液体聚合物17必须足够快地渗透,使得正在形成的层20能够在所有待固化的新表面的完全地调和之前不固化。
上面提到的的实验测试如图5所示,其中方形表示使用混合的HT-LV-Oil类型的树脂、通过聚合时间和调和时间的变化而获得的打印样品。
从方形1和方形6的图像中,已经通过200微米的层、采用顺序打印、保持调和时间tba恒定为350微米、仅聚合时间从方形1的700ms变化到方形6的1200ms,来获得物体;可以立即看出这两种预期现象:
-在方形3中聚合时间已经校正到900ms;在方形4至方形6中由于过度曝光而导致的过度聚合现象是明显的;
-在第一个方形中,在较大尺寸的圆柱体(直径为3、4、5、10、20毫米)中,已经可以清楚地看到圆柱体的中心部分是如何地空心和受损;这是因为350ms的树脂调和时间不足以保证待形成的新层的完全更新。
然而,可以发现在方形7至方形9中如何完全地形成直径厚达15mm的圆柱体,在方形7至方形9中,对于200微米的层聚合时间的值保持固定在900ms,而在方形9中调和时间增加到1500ms。
该实验以明确的方式表征和验证时间方程,下面将更详细地描述时间方程,而时间方程在顺序的,至少是部分连续的生产系统中,提供了聚合时间和调和时间之间的平衡。
在理想的条件下,为了达到完全地连续打印的目的,在任何情况下调和速度必须足够高,从而在一个无论如何少于特征聚合时间的时间内,树脂能够涂覆提取板的整个表面(其对应于最大打印尺寸)。
为了减少在物体已经形成的部分下面的聚合物的更新时间,有必要干预调和速度。这个参数取决于使用的树脂(即使用中的光固化液体聚合物)的许多化学/物理特征,而降低粘度当然是提供最佳结果的干预措施之一。
参考图6,根据本发明的技术的最大的创新元素之一是引入了用与膜13所产生的润滑硅油相同的润滑硅油15'来掺杂树脂/聚合物17的概念。这种干预显然可以实现两个重要结果:显着提高调和速度,以及因此可以连续打印较大的表面而无需更改为顺序打印;以及显着增加制造膜13的自润滑材料的持续,树脂/聚合物17掺杂有与界面相同的材料,因为它们倾向于更慢地消耗抑制层14。
随着这项技术的采用,有必要回顾待生产的三维物体的“切片”过程。
如果人们希望生产图7A所示类型的巨石牌坊(trilithon)物体18,假设在形成的第一层中(即使提到层可能是不正确的,因为物体18以连续的方式形成)巨石牌坊物体18的柱18'的每个单独的横截面的表面足够小以允许在层的聚合过程中更新树脂/聚合物,在这种情况下,提取过程将是连续的,当到达相对于梁18”的层时,物体18的横截面变得如此之大,以致树脂/聚合物的更新时间大于聚合时间;在这种情况下,被迫停止系统以允许完成树脂/聚合物的更新,然后转变为不再连续但顺序的系统。
再次考虑如图7所示的上面提到的巨石牌坊物体18的示例,可以总结如下的新的提取特征。
作为根据现有技术的光固化系统特征的倾斜过程已经通过传递到顺序移动而被完全取代;正在形成的悬浮在润滑抑制层14上的物体18必须不能再从槽的底部分离,并且如果所讨论的表面足够小以允许树脂/聚合物17立即地更新,则到达了连续提取的极限。
以下描述的是表征根据本发明的技术的数学模型,突出显示了确定混合提取系统的特征,其可以定义为顺序的部分连续的。
可以定义:

tr=调和时间或更新树脂/聚合物的时间

参考图8,其示出了更新时间或调和时间的图形表示,该时间即,处于液态的树脂17'在已固化的物体18和润滑抑制层14之间通过而覆盖整个待打印的表面的时间。
因此可以为每一第N层定义时间tr,而它取决于两个因素,即调和速度(vr)和如图9所示的由运算符|Xn,Yn|max定义的调和距离,即,在第N层中由待固化的最大表面所产生的最大坐标x,y。
关于取决于许多因素(液体的温度和粘度,刚刚固化的物体表面的摩擦系数,润滑抑制层的摩擦系数等)的树脂/聚合物的更新速度,就所讨论的应用和所讨论的有限的距离而言,首先认为它是不变的。
只注意更新速度对光固化聚合物的粘度的依赖性,因为这是根据本发明技术的干预要素之一,该干预增加vr的值,并因此趋向于完全地连续的过程。
因此可以定义更新第N层的时间:

最后,存在应用条件,如果第N层的聚合时间tp小于同一层的更新时间tr,则该条件是有效的。实际上,如果渗透的树脂在覆盖待聚合的整个表面之前固化,则中心部分将不可避免地是中空的,如以下实施例中的实验测试所示,产生一种环形甜甜圈效果。
相反,如果第N层的聚合时间大于更新时间(如果认为vr是系统的常数,tr仅取决于运算符|x,y|max,即取决于待固化的表面之间的尺寸的最大值),系统可以改变为连续型提取系统。由于这个原因,离散层的概念将会失效,而转到整体类型的分析。因此,厚度无穷小的第N层定义为dn,H是待打印的物体的高度,而vp是等于聚合速度的常数,基于第一近似条件,聚合速度取决于光源的特征,取决于组成树脂/聚合物的催化剂的类型和数量,从中可以以连续模式定义分量的特征时间方程,简单如下:
由上可知,如果待生产的物体满足条件,对于其全部高度H,更新时间总是小于第N层的聚合时间,则打印是完全连续的,从而获得可能的最佳性能,获得最短的打印时间和最佳的物体机械质量,而没有根据现有技术的经典的阶梯状的形成。
由于这个原因,如前所述,本发明能够最大程度地改善打印条件的这些方面是旨在提高更新速度的那些方面,即,降低液体粘度的和大幅减小摩擦系数。
以下几页显示了科学演示者用于验证本发明有效性而获得的实验数据,该数据列出了相对于聚合速度和更新速度的常数数值,从而明确地确定了采用本发明的技术获得的过程性能。
应该注意,根据本发明,在参考方程的顺序分量和连续分量中,DLP和SLA技术的特征参数如倾斜速度和时间,第N层的表面值和提取板的下降时间,如何全部都消失了,从而降低打印速度。
最后,应当指出,根据本发明的系统的连续分量如何完全取决于待生产的物体的高度。
这意味着,利用根据本发明的技术,在提取板上同时生产的物体的数量不会影响总打印时间,总打印时间完全取决于产品的高度。
综上,如引言中所述,任何自下而上类型的光固化系统必须处理两个主要问题(该问题来源于自下而上形成物体的需要):形成不粘的系统以允许正在形成的层向上粘附,以及减小抽吸效应所产生的机械应力,该抽吸效应作用在刚形成的极薄层上。
如果可能的话,第二层次问题,甚至更复杂。根据现有技术为了打印过程的成功无论如何必须处理第二层次问题。第二层次问题是:压缩提取板上的第一层,保护经受对功能和持续随时间产生不利影响的连续应力的不粘膜,而最后是,抑制插入到光源和光敏树脂之间的膜的电磁吸收。
根据本发明的技术,其具有新颖性和创造性的基本概念在于形成和维持自润滑抑制基底,其完全回答了所有上面提到的问题。在下面的示例中将看到实验结果的成功在于所采用的技术,该技术不是尝试减轻而是能够避免与抽吸效应和粘附相关的问题。
下面的示例显示了现有技术的DLP技术与根据本发明的技术之间的比较结果,而最后,将会比较尝试的使用标准DLP技术的顺序打印和使用的根据本发明生成润滑基底的顺序打印之间的结果。
已经准备了两个科学演示器,以便于分析和比较科学假设,一种是DLP类型中传统的科学演示器,另一种采用了根据本发明的技术。
示例1。采用DLP技术以及倾斜提取板生产的物体
使用的机器:传统的科学演示器DLP
层厚度:200微米
打印的物体的高度:35mm
形成时间:76分钟
打印速度:21.7分钟/cm
参照图10,打印质量良好,物体具有良好的机械强度而且其表面精确;可能只发现由于倾斜过程精确地造成的分层。没有发现相对于发送的用于打印的文件的变形。所有部件都是打印的。由于形成的第一层的过度压缩,底部厚度比设计的毫米小。
示例2。采用DLP技术生产的物体,无需倾斜即可提取
使用的机器:传统的科学演示器DLP
层厚度:200微米
打印的物体的高度:35毫米
形成时间:227秒
打印速度:1.8分钟/cm
注意:参照图11,其打印质量是不可接受的,表面粗糙且未定型,并不是所有厚度超过0.5mm的部件都已形成。该物体没有完全重现产品的线条。底部太大了,还没有制成。
示例3。用根据本发明的顺序的部分地连续的技术生产的物体
使用的机器:传统的科学演示者DLP
层厚度:200微米
打印的物体的高度:35mm
形成时间:175秒
打印速度:50秒/cm
注意:参考图12,打印质量是完全正确的,并且底部也被正确地定型,而底部是物体中根据由于尺寸的顺序布局而制成的唯一部件;物体的其余部分是连续打印的,因为更小的表面允许tb小于tp,从而以小于每分钟一厘米的速度制造物体。根据视觉和触觉分析该表面是完美的。
所获得的结果已经演示了根据本发明的用于形成三维物体的具有自润滑基底的光固化的方法和设备如何允许顺序的和部分连续的过程,即,使用自润滑材料的半弹性膜制成的槽,其能够插入到膜与聚合物之间以固化成薄的抑制层,其原材料经过适当的掺杂,以及使用能够管理提取时间的软件。而对于形成三维物体来说该顺序的和部分连续的过程是相当快并且更精确的。
实验结论还显示了根据本发明的用于形成三维物体的具有自润滑基底的光固化的方法如何更普遍地应用于制造三维的光固化打印机,使得形成物体的速度比现有技术高两个数量级,现有技术需要提取板的倾斜运动以允许逐层的成层过程,而不考虑给予根据这个过程而不是以阶梯式的方式而制造的物体本身的机械的益处。
根据其优选实施例,仅通过示例的方式描述了本发明而不限制应用范围,但是应该理解的是,本领域的专家可以改进和/或修改本发明,而不偏离如本文权利要求所限定的本发明构思的范围。
Claims (15)
1.一种通过曝露于辐射的光固化液体聚合物的光固化来形成三维物体的方法,其中所述三维物体通过生长而形成,这种生长是由于在对辐射透明片和支撑板之间的空间所述光固化液体聚合物的逐渐固化,即所述物体已经形成的部分,所述支撑板逐渐移动远离所述透明片,其特征在于,在所述透明片面向光固化液体聚合物的一侧,布置了一层膜,所述膜对所述辐射是透明的,被一层液体润滑剂覆盖,所述液体润滑剂由所述膜逐渐释放。
2.根据权利要求1所述的形成三维物体的方法,其特征在于,所述膜由自润滑聚合物制成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的形成三维物体的方法,其特征在于,所述自润滑聚合物是内部存在液体润滑剂的聚合物。
4.根据权利要求3所述的形成三维物体的方法,其特征在于,所述液体润滑剂不溶于所述聚合物。
5.根据权利要求3或4所述的形成三维物体的方法,其特征在于,所述自润滑聚合物是有机硅聚合物并且所述液体润滑剂是硅油。
6.根据权利要求5所述的形成三维物体的方法,其特征在于,所述硅油富含聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的用于形成三维物体的方法,其特征在于,所述光固化液体聚合物反过来又包含所述液体润滑剂。
8.根据权利要求7所述的形成三维物体的方法,其特征在于,所述液体润滑剂以4-6重量%的量溶解在所述光固化液体聚合物中。
9.一种用于通过曝露于辐射的光固化液体聚合物的光固化来形成三维物体的设备,所述类型的设备包括用于收集所述光固化液体聚合物的槽(10),所述槽的底部具有由片(12)覆盖的孔(11),所述片(12)由对所述辐射透明的材料制成,以及设计成远离所述片(12)而移动的支撑板,其特征在于,在所述片(12)面向所述光固化液体聚合物的一侧,布置了膜(13),所述膜对所述辐射是透明的,所述膜被一层(14)液体润滑剂覆盖,所述液体润滑剂由所述膜(13)逐渐释放。
10.根据权利要求9所述的用于形成三维物体的设备,其特征在于,所述膜(13)由自润滑聚合物制成。
11.根据权利要求10所述的三维物体形成设备,其特征在于,所述自润滑聚合物为内部存在液体润滑剂的聚合物。
12.根据权利要求11所述的用于形成三维物体的设备,其特征在于,所述液体润滑剂不溶于所述聚合物。
13.根据权利要求11或12中任一项所述的用于形成三维物体的设备,其特征在于,所述聚合物是有机硅并且所述液体润滑剂是硅油。
14.根据权利要求13所述的用于形成三维物体的设备,其特征在于,所述硅油具有50-1000mm2/s(根据23℃下的厘斯克斯模型cSt定义),优选300-400mm2/s的粘度。
15.根据权利要求9至15中任一项所述的用于形成三维物体的设备,其特征在于,所述在膜内部(13)还有聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)。
